Room was not cleaned properly before check in and housekeeping didn't come until I called

Great resort, especially the Superior Villas....7 Eagles a miss though, need renovations on most units and building. Waterpark a big hit with everyone. We always stay there in Orlando.

Check was horrible. Need to have more help and better training.

Here to play golf. I know an owner on the resort. Amazing golf courses. Golf staff are extremely friendly and nice.

Good place but not for handicapped people rooms are not totally handicapped

I consider myself to be a fair judge and am not a picky person. I was shocked that this resort had such great reviews. Heck, that's why I stayed at reunion is because of the great reviews. Firstly, we got there and thought it was very nice. A little old but clean and they were kept up. Then as we stayed there longer, things just got worse and worse. We had cold water. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance in to take a look. The guy turned the water up. We were happy to take a shower and have it be warm. Only to be completed dissapointed. It was luke warm and we got out of the shower shivering. My husband went to the front desk and they sent another guy. That guys turned the water up and we did the last step all over again. It wasn't warm. Finally the fourth time the guy came and told us that the other people were probably showering at the same time and maybe if we showered at a different time than maybe we would have warm water. So if we wanted a warm shower we had to take one at 3 in the afternoon. Next, They had us in villa J which was a million miles from the pool. We were so excited and decided to look past the fact that it was forever away. Then we got to the pool. There wasn't a hot tub and the kids area were freezing. Like ice cold. I'm not sure why they think kids wouldn't want to swim in somewhat warm water but apparently think that kids are like polar bears. So all went back to the room shivering. Then couldn't warm up due to our cold showers. We never got to fill a bath tub and have it be warm. It was miserable. Next on the list is the washer and dryer. Neither of them worked. We only brought three pairs of clothes for each kid and us because it said we would have a washer and dryer. The maintenance came and looked at those as well and the dryer was garbage. Oh, speaking of garbage. We had to run our garbage over to the dumpster across the street. I dunno, if I am staying at a decent place I would assume we wouldn't have to be running our garbage all over the place in our vehicles. All in all I wouldn't recommend this resort. We finally moved over to the grand beach in lake buena vista and it has been awesome. No complaints whatsoever. Dryer works, warm showers, hot tubs and pools, they have been wonderful.

Great venue for meetings. Everything you need is on site; rooms, restaurants, golf.

As a previous guest I was not impressed during this stayed! First the room wasn't ready till almost 5:30pm, at the water park rented a Cabana for the next day and was asked twice after was told the price was I sure??? Was told had to pay prior and I answered twice yes! The next day it was 57 so asked if I could switch the cabana shortly after arriving to one closest to the kid's pool and was told all were booked and asked it I had paid! Same employees!! I understand if they were actually booked but we arrived at 11am and left after 5 and not one was booked! Visited Clubhouse Restaurant the Tatiana was amazing and I understand they have no control of obnoxious guests and I think that the Resort was overwhelmed by so many guest

Lovely atmosphere, good food (was a catered lunch buffet for a work function) friendly staff and a comfortable meeting area for our large group.

Overall a good place to stay, but there were a few issues, the dishwasher would scratch the oven when opened. Also the light switches were very confusing to figure out.

My first day at the hotel is absolutely beautiful so far! The grocery & fast foods & other stores are right about 2 blocks away and this amazing room was surprisingly cheaper than other uglier more expensive resorts we found. I'll update later in about a week.

The best place to relax, wyndham guys was amazing and professional.

Great swim park as well as beautiful grounds. Yes, for those of you that golf, this place ROCKS.

Very nice rooms. Good location. Calls in the morning about if we need anything are great. Lots of activities to do ingres ort as well.

I had drinks at the reunion resort. Found them to be very overpriced and frankly not that good.

Great resort! Lots of things to do inside the resort. If you enjoy golfing, this is the place to be. Restaurants and bars are very good. Definitely recommended!

This place and staff was so amazing so much to do with and without kids. Nice rooms very clean was impressed

For the short amount of time we were there, there was some major issues. Our AC in our room did not work, something very essential to have in the summer time in Florida. Also while we were there one of the staff members randomly walked in to our room while we were in bed. They came in unannounced, did not state their presence or anything. When asked what they were doing there they could not respond effectively, they had no cleaning supplies or anything of that nature (very unprofessional). Unannounced entrance of this nature this is highly unacceptable. Make sure if you stay here you bring your own toilet paper (rougher than a cob).

This place is very nice the bed is comfortable there are a lot of nice mirrors it is clean although the tv for me didn t really work beautiful Lobby and elevator the rooms are not really rooms it s a whole house and the furniture is very nice I was very satisfied it wasn t just decent or whatever it was amazing and If there was a reunion resort every vacation and every place I go to i Would rent a room

Staying at the Wyndham at Reunion Resort. Condos are 3 bedroom and fantastic. Water park on site is nice. Kids love the lazy river. Plenty of pools and things to do. If you like golf, there are three very good courses there. Great location, 15-20 minutes from Disney parks.

Grounds were well maintained and staff was friendly but our room was incredibly run down. We found an eye mask on floor (they don't provide them so likely left from a previous guest), curtains had holes in them, and room was infested with milipedes. We stayed there for one night and killed at least six milipedes, I shudder thinking about how many were hiding that we couldn't see. I then received a survey about our experience and shared the issues we had in our room and received literally the most generic form letter back thanking me for sharing my concerns. With the amount of resorts to choose from in Orlando, choose another until they renovate the rooms. Edited to add that a soap wrapper was left in shower when we arrived and to add photos.

