We recently moved to a hosted telephone system through Fluent Communications Ltd. As a telephone based business with 120 employees, moving from an on-site PBX to a VOIP system was a significant change for us. I have been really impressed with the service so far. As with any new implementation we have hit a couple of hurdles along the way, but those have been handled well and I feel we are in good hands.

Got phones and internet installed by Fluent and from the first bit of contact they were amazing! They listened to what we wanted and were able to ensure we got this with our phones! Installation was quick and everything went well! Highly recommend!!
Fluent provide us with our Telephone System - VOIP, along with all the services involved. Strangely enough they are at the end of the phone should there be an issue (only 2 -3 times in the last 3 years when the main Openreach lines have gone down or at the exchange). Always fixed and up + running with a smile. I just leave the techy stuff on phones to them - and they get it sorted. Nothing is too much trouble.
