Lunch special was quick and the food was great. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Amazing pizza. I like Lou Manalti's more, but this is a very close second. Their pizza is more cheesy and they offer better toppings. I wouldn't go to the restaraunt because they had a 1 hour wait for seating and 2 hour wait for food. So I just ordered delivery from another Giordano's and got my pizza in an hour to my air bnb.

Always a favorite for Chicago deep dish pizza. Always consistent and always fresh. Whenever we can, we out Giordano s in our list when we re in the city.

Whenever you order online, it's ALWAYS late. What's the point of ordering online for a specific time when it's 15 minutes late every time. It wastes half my lunch just waiting for my food that I ordered in the morning.
Anyways, I went there the other day with my husband for dinner. Place was clean, staff was nice, food was good but they put us at the SMALLEST table - bar tables. I thought it was because it was just the two of us, but I look over and another couple had a table of 4 to themselves. We had to get rid of our appetizer just to make room for the pizza and our drinks. Just be cautious going there. Not the best, and not the worst.

My favorite Chicago Style stuffed pizza! Feel in love with it over 30 years ago and still love it. Much prefer this to the 'other one' that uses corn meal for crusts. This location can get REAL BUSY, so plan accordingly.

I really love Giordanos pizza but after waiting 45mins and getting mushrooms on my pizza when we clearly said no mushrooms is unacceptable! No concessions were made other than to make another pizza and wait another 45mins. This has never happened in all the years of coming to Giordanos. Never again at this location. YUCK!!!!!

Popular Chicago restaurant for deep dish pizza. There is apparently a rivalry between Lou Malnatis and Giordannos that my friends told me about, and their preference is for Giordannos. We didn't wait in line to get seated which was nice given that it was a Friday around 12:30 but it did take 40 minutes for our small Chicago classic pizza to come out. Our waiter did warn us that it could take up to 45 minutes for our food to come however so just be patient. We split a small size among four girls and it was more than plenty. The tomato sauce was thick and the cheese was uber gooey when it came out. It was really fun to eat since it felt like I was eating a straight up pie and I was stuffed when we were done. The crust was thick and held up well against all the toppings and sauce. There are bathrooms available although the line for the ladies room was consistently long. There is indoor and outdoor seating but I would recommend the outdoor seating when the weather is nice to get a fresh breeze. It was strongly air conditioned inside. Overall a really good first time eating deep dish pizza and I'm glad I got to try Giordannos.

Chicago staple, runs about $35 for a medium pizza. Will note that it could feed a group of 4. Generally packed so plan on a wait. It's close to lots of hotels so a very touristy location.

As a New Yorker and fellow Pizza connoisseur, I can honestly say that this is the best deep dish pizza I've ever had in my life. It was like ecstasy.

First time in Chicago?!you have to give this busy authentic pizza place a try,although it was crowded and we finally found a spot to sit, out order got delayed more that what we were told but the staff came and asked for free complementary sode until our pizza gets ready, so we ordered some wings.a while later we got our pizza it was small size and it was yummy ,Shawn was very nice and friendly at the end when we asked for check they didnt even charge us because for the long wait.

Well located with a nice terrace. Good reception, good service. High chairs available. Their flagship pizza is to be tested, it's really very good! The quality ratio is very correct for the menu of the day. We had a great time!

Nothing to complain about, my best Chicago style deep dish pizza experience so far. Crust, the cheese, toppings, marinara sauce all excellent. Waiting for seat was about a 45 minutes but they send you sms when your time has come was able to look around the area without being there sitting. You can pre-order your meal which is helpful, since the deep dish pizza took around the same wait time. So when we sat for our meal we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to eat.

On my first bite, I knew that it was automatically the best pizza I've ever ate. I don't live in Illinois, but one of the main reasons I wish I did, is because of this pizza. This is some seriously delicious pizza. It made my love for the pie even fonder.

Well, we went to try their famous deep dish pizza. The waiter was very friendly and told us in advance that it will take like 40 minutes to get our pizza, so there was no surprises here.

