Stayed at villas. Villa was nicely appointed, however beds were far too firm for me to sleep comfortably. No ice makers or snack machines that I could find in the complex.

Also they apparently need a new IT staff. None of their 800 phone numbers work. You call any of them, they answer and the call immediately hangs up. I notified them of this 3 months prior to my visit when I was booking the stay. Still not fixed. Wifi connection was a useless mess, either I could not connect because all available Ip's had been used (easily fixed by changing ip release rates), or it would connect but no internet access. On the few occasions I got both a connection and internet access it would randomly disconnect after a minute or two.

For the price of they stay I expect better service than what I experienced.
