If i could have given a sixth star i would have. Westhill was the best contractor I've worked with, period. What made them so good? They are accurate with their estimates, they are on time with their projects and they are great people to deal with. In addition to that, they are fantastic with kids. My kids were always outside asking them questions, seeing if they could hold tools, you know doing what kids do. They delivered two rounds of gifts to my kids, one was a Westhill play hard hat and some other goodies and the second around was gifts for all FOUR kids after we recently had the fourth child. What contractor does this? I'll tell you who, Westhill. Again, if there was a sixth star I'd give it.

Do NOT hire this company!!! Their communication is horrible. I dealt with three different people at the company. All three people stopped answering e-mails and returning my calls during the time they were working at my house. They were rude and very unprofessional. When they were 'finished' with the job - I still had a list of things wrong with my house: that was their workers' mistakes! Yet still, they didn't fix the problems. Less than 2 months later, they were back in my house, because they had set the toilet in wrong which caused thousands of dollars in additional damage! When I contacted the company about the problem, they initially blamed the flooring company and wouldn't take responsibility! I had to fight to get them to fix their own mistakes! DO NOT HIRE WESTHILL!!!
Usually there is always some sort of decision I regret from a remodeling project or whatever we're upgrading, but everything turned out beautifully with the recent bathroom work Westhill did. I've been in customer service for a number of years and personally believe that it's a skill that can't be taught. And Westhill has it.

We purchased a home that was recently remodeled by these contractors. There were numerous issues with the quality of work they put in from pocket doors not latching, poorly hung front door that binds and requires slamming the door to latch, shower drain leaking, microwave hood that swings back and forth, etc. Don t get me wrong, superficially things looks good but the the workmanship is very questionable. And when you find a bag full of extra screws, start asking questions. I hope the house doesn t fall apart and hurt someone or worse kill someone...
Westhill Inc. has done two renovation projects for me. One was a large one and the other was just a small bathroom remodel. The price was fair in both instances. The bathroom was done quicker than we thought it would be. They ran a little long on the other project, but it was more than reasonable considering how many rooms it was. I would highly recommend them.