The pizza was alright but it is just too much. We could not finish even a small pizza with only 6 slices, it is so stuffed! Still it is a must try when you visit Chicago.

Great service, hands down. Mark was great, and we only waited a few minutes to be seated. Had the Deep dish pizza. Certainly good, but not "wow" level for me. All meat pizza was a bit bland, but all fresh ingredients. BBQ chicken had a bit of a kick to it (for a midwesterner) and was more flavorful. Good, glad we went to say we went, but I can't say I have to come back. Great service from start to finish.

Pizza so amazing we can't help but order a large knowing it is impossible to finish. Worth packaging to go since it is just as delicious as left overs. Have been to multiple locations, and never recieved anything but great service and terrific food. Sometimes the wait was longer, but well worth it once the cheesy goodness hits the table.

This place is fantastic! We honestly were just looking for some late night pizza that was close to the hotel, so we stopped in and man are we glad we did! Awesome deep dish pizza! And the service was great too, Blanca was super nice and quick. We'll definitely be back before we leave town.

If you're in Chicago, this is a must try place for the all famous deep dish pizza. Order anything off the menu and you'll be guaranteed that it will be good. Be prepared for a waiting time of around 45 mins though! Unless you order the plain cheese.

I just came from NY with my wife to try the Chicago style pizza and it was superrrr delicious!!! The service was amazing thanks to our waiter Joseph, very kind guy, allowed us to take a video of the cheese coming down from the pizza and super attentive... The manager should be very proud of him and guve him a raise

I love Chicago style deep dish pizza and Giordano's is the best.

Loooove the pizza but I liked the Evanston location ambiance better personally. Food: 5 stars. Service: 4.5 stars. General location: 5 stars. The only thing we didn't like was that our utensils were a little dirty when we got them. Asked for new ones and they came clean.

This is our second time coming to Giordano's and it is still the best. The pizza is being cooked while you wait, so the wait of 45 min to hour or sometimes later is all done for a reason. We had no problem waiting because we knew when we get our table it would not take long for our pizza. The waitress did disappoint only because she did come around often but left the drinks at times. To be fair to her, it is really busy all the time at this resteraunt, so we try to give a bit of leeway when it comes to service. Otherwise, great food and fast response after wait.

In Chicago, it is certainly a place you cannot miss. It is very open, airy and heated, very friendly service, outdoor parking, very affordable price, a very varied menu, great choice of craft drinks (craft beer) and of course, what makes all the difference, the wonderful pizza. Anyone who asks you will not regret it. I highly recommend it.

The wait was really long, but the lengthy line was handled with experience and kept moving. Pizza was absolutely fantastic. Also had some wings, and they were also really well done. Would recommend to anyone who has the time and patience for the line. They have a line for a reason.

Up on arriving there we were told it would be an hour wait time. But we could place our order right away so it would be ready by the time we got our table. But a table opened up in about 30mins. The entry way was crowded. But the pizza and salads were amazing! Lots of options and the waiter we had seemed pleasant but overwhelmed by the business of the place. All around a good experience. But not a place for someone looking for a quiet atmosphere.

Excellent staff, and food. It was very busy during my visit, but I was seated after a very short wait with no reservation. The appetizer sampler is amazing, along with the deep dish pizza. My waitress was very attentive with refills, and taking away dishes as needed. She overheard that I was staying in a hotel downtown and boxed the pizza up with plates, silverware, and napkins in a bag. She also offered to put the pizza into a smaller box to fit into the hotel room mini fridge. At the end of my meal she gave me and my family to go sodas and offered coffee. Excellent service every time I ve been. Will come again soon.

Had the Italian beef sandwich and it was the truth. Server was fantastic and attentive.

Delicious pizza! We heard it was one of the best in Chicago, and it definitely was! We ordered a deep dish for my hubs and even though he ordered a small, his pizza was HUGE. He said it was delicious. And I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was huge too, which usually isn t the case at pizza joints. Anyway, I got the crazy loaded meat pizza: good choice! So good.
