My wife,two daughters and myself went up on eleventh floor for fireworks. I had a college basketball shirt on and two drunk residents started harassing me about the team. I asked them to stop the B.S. and they continued till it got ugly. I asked for the manager and he was afraid to approach them so we left. This all happened with two mins of arriving. Accommodations are nice but this experience has turned my family and I off.
