Great Service and the pizza was out of this world!...

Great Service and the pizza was out of this world! Hawaii has nothing that comes close. Nothing like having it served straight from the oven to your table. The cheese kept flowing like a river-endless! Hope I have a chance to bring my family up here next time instead of a business trip. Aloha and God Bless!

Pizza was amazing and everything I came to Chicago for! They let you pre-order when you check-in at the hostess stand so you don't have to wait so long at your table for your pizza! Our waiter was a little snow on refills, but he was super nice and they were super busy (I imagine they always are!).

Excellent pizzeria in Chicago. Super traditional, the pizza looks like a pie size flavor and filling! Very crowded place and usually has a considerable queue, but it allows you to place the order already in the waiting queue and if you are looking for a beer, there is a bar to help with the waiting!

Loved it...arrived around 5pm and it was really busy, went directly to the bar and found a seat. Immediately served by the wonderfull barkeeper. We really wanted a pizza but was told it would take an hour. So we ordered an appetizer of bruschetta and drinks...we ate, drank and made it in time for the South Shore train that left at 622pm. Fantastic!

Pizza was half raw when it came out even though we had ordered it a little over an hour before. One of the worst servers I have ever had. When asked if we could have the pizza cooked a little more he took it and 20 minutes later brought it back (still not completely done and not hot, wasn't hit the first time we received it either). He never checked on us. Never filled out water glasses.

However I gave it three stars because the hostess, bartender and other employees were great.

Overpriced place... we spend 85 bucks just for a pizza a 2 pitchers. 50 minutes waiting and a table beside a wall with any view of anything. So... spend your money in another place... the guy who serve us was great... but the staff in front... wow it s Just like the are making a favor to us givin a table.... go to little cesar' s. .. it s better than this lie...

YES!!! Finally, a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and I got to the right place to do so.

The line to wait to be seated was of about 20 minutes, the server not only gets your name but also your order to make the process faster.

I was afraid that by the time we got to the table they will make us have dinner fast but no, the server was extremely nice and that cheese pizza was to die for. That crust tasted like a cookie, so good and crispy. The sauce was on point and you could taste that it was made fresh.

Prices were excellent for the quality and amount of food you get in here!

I can't wait to go back!!!

It looks nice, that's about it. The pizza wasn't terrible I guess, but I was expecting to be blown away by these world famous Chicago Deep Dish places, and it was just kind of "meh". The crust was rock hard, couldn't even eat it near the base. I was told that was because of how thick and heavy it is, it needs to be strong to hold the pizza up. But I've since been to plenty of deep dish places with nice crisp/soft delicious crusts that I can actually eat, so that doesn't work. Go to Duo's instead, it's closer, and much better.

Great, convenient place to gather with colleagues for lunch. We pre-ordered our food and drinks so our wait time to be served was about 5 minutes, which is great for a busy pizzeria on a Friday afternoon. We ordered veggie pizzas and a combination of pepperoni and sausage pizzas. The food arrived at the table as if it had just come out of the oven. It was hot and tasty. The diet Pepsi (we requested diet Coke when we placed our order but were not informed that the restaurant didn't have Coke products) was flat as if it had been sitting out an hour or so before we arrived. The restaurant was packed as a testimony to its delicious pizzas but it was not loud or noisy. We were able to hear everyone at the table without shouting or repeating ourselves. Overall, a pretty good dining experience minus the flat diet Pepsi.

Giordano's has excellent deep dish pizza. The cheese is especially good in their pizzas. Be prepared for a long wait at busy times. You can save yourself some time by ordering pizza ahead online and picking it up.

Great Chicago pizza but be prepared. Their pies often take over an hour after you order them.. our grandkids order the lasagna and it was taste too. They split one order and were stuffed.

Very busy place but I LOVE THE PIZZA SO SO SO MUCH!!! The staff may be a little unfriendly sometimes but it's hard when the people you deal with is 100 times meaner than what the wait staff appears. We should all be a little kinder to one another.

That was the best stuffed pizza I had ever had in my life and what makes it better g i o r d a n o s was established in 1974 I was born in 1974 so every time I go into Chicago I'm going to visit this place every time I want to try everything on the menu LOL

I am in deep love with deep dish pizza. We ordered the bacon bbq chicken, super veggie, and a create-your-own chicken pizza. The bacon bbq chicken was sooooo good (my mouth still waters).

Yummy

I always hear so much about Giordano's deep dish Pizza and how amazing it is. For thick melty cheese lovers, this is definitely the place for you. I, however, am not a fan of thick cheese.. It gags me. I am a thin crust junkie. It was so much cheese that you couldn't enjoy the crust or toppings (in my opinion). I would still give it 5 stars because just because it isn't my style doesn't mean it wasn't amazing for true deep dish and cheese lovers. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because of how packed it is. That and the service was rather slow the 2 times we went. It's like they have so many fans and paying customers that they can afford to not really care what you think of them or how good their service is for you. Both of my experiences have just seemed a little impersonal and expensive.

Tasty pizza and bruschetta. Takes a good while to get a pizza. Most people seem to take half their pizza home in a to-go box, as it is very filling. So you can probably afford to order less food than you'd otherwise expect to.

Excellent deep dish pizza...compared to others we have tried, this was less greasy, with a crunchier crust. It does take about an hour to get your deep dish, but appetizers come out quickly if you order any. Service was excellent.

We were a party of 6 and were seated quickly. Service was competent, but a little pushy. Like, they were in a rush and we were holding them up.

BBQ pizza was good. Sampler was so-so. Chicken strips worked well for the kids.

Amazing pizza...but the 3 of us made the mistake of ordering a large so I ended up carying 1/2 a pizza around Chicago the next 2 hours...but even that was worth it!

Busy atmosphere but wait staff was kind and we didn't feel rushed.

It's expensive but it's downtown Chicago at a famous pizza restaurant.

Service was excellent, however, when we got our pizza, it felt as though it wasn't fresh. I've been here before (different location), so I know what to expect. The cheese wasn't melty and it was lukewarm. Food still tasted good, just wish it was more fresh. If you want a more authentic experience, I recommend the Giordano's on Jackson Blvd.

Lunch special on the weekday is filling! $10 for an individual deep dish pizza and a side. I recommend the cheese for a true authentic Chicago deep dish pizza! The waiters serve your first slice and the cheese pull is mesmerizing!

Landed into Chicago and headed to the best pizza place in town. Warned about the queues, but as you quickly find out if you have to queue it is defintely worth waiting for!

We ordered a small each and were told that we should probably share, so we went half an half. The deep dish is epic! If you had one day in Chicago, would highly recommend this joint.

Visiting from out of town. My family and I went to the location by Millennium Park. This place is really busy so expect a wait. We entered and waited 30 min for a table. They have an option to order your pizza ahead of time. It takes about a hour. My daughter was really hungry and getting impatient. While waiting I asked a manager Robert who was at the host desk if he could bring me some crackers or bread so that my daughter could eat while we waited. Well to my surprise he brought out a few pieces of mozzarella for her. She was so happy. That s customer service! We were finally seated and our server Maria was very sweet and attentive. It s the little things that make a big difference between a bad experience and great one. This place is a must when I m Chicago
