Sooo good! We tried this place a few weeks ago for breakfast and have done curbside pickup every time. We have never had to wait to longer than a couple mins even when they are very obviously busy.
Our orders have been received just as we ordered them online, very happy to have found this place nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking quick but quality breakfast.

I believe gibs is being out done and out priced in their own game by ROCKY MOUNTAIN BAGEL WORKS. I never realized the lack of taste in cream cheese or breakfaat sandwich until I experienced RMBW. gogogo
Not the cleanest place, pretty good bagels and decent coffee. I've found pieces of bacon or ham twice on my vegetarian bagel sandwiches which grosses me out and makes me think they aren't keeping knives and cutting boards clean. A bit overpriced for what it is too, imo.
Met a friend to talk and enjoy lunch. The bagels are fresh wth lots of flavors to choose from, good quality lunch meats and cheeses. If the named sandwiches don't fit your taste you can Build a Bagel!

Every once in a while I'm in a rush and settle on Gib's bagels instead of going out of my way to Rocky Mountain Bagels, and I regret it every time. I usually get a bagel sandwich and today was no different. I had a total of four toppings on my bagel sandwich (straight off the menu) and two of the four toppings were flat-out wrong. I get the appeal of only hiring high schoolers, but at some point you have to train them. I have never gone to Gib's and been actually satisfied, which is probably why I *settle* for it about once a year.
Best bagel place in town. My only complaint is that I don't live closer to one.
Great bagel coffee spot. Fun music theme inside or patio and good bagel shop that looks like they move weight on morning/lunch rushes! Staff is great . Go in person. Food delivery service will add time to everyone's orders
Lovely hangout. Friendly staff and makes you feel like you re in college again. Bagels are legit - glossy firm crunch on the outside and chewy soft all the way through.
The food here is really great! I just know that the employees cut corners a lot and don't follow every rule.

You need to update your hours of operation to be current on google maps. Says you are open until 8:30 pm and you are not. Otherwise i am a NY native and these are the best bagels in town.

Two times ago I went and ordered half a dozen bagels, they warmed them first for some reason. This lead to them just drying out instantly, and me only eating two before they turned to rocks. Then, just this last time, I ordered half a dozen bagels and thought nothing of it, get home and there is only 5 in the bag. They can't seem to get things right.

Usually I get great service, but today I was not impressed with the girl that rang me up. She was not approachable and was upset that I told her I was on the point system because she already pressed cash on the machine. Needless to say, this is the second time this had happened so I am not receiving loyalty points which would be nice as I am a regular here.

Not only are Gibbs bagels delicious, but they have great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. I love to study here and not once have they complained about me sitting there for hours sipping their hazelnut coffee (the best in town).
I have had both the Daddy Mack Pepper Jack and the Italian Combo sandwiches and they were both pretty good though I was a little disappointed by the amount of filling in the sandwiches as well as the amount of cream cheese that was used in the sandwich (I opted for cream cheese rather than whatever the normal spread was on the Daddy Mack Pepper Jack; I did have the Italian dressing on the Italian Combo).
I love their bagels, but I just went in and there were two gentlemen in line without masks and they were served and allowed to wait inside without face coverings.

The Raintree Village store should be avoided at all cost. Although the store has longer hours of operation, the employee's have no desire to ensure bagels are available up to closing. If I was the owner I would fire all the employees and hire employees that want the store to succeed.
Other than the fact that they were out of horseradish cheese again, it was great.

What a cool place to get bagels. Tons of different variety and awesome people working there. Themed in Grateful Dead Jerry Garcia is hanging on the wall. Probably the best bagels in Fort Collins. They have a wide range of cream cheeses and bagel options. They are also open past 2 pm which is rare of bagel shops.
My boyfriend and I go to gibs pretty regularly, today we went there to get the regular coffee and bagel. We usually have a great experience And the coffee and food is always amazing. But today was something different. There were two younger girls (early twenties) at the counter talking to us. We were asking them about iced coffee and asked them to get us two. One of the girls heard us and ordered us two, the other one ignored everything I said and would only speak to my boyfriend. She then asked so only one or..? And I said two, that s why I said two she then walked away with attitude and we finished our order. Then when she brought us our coffees she practically threw them on the counter with the straws and stormed off. I felt disrespected because she refused to acknowledge me or listen to anything I said and then got mad because I called her out. When we got home we noticed our bagels were wrong. So at that point I wanted to talk to a manager. So I called. I have a Utah number because I moved here from Utah. She answered and told me there was not a manager on duty and that this line is only for Fort Collins orders. I told her that I live in Fort Collins and hung up. I have never felt so irritated with someone at gibs. They are usually always nice and actually listen. This girl is very presumptuous and rude. I work in customer service as a manager and I would never be okay with one of my employees being so rude to ANY customer.

Hello folks, I'm originally from back East. As I have moved around, sometimes I get a hankering for some goodies from my growing up years... authentic Jewish bagels are the only ones I will eat- the other folks bagels fall flat. This is the place to go when you want the real deal . Friendly folks too. Gotta love it

I'm actually from NY and I'm so tired of businesses putting New York in their name. Gib's is spot on. GREAT Bagels make GREAT sandwiches. It's quite, it's peaceful and the coffee is really good. What else do you need. One of my destinations whenever I'm in Fort Collins.
I give this place five stars for the singular reason that they make a great toasted spinach parm bagel with lox cream cheese.
They allow people in here without facemasks during a pandemic. Gross, won't be back.

The bagels are fine and the counter is always kind and friendly service. One major suggestion here: whether you pre-order or at the counter, it takes a ridiculously long time to get JUST bagels. If someone is ordering already made bagels that are sitting in baskets 5 feet away from the counter, there is absolutely no reason it should take 25+ minutes to complete the order. They seem to take everything in the order it comes in, so ready made food will go behind all custom orders. I ve never seen a bagel shop do this, and have been to many busier ones in the Northeast and NYC. I watched a few people get very frustrated and walk out today. Just a tip- have your counter person just grab the bagels when someone orders! Takes no extra time and will result in a less crowded waiting room and less frustrated customers who might not come back.
Their chalk menu board is super condensed and very difficult to read. It is a little intimidating for first time visitors. Just know that all of the ingredients on the board are for a bagel sandwich. Also, if you order a coffee, you may have to ask them a few times before they actually give you the coffee cup... The second star is for the food quality, which is actually very delicious once you successfully get it ordered.
This place is quick and delicious. I moved an hour away and miss having a breakfast sandwich here. Their bagels are what make the sandwich. I usually ordered on Noco Nosh and it was super convenient.
