The resort is very large and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. Plenty of parking in front of each building.

We checked into our room and had several things not working. We called right away and two friendly staff workers came out immediately and fixed or replaced everything.

The pools felt like they were heated which was great because it was colder weather while we were here.

Even though it's a little ways away it was a good location to parks, restaurants and shops.

Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

Room k101 was amazing, staff very friendly, i always love coming back here.

Nice resort for golfers. Tennis facilities were great. Not a lot for teens to do. Staff was not completely knowledgeable about the amenities on the premises. You have to drive everywhere on the premises. They should rent golf carts for the week.

Spacious, quiet, and relaxing with great golf course views.

Although it had many nice rooms, it is easy to get lost in the resort due to the lack of signs. You couldn't see the room numbers from in your car, so finding your room was a challenge and you were not able to purchase bottles of water so yeah. But the food is OK.

Booked the hotel for two nights/three days through AAA. Resort would not honor the rate given me by AAA. They also would not honor the 2 breakfast included when booked. One bedroom vila was fine. It needs updated carpet, paint and the hot water took forever to warm. The resort needs a serious facelift inside and out of the hotel, clubhouse restaurant and villas. Love the location but was disappointed with the service.

Big resort with 2 great golf courses, lodging options from rooms to large houses.

Went to Reunion's Eleven restaurant for Magical Dining month. Dinner was amazing as well as the staff. The view of the Disney fireworks around the rooftop pool deck was incredible

Really enjoyed our weekend stay for my sons birthday...water park/lazy river area was perfect for the occasion.

Had a wedding reception at one of the ball rooms. Amazing service. Super freindly and helpful staff. Great time overall

Location great very beautiful grounds. They were still cleaning the room when we go there. Light bulbs missing in the bedrooms. Remote in the main room didn t work for the TV. Only four towels in the unit for eight people. When I check in they made me sign up for a meeting I had been to dozens of times before. The desk where you picked up Your park tickets was very unfriendly. She was almost rude to us about wanting us to sign up for the meal program at the water park. Told us it was $35 a person but on line it said $20 per person. Finally she gave in and listen to us saying know thank you. I would go to Bonnet Creek before this place in a heart beat.

Wasn't as promised. All rooms were not close as promised and washer and dryers did not work as promised....

This place is a wonderful place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the Disney area. The hotel room was enormous, luxurious and comfortable.

I visited my friend who is staying there while on vacation. She has a 3 bedroom and it was very nice! So are the amenities.

Check in takes FOREVER and is the most dreadful experience. Otherwise, we enjoy our stay and use it as our "Orlando go-to"

Great place to have an event. Parking can get a little confusing atfirst, but there is plenty of it once you find it. Bathroom doors are crazy heavy!

It's a beautiful place, the food is delicious and the service is good too

Our dining room lamp had spider webs all over it. The iron was broken. It took two days for it to be replaced. There were gnats non-stop! The staff however we very nice.

We stayed at an Airbnb and it was literally a mini mansion

The 3 bedroom Villa is awesome. Large spacious rooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. A washer and dryer is placed in a closet for convenience. It is 25 to 30 minutes from Disney world and Universal studios Park. Highly recommended.

Great location to ask attractions. Worked at the Convention Center and the driver in each morning was reasonable. Great security and wonderful rooms. Service at golf course restaurant was great. Good was just ok. All around a g good place to spend a vacation it business trip

What ever you do do not stay at this hotel number one it is unsafe several people in the lobby while I was waiting to check in all complaint of being given keys two rooms that were already occupied by other tendons so if you get a room here you will be interrupted and people walk in your room very unsafe be warned also the rooms are dated and it s not been refurbished since 1970 old dingy and ugly rooms their computer is complete shambles their service is horrible Sara management is the worst I ve ever seen in my 60 years of life do not stay here do not spend your money do not!!!!
I don t see how in the world did they get a 4.5 rating it must be fake reviews do not trust this hotel they are crooked as hell

Great place for a family, close to just about everything!

Stayed at the resort with friends during a vacation. The rooms and service have been top notch, and the location is beautifully kept.

Love this place is great for the kids and really the entire family can a great of time...

The rooms at this resort are not luxurious!
I am lying in my bed and can t sleep because of the overwhelming smell of fabreeze masking a room that has obviously been smoked in.
Not what you would expect from a resort with such high reviews.
Place is a bit dated.

We were impressed of how beautiful the Reunion Resort was when we first arrived. We were there to attend the Halloween Party with Mickey @ Disneyworld; 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel. The customer service was all great, especially at the front desk. A young man named Joaquin @ the Reunion front desk went extra mile to help my daughter's school project. Joaquin was professional, courteous, and very helpful! It's employee like Joaquin that will keep us coming back to the Reunion resort. If you are looking a place to relaxed and can enjoy Disneyworld at the same time, try the Reunion Resort. They will make you feel like home.

