We recently moved to a hosted telephone system through Fluent Communications Ltd. As a telephone based business with 120 employees, moving from an on-site PBX to a VOIP system was a significant change for us. I have been really impressed with the service so far. As with any new implementation we have hit a couple of hurdles along the way, but those have been handled well and I feel we are in good hands.

Fluent Communications are providing and supporting several of my Clients with Broadband and telephone systems. Fantastic to work with, always at the forefront of technology, excellent service. one of the few Companies with a personal touch to ensure the clients are happy. Good job

Fluent provide us with our Telephone System - VOIP, along with all the services involved. Strangely enough they are at the end of the phone should there be an issue (only 2 -3 times in the last 3 years when the main Openreach lines have gone down or at the exchange). Always fixed and up + running with a smile. I just leave the techy stuff on phones to them - and they get it sorted. Nothing is too much trouble.

We've used Fluent for our telecoms for several years and they have recently installed a VoIP system for us. They gave us great support from start to finish & we're really pleased with the end result. I won't say it was seamless, we had a few bumps along the way but the Fluent Team were quick to react and fix the problems.
