Every once in a while I'm in a rush and settle on Gib's bagels instead of going out of my way to Rocky Mountain Bagels, and I regret it every time. I usually get a bagel sandwich and today was no different. I had a total of four toppings on my bagel sandwich (straight off the menu) and two of the four toppings were flat-out wrong. I get the appeal of only hiring high schoolers, but at some point you have to train them. I have never gone to Gib's and been actually satisfied, which is probably why I *settle* for it about once a year.
