Went for their "famous" deep dish pizza, were informed that it would be a 2 hour wait. Ordered other items on menu, which were of very average quality. Only redeeming quality of this place was the good service by incredibly hard working wait staff

Excellent service. Decent deep dish pizza, but there's definitely a better deep dish pizza in town.

It is a good option if you are visiting the Millennium Park. Tradicional deep dish pizza is very good. It is packed, so be patient. You will have to wait.

It was a great experience! The food is excellent and Louis is outstanding. Make sure you give him a huge tip!

First time ever trying deep dish pizza. Drove from Vancouver to Chicago and was definitely excited. Heard a lot about Giordano's and was NOT disappointed. The wait for take out pizza was long but expected and the staff were very friendly to notify us of the wait.

The crust was amazing and crispy. The pie itself was very flavorful and the cheese just kept pulling longer and longer. Every bite was delectable and addicting! Will be back next time I am in Chicago!

Went to Chicago for a long weekend. Ate dinner there. We had a bit of a wait, but we were able to order the pizza ahead of time. We ordered a deep dish Canadian bacon pizza. It was amazing. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend Giordano's for deep dish pizza in Chicago.

I wanted to try the famous Chicago deep dish pizza and Giordano's is the place to go for that. Amazing time , the pizza tasted so good. Just be patient it can take a bit of time as the place is busy.

I have to imagine people are okay with waiting 2 hours for a seat and pizza. The pie was GREAT! Big, tasty and filling. I don't know if I could ever dine-in though. Not worth hassling with seating wait times on top of 45-1hr to make the ZA! Take out and enjoy

Very friendly staff. Pizza was amazing. I wouldn't recommend it if your worried about dieting. It is was expensive though. I would say worth the experience.

I ordered a pizza and pasta with this restaurant. As I taste it, it was good and delicious. From now on, I would order pizza with their restaurant again and again. Besides, the staff was very informative and nice to me. He served me well and right. Also, their place looked tidy and organized. I loved everything there. It was great!

My go to for deep dish in downtown Chicago. I love there pizza. My wife isn't even a big fan of pizza and she enjoyed Giodanos pizza. I wish they would put a restaurant in Hong Kong I'd be their weekly. The restaurant can be busy so reservations are recommended but it's well worth it. I look forward to my next trip to Chicago to eat there again.

We had our first deep dish experience here. The only downside was the wait to be seated and to get our food.

I went here recently with my boss for lunch and as always the food was fantastic. A pizza and some appetizers always means a good and overly filling time. (My boss tried to push for a medium and thankfully I talked him into a small because we almost needed help getting out after polishing that off alone!) If you love pizza, you can't go wrong here!

Going in, if you're getting a stuffed+ pizza that there is going to be a wait in front of you, and that's fine. However my one docking of a star is that for a late lunch, and not an extremely busy one at that (I wouldn't bring it up if the place was even more than a quarter full and some of the wait staff was almost looking to be lounging), refills took forever.

Very busy place. Got to book ahead & plan your lunch! Pizza wholesome & be careful not to order more than your requirement!

I wish I could have tried this place out but they don't sell pizza by the slice and I don't need to and eat an entire Pizza even if I want to.

Stopped in without reservation around 5:30pm got seated in around 5 minutes. Ordered Chicago style deep dish pizza and was not disappointed. If you have an appetite this pizza will tame it. Its about 2 inches thick and its all mouth watering delicious. A bit pricey for pizza, our tab ran 50 bucks for 2 but we had fried mozzarella appetizers and craft beer on top of pizza. Our waiter was experienced at Giordano's and a long time Chicagoan, very talented and informative.

Didn't want to visit Chicago without trying the pizza and it was good!

I'm from Connecticut and it's the best pizza I have had so far in Chicago.

Place is nice and clean....in spite of many people. The.negative is about an hour waiting ...so we ate at the bar . Food is.fresh and tasty. A MUST in chicago.
Bar tenders are a blast.....great atention....

. first time Chicago deep dish pizza pie experience and it was totally worthwhile. Our server Blanca had many great recommendations and we appreciated the patience. Even the drinks were specially tailored. Definitely will be back!!

Pizza is amazing. The personal deep dish was so filling, I had a slice left. Garden salad was super fresh and Prosecco super cold. Well worth the wait.

So cheesy and tasty! Super kind staff paused his serving to let me take this cheesy photo! Although there was a little waiting, it s worth it and the waiting system was predictable and acceptable.
One minus is due to poor restroom maintenance.

We ordered our own DEEP DISH pizza, with toppings --> Block Olives & Jalapenos & it was amazing !! The wait was over an hour though ... that was my only complaint.

YOU BETTER BE LUCKY. The lady at the front desk did not tell us that we will get a text when we were put on the waiting list and obviously she put the wrong number. We were told that the waiting time is 45 minutes. We waited for an hour until we realized that everyone else got the conformation text. We went back to the front desk. No apology and horrible attitude. Restaurant like this thinks that its totally fine to make this kind of mostakes because people will still keep coming to them. Sadly, they are right.

How amazing does that pizza look?! Seriously!! Now that is a deep dish pizza worth talking about. All the goodies found inside/on this pizza.
The wait was about an hour. They were quite busy and informed us when we arrived. Plan accordingly and the time issues should bother you.
The bartender was greeted us fairly quickly. I did enjoy his personality.

The chicken deep dish pizza was alright, but a bit too greasy for my liking in comparison to other places. Good atmosphere and efficient service.

Food was good. The wait was long! We were there Saturday night, we should have called ahead and made reservations. Also, perhaps it was because they were as busy as they were, but they needed 1 1/2 hours to bake your pizza pie once you placed your order (realize that they allow you to "pre-order" it so that your wait time at the table is not as long).

This place is always busy as it is very touristy. None the less I like their pizza. A place you have to try if you are in Chicago.

Told me it would take 60-70 minutes. I am still waiting after 95...

Took a 1 hour detour on a road trip, $15 in toals in and out of Chicago, $45 in parking...

The ambiance of the place is lovely ... I chose Super Veggie Pizza than it tastes normal, I didn't feel so special ... the appetizers, the garlic bread tasted okay .... the waiter was very nice and the service was excellent .... note The small size is enough for two people

We took this pizza home and still taste the same. I am in love! I have never been a fan of deep dish but Giordano has won me over. The crust, cheese so fresh, we had salad & fresh feta..OMG like heaven. The garlic cheesy bread so delicious. The wait is worth it!!! It is all that. Amazing pizza!

We had to wait a long time for service after being seated. After I voiced my concerns they were kind enough to take care of us and went out of their way to accommodate us.

7-21-13 awesome deep dish as usual. Wait was an hour but pizza was made during wait. Grab a drink inside and sit outside while waiting.

The wait was over 2 hrs our waitress came to our table only when I called her ! The pizza was delicious
