Jet's Pizza Review

I just got pizza from here today, and I am so happy with the quality. The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection and was delicious. Delivery was timely, even during this crisis. Great job guys!

Never had any issues here, Jet's is always good! Did you know this is the first location Jet's ever opened?

I ordered a small pizza and with no cheese and a Hawaiian one and it was great it had just the right amount of stuff on it and it wasn't filled with sauce. Thank Jets Pizza.

Mike and joe are super great. They weren t working the day I had trouble and didn t get to eat. They always treat me great and have definitely restored my faith in jets! Thanks guys!

Good pizza but pricy. Very good customer service. Try the ranch dressing instead of tomato sauce, you'll love the taste plus is easy on the stomach vs. tomato sauce for those who suffer from heart burn.

It seems to be very popular but I wasn't impressed with the pizza or the service.

There was no extra sauce, no garlic crust, both of which we ordered. My husband said a frozen would have been better. So disappointed

We have ordered Jets pizza for years, but this location is disappointing because they are so skimpy with their toppings. We gave them many chances to do better and even paid for extra toppings only to not see any difference. When we ask why. The reply was... "We just don't make it that way." Really. :(
It would be nice to know that before we paid for the extra toppings that we did not get. So we have been going to other locations when we are in the area. Here is a picture of the kind of pizza we get from another Jet's location and we did not even ask for extra toppings - it just came this way. After asking about why this is... it seems the best Jet's are the ones not corporate owned. FYI

Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't deliver when you order online, steals your money.

The price you pay and the amount of pizza you get it is overrated.

Amazing pizza. It's my go to when it comes to dinner time!

So I went in to get a slice. Paid cash. Guy that came to cash me out (bigger guy with a green shirt) wore his purple gloves on. ALL greasy and i got greasy change back. But this is NOT the problem, the problem is that he kept those dirty gloves on and went back to making pizza. DISCUSSING on so many different levels.

The past two times i have ordered my pizza from Jets, they got my order wrong.

If want a pizza the way ordered it then don't go to Jets at 14 mile and Ryan rd.

Skimpy on toppings on a large pizza order. Some areas of the pieces of pizza, sauce was missing for about 2, 2.5 inches making the cheese bread In that area dry and tasteless. A couple pieces didn t even have cheese just crust. Like some ingredients you were lucky to get two of on your piece mind you it had about 5 different toppings on the pizza if you count cheddar cheese. So yea not sure where the quality of food has gone but this jets is cutting corners to save a buck. Oh and the flavored crust they like to tote about forget about it!

I've ordered from this Jet's many times, and each time, I'm disappointed. Like other people said, this location does skimp on its toppings. I always order a large BBQ chicken pizza and there are multiple slices with little to no chicken at all.

The good news is that there is another Jet's less than 2 miles south on Ryan Road! I've compared the two pizzas and the one on Ryan Road produces better pizza that's actually worth the price. Go there! :D

Always fast, always great, quality pizza. By the way jets pizza gives you coupons then ever you buy from them or you can find them in local news paper. The people here are always nice friendly. No issue here

The pizza I ordered completely fell apart all the cheese and all the toppings slid right off even picking it up carefully pretty bad for a more expensive pizza place

Best pizza around. I don't like cardboard thin crust. Got the 8 corners pizza w/pepperoni an mushrooms, butter crust an Sesame seeds. Even my 95 yr. old uncle loves it.

Tried the cauliflower crust pizza tonight for the first time as I'm trying to cut down on my carb intake. It was fantastic. Essentially a personal pan pizza. It is a small with six slices. But enough to hit the spot for a late night meal. Costs right around $10.

Ordered a small pizza, arrived only slightly warm. Called right away. 15.20 minutes later a delicious hot pizza at my door. Yum Jets square is the best pizza ever!

One little container of dressing for a large salad and no plastic ware. Delivery guy says he just punches in and drives and has nothing to do with order. Well maybe you can help yourself out and get tips by helping me out and making sure that at least the basics are covered.

The "Ass Mgr" named Paige is very rude and does not value the customers. I ordered the same & only small square Pizza that I often order from this location. This time when I opened it it looked very different than usual. It looked like it had light toppings with heavy parmesan soaking in grease. I pay 16.07 for the small pizza to add olives, green pepper, extra cheese topped with parmesan. She told me that when you order additional toppings you actually get less. She proceed to argue with me stating that she personally made the pizza. I said that's NEVER happened before and why am I paying for extra then. She told me that I'm not paying for extra toppings and the most she would do is make it over again but that it would be the same way. I told her that I was bringing the pizza back and that I wanted my money back and that I would NEVER patronize this location again. She OKAY, but I can't give you your money back. I asked for corporate # she gave it. I then demanded my money back and my son picked it up.

I always ask for a well done pizza everytime and they never do it. Literally all u have to do is keep it in the oven for an extra 5 minutes. Definitely won t be back.

This one at 14 and Ryan is no good to many young boys there slow the one at 15 and schooner is way better

Terrible customer service!!! Will not go here eeevveerrr again! So, I called in my order for a BBQ chicken pizza with turbo all over. The young lady told me 15 to 20min cool....I get there 40mins later and my food isn't done... Its not even in the oven!! I ask for my money back and asked if they had slices which I already knew the answeer bcuz I've asked before....the manager looks back on the counter at some pizza on the counter thats u can clearly tell has been on the counter for awhile and says "yea we have slices" I said "oh naw I dont want that pizza that's bn just sitting out on the back counter right next to the garbage can" but as I was saying it to him an employee balled up a piece of paper and trued to throw it in the garbage can from across the room but it landed on the pizza on the counter smf the young man looked at me kept doing what he was doing smh so sad. What's even more frustrating is everyone was standing around doing nothing but my food wasn't even prepared which I'm kinda happy about that because the youngan who threw the paper into the pizza got me thinking about other type of unsanitary things these employees are doing while making our food and honestly I dont think I'll be eating at jets NO TIME SOON

Called my order in 30 minutes early. Got there to be told that it hadn't even been started it. Should at least offer a discount for the inconvenience. Still good pizza.

Terrible!! No topping on the antipasto salad, no forks or napkins. Barely any Topping in my jet boat. They make them smaller but still charge the same old price. I feel like I got robbed. Don't order from here!!!!!

I WAS CREEPED OUT RECEIVING A HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARD MADE OUT TO ME, MY ADDRESS, ETC. .... I'M SURE THEY HAVE MUCH MORE INFO THAN THIS. I'VE NEVER BEEN TO JETS PIZZA & WON'T BE GOING. THEIR MARKETING PEOPLE COULD HAVE SENT COUPONS TO PROSPECTIVE NEW CUSTOMERS WITHOUT LETTING THEM KNOW THEY HAD PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THEM.

A go-to and a must-have not only for my family, but visiting friends and relatives. This Jets Pizza location--the original franchise store--rarely ever disappoints! Very fast and friendly and oh-so-delicious!

We ordered pizza from them chicken Parmesan it s only tomatoes hardly any chicken. Each slice only has one piece of chicken. They charged us 21 dollars for it.