All perfect, the friendliness of all and three spectacular golf courses!

Lazy river was gorgeous, water slides, pirate ship, infinity pool, were all great! We stayed in a 3 bedroom "villa" on the ground floor, it had everything you could possibly want, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 3 baths, was perfect for 5 adults and 2 babies.

We recently photographed a wedding at Reunion Resort and we were very impressed with the grounds and the features that Reunion Resort offers to couples planning a wedding in these times. The staff were super professional, helpful and friendly. They took us and our couple in one of their golf carts to a beautiful location for additional photos. Nice and quiet place to stay. The reception is very helpfull and professional. The villa is nice but it need some maintenance. The water park close too early (5 or 6 PM).
The house kerping is chargable.
Lots of parking.
You have to have car to go to resturants, grocery or shopping ( no less than 6 KM far).

Great family friendly place not far from all the parks. Love the water park and especially the lazy river.

Beautiful resort, great golf courses... but its hard to go anywhere from here, even just trying to go out for dinner is tough, which means you are locked in to their restaurants (and prices)

It was really cool, the pool and hot tub was fantastic, but the dishwasher sucked. Nice to come back to after a loooooong day at theme parks!

For the past 6 days we rented out a house for me and my family to stay for a big volleyball tournament near Orlando. As soon as we arrived we thought we would have a good trip... wrong!!!! We were greeted with bugs on walls, cockroaches in our bed sheets as well as centipedes. That s not all, after one day of being there our air conditioning wouldn t cool the house. We called multiple times just to be told, We will send someone over . Guess what, they never came. We didn t just call once or twice or three times no we called about 6 and everyday the same answer. So in result our house was about 83-87 degrees for 5 days. Our family would have spent 7 days there but we just had to leave. Oh wait there Was more such as the pool being dirty, our front door not closing all the way due to a faulty door lock. Would never suggest this to anyone else. Take my word this is the worst place to stay. Would rather sleep in a motel then this!!!

Way out, but really nice. Water park is small but fun.

The host at the restaurant was wonderful, he set our table outside and offered to take pictures for us. We got the see the fireworks from Disney which was pretty cool. The server seemed ok at first but he told someone from our party that the cocktail she wanted was 12 and it was 14 when the bill came out, he also only refilled our water once and we were there for about 2 hours. We could see him return to a table inside about 6 times before even checking on us. He also seemed very disgruntled when we asked to split the bill (we are not from the USA and one person paying the whole bill isn't really our custom). The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price. Actually went back to our rental house feeling nauseous.

Exclusive Resort Area, Resort Hotel & 3 Golf Championship courses near Orlando, FL. Close to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and Water Parks. Tampa Bush Gardens and most beaches within 1 hr drive.

Having a larger group this has always been a great place to stay when traveling to the area. Complete with restaurants, gold course and water park, this is a great place to relax and is only about 15 min from Disney. Sometimes you have to request more towels or toilet paper but the beds are super comfortable. It's a fun place for a great escape.

Stayed at the resort in one of the houses as a part of a family holiday. Coming from the UK, the weather and the ambience at t he resort were gorgeous and very relaxing...would buy a holiday home there if I had the money. Kids loved the pool. Service was ok, they struggled for two days to provide us toilet paper and one visit had them giving us kitchen tissues instead. As we spent lot of time at the theme parks, we did not get to use much of the resort facilities such as play area, water park, restaurant etc. All in all a nice & relaxing place for a holiday stay.

Great golf, tennis and pools. Food was very good. Service was very slowly for a large party. Minimal nightlife.

Everything we needed for our vacation. Definitely enjoyed the relatively small amount of time we spent there.

This is by far, the best resort style Private golf course community in all of Central Florida.

Resort is beautiful, 10 pools and can't take any drink or food to them, $14 a burger ppfffttt otherwise it's great

I felt it just wasn't up to par with my past stays at the resort. It was still very good. But felt a bit off. I liked the attentiveness of the people.

Terrible Friday 13th. .Bldg not marked, no lighting to find bldg, front desk clueless on whereabouts of room, no big vehicle parking on site without offering shuttle. Now on our company avoid/do not book list

The resort is well kept. Too cold to use the water park. The unit was well layed out. Be careful of the stairs in the morning dew, my daughter slipped but was not hurt. Wyndham needs to keep better track of who the owners are as I keep getting calls about owner breakfasts and other outings in Florida as well as Las Vegas. I was pressured into a 2yr trial package and trying to book dates with that package was almost impossible. Glad it's over, will not use Wyndham again. Nice place to stay tho.

Great resort not chip but is worth for a nice weekend

Beautiful property, and lots to do, like golf, a small waterpark and a rooftop pool that turns into a bar later in the day. Also, 15 minute drive to Disney. Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests, though it was very difficult to get our mail that was forwarded here. That may be due to the property being so large; sometimes customer service can be compromised.

We spent a weekend myself and 6 other ladies from our Ladies Group a Church Retreat.
We all loved it a great place to gather with a lot to see. We look forward to coming back next year with a larger group of ladies. God Bless.

Always a good visit to reunion resort. Been here a dozen times. It's our favorite spot with the kids but even when we are older I can see this as a long term destination especially for a long weekend away from the crappy New England winters.

Excellent accommodation, restaurants close, facilities and golf courses. Pricey.
