Love Hampstead Heath. It has everything you could possibly want in a large park.
As the name! It's a well maintained heath. One of the highest points in London. If you came to read the reviews, experience of others and searching for a feel good times, a day out chilling, relaxing then you're at the right place. :-) More
A lot of snow on the road. Bit of frost and we might have a disaster.
This is a green oasis in north London you wouldn't expect to find in this city. The park seems endless in its green surroundings. you can walk your dog, go for a run or even take a dip in one of the swimming ponds if you which. definitely go up parliament hill. the views are worth the hike up.
As first time visiting the pool, I'll try to come more.
Amazing park for a nice ping walks, good for family s.
Absolutely love a good walk in the Heath, but its easy to get lost as it is deceptively big.
A great place to visit, vast open areas, some amazing trees and wildlife, and brilliant walking. Some areas can get very busy on a sunny day, but if you venture deeper into the heath you can easily escape the crowds.
One of the magical parts of London. Great views of London from Parlament Hill and dipping into the woman s pond on a warm summer day is one of my personal favourite things to do in town.
A park with a great view of London. I also liked that it is less asphalt and in some parts of park it feels like you are not in London anymore.
What a idyllic place to come sunbed and relax looking over London in the evening amasing
What a wonderful place. I didn t realise how large this place was. The little zoo is a fantastic place and the coffee shop was lovely. I would highly recommend a walk here. Would love to go back and explore more. Great for dog walkers.
Nice country walk in the city with good views across London. Parking available!
Massive, full of nature and animals. Great for a walk
Lovely place to walk your dog, go for run or sit and have a picnic
This place is always worth a visit. A huge green in the midst of London
Bliss. It's a wonderful place to sit and enjoy life.
Peaceful place. To clear your mind, to burn calories if you like exercise or even to visit Kenwood house. Hampstead heath is for everyone to enjoy.
A delightful gem in North West London offering country delights for all to enjoy. You can also visit Kenwood House, English Heritage, free of charge. Enjoy breakfast, Lunch or afternoon indulgences during your visit.
Very peaceful especially in the week. Great area for dog walking and lots of pleasant people around.
Absolutely amazing the only problem is they got rid of all the bins
Lovey park, but does get very busy when the suns out ..
One of the most difficult bike rides I ve done. It has the highest point of land in London, with city view. Getting there was very steep and difficult. Impossible to ride there in one go and not stop. Coming back down was very rewarding indeed!
I love to walk here and to take my young goddaughter to play :)
If you live in London, visiting here often will increase your quality of life without a doubt
One of the highest places in London from where you have an amazing view over the city!
One of the best parks London. Love it especially in Autumn and Winter when is covered by snow.
This park is so beautiful and natural good for healthy walk.
Lovely lake and gardens. Kenwood house is beautiful inside and free to visit.
Paradise in the heart of the city! Most beautiful spot in London indeed
Quite muddy but you can barely believe you're still in London, very tranquil.
Calling it a park is an massive understatement. Its located in a very posh upscale area of the city and in summer, wealthy chick hipster locals are often found sunbathing around the pond area. But beyond that, you can get your hiking muscles in order because its hilly terrain with forest trails makes you forget that you are in the city. The only downside is that despite the huge area it covers, it can still get pretty crowded in summer but a lovely place without any doubt.
The only place I know in London whereby you can see stars. The view of the cityscape in contrast to the beautiful heath you're in is a lovely juxtaposition of the varied pace of London life.
This is an amazing place with twelve ponds, spectacular forests and nice view of the city centre. It's the perfect place for a walk with your pets, picnic with your family and friends or go for a run. At the Kenwood House you can see a huge collection of paintings and old furniture, and you can have a meal and a coffee in the house's restaurant.
Love Hampstead Heath, beautiful vast natural spaces and lots of interesting history of you're into the Gothic.
Simply beautiful. Great views and perfect for walking with or without dogs.
At the weekend it appears to be full of well to do middle-class people from all over the world, walking dogs and tripping over each other on leafy paths as they discuss whatever it is that middle-class people discuss.
No parking, who would buy a house with no parking and roads that are so noise you can hardly her your self think 24 / 7
Anyone living in London who does not know the Heath needs to get out and visit! It`s ancient woodland that has been preserved for each generation and offers views over the City, hiking, swimming (Highgate Ponds) cafes and cycling routes. Kenwood House on the Northern parameter is an unmissable attraction.
We only use the car park here for my frequent trips to The Royal Free Hospital. The disabled spaces are in the perfect place but using the exit is a nightmare for wheelchair users. There are so many places where the surface is so bad you could easily end up on the ground and doing some damage. Camden park services need to try and get out of the exit next to the disabled spaces and see how difficult it is to manoeuvre a manual wheelchair on there own to see just how bad the surface to the pavement really is!!
Best park in London to enjoy the skyline from a distance. Public toilets are available around the park and this is the perfect spot for a nice picnic.
Love this place!
Huge (wild) park, with lovely ponds which are also for swimming.
The view on the peak is great.
massive green space some spaces more crowded but others are very quiet and peaceful. perfect for any sport, picnic, party or just a long or short walk around the wild variety of paths or on Feilds
Absolutely amazing park. Been there since I was 3 and I continued going there until I had to move. It's so big and there's so much to explore.
Took photos of when it was snowing two years ago. Hope you like them.
Amazing wonderful place to walk and to have an afternoon tea and lunch with the family and friends
Beautiful open space, with the best views of London...John Constable painted here in the early nineteenth century...he's buried at Hampstead Parish Church (St John-at-Hampstead) Church Row, Hampstead...NW3 6UU
I do not know anyone that does not like this amazing large park, it has so much to offer and you once in it you would never know you are in London, well worth crashing out for a refresh of the brain if you need to take time out or just in the area, walk though it and you will know what i mean.
Nice options for running or strolling with beautiful views
