The best pizzas I've eaten in my life, unique flavor, you can taste each seasoning. Wonderful place, with careful attention, Vicky our waitress was very helpful, efficient and familiar with us. They are not afraid of the queue, it advances fast, but it is also worth it, I would return to Chicago just to eat one of those Deep dish pizza !!!!!

Had the famous deepdish with sausage. Ordered medium pizza and a salad for two and we couldn t finish so took it out for later.

The venue has a nice and spacious patio and we were seated there.

The service could improve as we had to wait for water and check for a long time after grabbing the server myself.

Food: 4/5
Service: 3/5

Actually 5*s but Chicago flag has 4 and Giordano's is Chicago Deep Dish.
A happy accident on a trip years ago.
Uno, Duo: tourists, locals get Giordano's.
Trips to or through Chicago? We won't not get Giordano's!
Pre-order a pie before you are seated.
We get ours to go, they give us plates and cutlery, smaller boxes for the leftovers, there will be leftovers.
Only wish we got an extra one out of their cooler to bring home. Planning a road trip to Indy the closest one from derbytown.

Incredible pizza. Crazy long wait times, but the pizza was definitely worth it. Pleasantly surprised by the cheese curds as they were phenomenal. The waitstaff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I really appreciated the opportunity to order while waiting for a table, the long cook time and long wait time balanced out really well. Definitely a must if you go to Chicago.

This is what I expected of a Chicago deep dish pizza. I've had others that just didn't measure up with soggy crust or just a bad flavor, but this was flaky, cheesy, and just overall excellent. I got there at about 11:45 on a Tuesday before much of the lunch crowd (I'm from Eastern Standard Time so I was feeling hungry) and I was worried that it would take the requisite 45 minutes to cook my pizza. To my surprise, when I asked my waitress if it would be a while, she replied that they had already started cooking for the lunch crowd and my personal size pizza with garlic parmesan fries came out 5 minutes later, piping hot and fresh. Service was good and the outside patio next to the fountain was a relaxing place to sit in the unseasonably warm weather they were having at the time.

WORTH THE WAIT! Great Chicago experience this past June. The lines were long and the wait was long but it was worth it. They have a system that is quick and you can order before you sit so that's very helpful! We shared a deep dish and had left overs with the 4 of us. Very filling and definitely a tourist must!

Service was fast and our walk-in group of 2 managed to get a table, pre-order, and start enjoying some deep dish within 40 minutes (on a busy Saturday no less). The outdoor seating patio was great and the chicken sausage deluxe deep dish was amazing.

Honestly it's more cheese than anyone should ever eat in one sitting and it definitely isn't "nourishing" food, but dang if it isn't EXACTLY what I wanted of a Chicago deep dish pizza. Super delicious.

My first time ordering from this place. I was very excited because everyone recommended it to me. Called, but they said to order online (supposed to be better). Placed an order at 10:20pm, and apparently the system decided it was too late to process the order for that same night and automatically updated for 11am the NEXT DAY! WHO ORDERS PIZZA FOR THE NEXT MORNING? specially if you input 10:30pm as the time you wanted it at. Awful user experience! Never again will I order online at this place.

Waiter was not very nice and than went out of his way to follow us out of restaurant into the street and just to say just to let you know tip is not included . And No we did not leave a tip since he did not serve us well we had to keep asking him to refill our drink and he would not come by and check our table. Food was good but very disappointed with service. This was a family vacation and this waiter was very rude making the experience not very good

Amazing food... But there is a 40 min wait for a table and an hour wait for the pizza. My advice is to order your pizza one you get there and wait for your table, within 20 min, you'll get your pizza.

The first time i went here, it was absolutely amazing. The service was great and the food was better. I brought a group of friends to the exact same location about 6 months later, huge mistake. We ordered before we were sat, because the pizza takes a while. Well, after we were sat, we saw 7 TABLES get seated, have their order taken, and eat before we even saw our food. After 2 hours we asked the waitress what was going on and she went straight to being defensive and angry with us. She kept saying we didn't know what we were talking about and was extremely rude. About 10 minutes our pizza came out, still cold in the middle. I will never visit another giordanos ever again.

It is a typical restaurant and as such it does not betray if together with food you feel an emotion. In this case we cannot talk about good food but a suggestion. Being in Chicago and eating deep dish pizza from Giordano's is a must that cannot be overlooked. Taking one in four if you are not a big eater is very advisable.

World famous with a long line no matter what time of day to show for it.
Doesn t help that it s right by Millennium Park to boost the traffic.
Check in with the host and place your order for the deep dish pizza right then because they take about an hour to make.
The pizzas are very filling and a bit pricey. The small one can easily feed two people.

Chicago deep dish pizza experience. The wait is long for the pizza but definitely worth it. This is not at all close to the pizza you would eat in Italy. They have made it their own. The server was helpful and told us exactly how much to order.