Great price and quality hotel. Rooms and grounds were well maintained and neat and tidy. Amenities were very nice.

Very nice setting and nicely laid out villas that have great views of the golf courses. Rooms could use a touch up here or there but overall are very nice. Be sure you know what part of the property you are booking your stay at, some villas are quite far from the main building.

Maybe it was because we were part of the 1st wave of spring breakers but the 1st day we were there the water in the water park was freezing. So, we didn't get to use the water park. The rooms are ok, we stayed in a 3bd Villa but several things didn't work right. The dryer would turn off and on all day when trying to use it, then all night keeping you awake, the dish washer couldn't open without hitting the stove. There was something lodged in the garbage disposal when we got there so we had to fix it ourselves. There was not enough soaps or toilet paper or paper towels. Everywhere we went on the resort the workers either were really slow or seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I almost had to get behind the bar at the pool to make my drink. I had to repeat myself 5 times before they got it right and then the drink was disgusting. At the clubhouse they made a bloody Mary with Sriacha!! Gross! Nothing ever seemed to be open and because they don't have accessible trash bins close people tend to leave their trash bags in the hallways. The water park was pretty cool when we got to use it but service there was also slow. It took forever to get food. The fake rocks lining the lazy river are cracked in a way that looks like it could cause some serious issues soon.

My family comes here a few times a year, many times just for a night or two. It's always enjoyable. We get a condo and they're always clean, always stocked with the things you need to enjoy. The kids really like the pools and water park.

Only an hour away from home, we visited for a little break from our beautifully hectic life. Have some relaxing family time hanging out by the pool. We rented a 3 bedroom villa. The set up was perfect for our 5 kids but did seem a little run down. Resort is so large and a little confusing for just a quick getaway. Started at water park. Service was horrible. 2 waiters working for the whole water park. Waited over an hour for sodas for the kids. Took a shuttle to roof top pool - it was a beautiful view but no towel services which we were not aware of since water park does provide towels. So dripping wet five kids walking through the lobby. Headed over to the main pool - same problem, no towel service. Pools and restaurants closed early. Even a couple of workers agreed it was very misleading by the way they advertise.happy hour 4-7, but they close at 4:30?? No activities for kids, like pool games. Game room- closed early. I think if staying from out of town, for a longer period of time, this Resort could work. But, for us and our needs it didnt. The worst part ... taking a shuttle at night from clubhouse - kids entered first and said what is that smell?? Once on the shuttle I realized they were talking about a very strong smell of marijuana. I asked the driver to roll down his windows - I assume it was from other guest on the bus but not cool with five kids between 4 and 10. It did lead to an unexpected conversation about people and drug use. Not the family time I was thinking of . We did have a fun weekend, resort is beautiful, some friendly staff, just not what we thought it would be.

The home was beautiful great place to spend time with family. However, during our stay we had no access to the pool or jacuzzi even after countless calls to maintenance. With family being out of town and coming for relaxation with the kids this was huge deal that caused a damper on the trip. Would love to return but that issue must be resolved. Very unfortunate we weren t able to enjoy the water even after being told it would be fixed after the third trip from maintenance.

We got the room a hour later plus a wedding party outside of the room with music very loud with a lot base and its stop at 11pm but they give us $50 back.

Everyone is great! The rooms are amazing! Easiest timeshare I've ever sat in on. They do everything first class.

Accomdations were beautiful and well cared for and the staff was knowledgable and helpful

Good facilities and nice restaurants. Pools are large and clean. Tennis courts are vet good and the gym is ok.

First and last time a big disappointment. So much so that despite everything paid for we shorten the stay and left the house the day before the end of the contract.

2-Order of barbecue was in the promise without at least one connection to justify.
3-Attendants leave you hanging on the phone. We were unable to book at any resort restaurant.
4-Garage locked so the car is in the scorching sun.
5-If you intend to play golf, a disaster. Farways have to "tee up" as several places without grass .Greens recently punctured and poorly maintained.
Starters a mess. They left a group of 6 yes six people to stick in front of us on the tee of the 10 and when we asked for passage they denied about the allegation that they were members of the club. We skipped a hole and only played 17. Certainly not worth the $ 100.00 green fee

Nice property, however unit we stayed in was quite outdated. Water heater in bedroom super loud. Outdated decor and TVs

Amazing place, 3 PGA's Golf Course... little heaven!

Excellent place to stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to play golf or relax by the pool. Really nice area.
