Staff is not very helpful at the front desk. Needed an ADA Villa and specifically asked for that when making the reservation, was put in 2 villas that weren't ADA, finally, Jose got us into an ADA. Chair lift didn't work. Events were cancelled and the front staff did not say anything, even when we were talking about it at check in.
Water park was the highlight as the had a wheelchair that went into the water. My son actually got to get in the water with his kids.
Needs improvement in staff being schooled in ADA!!
