Centrally located hospital that caters to the religious as well as the secular public. Easy access from public transit. Located right off the Jerusalem light rail. The hospital has a meat and a dairy restaurant that are open during normal meal times. A number of cafes that are open around the clock. It has an indoor playground to entertain children. It also has a well appointed spacious central space to visit with patients or for patients themselves to stretch their legs and get a change of scenery.
Parking catastrophic! I walked for an hour and passed four parking lots within a two-kilometer radius, all filled to capacity. How is such a large hospital not investing in parking ?? In the end I celebrated the hospital's parking, until I saw a distant mother and son walking away. Did she hold the keys of a car. When I got closer, the mother laughed and said to me, "Like earning a penny!" I agreed and defended the empty parking lot from the cars that had been ambushed. There is no other word besides a traffic catastrophe!

Showed up via ambulance with severe flu symptoms. Took five hours before anyone gave me anything to feel better. Lots of patients on gurneys in the hallways, this place is very overcrowded. Shortage of pillows and blankets. No sinks in the exam rooms, doctors use hand sanitizer and call it good. If this is what the hospitals are like don't ever get sick in Israel.

I was with her in the ward during the three days of hospitalization, including overnight accommodation, and I would like to commend all the staff. We were greatly assisted by nurses and wonderful was the way they treated my daughter and even me as the birth mother. As a registered nurse, lecturer in the Department of Nursing at the University of Haifa, I especially enjoyed seeing how the nursing team works professionally in terms of both knowledge and interpersonal skills.

The maternity ward feels like a factory, one which fails to maintain the pace! Women can be found in beds in the hallway for lack of space and the staff is hit or miss. Some nurses are kind and gentle, while others are just downright rude and impatient. Getting a delivery room when in labor is basically about winning a screaming contest. The food was actually quite good though... So there's that...

As with any hospital, the amount of patients makes it difficult for doctors and nurses to give personal treatment to anyone. But from my stay there, I got the impression that in the wards themselves the care was close and the many successes.

We gave birth here at water birth to our daughter for a Japanese week. The receptionist was a very caring nurse and we felt in good hands. Also the whole birth, the treatment afterwards was good.
Nice hospital. The parking is really neat and they steal money by not placing a neat checkpoint at the entrance to take a parking ticket but putting a checkpoint at the exit and demanding NIS 20 for anyone who does not have a parking ticket.

A large institution with many services. Great location, access to transportation. The bus stops next to the hospital don't offer enough direct routes. The construction of the huge new annex is inspiring.
The hospital is nice and clean, also the staff is very nice.
I was a patient in the emergency room of this hospital following a fall down a flight of steps. While I triaged near the bottom and had a long wait, I was well looked after and all appropriate testing was done to ensure my health and safety. The long wait enabled me to watch the medical staff deal with more serious emergencies. Care for all was kind and good.
They took very good care of my Special Needs daughter <3 Thank you
