Usually I get great service, but today I was not impressed with the girl that rang me up. She was not approachable and was upset that I told her I was on the point system because she already pressed cash on the machine. Needless to say, this is the second time this had happened so I am not receiving loyalty points which would be nice as I am a regular here.
