Perfect service! My replacement phone had not transferred my number and the staff here immediately fixed the problem. The manager followed up to ensure quality performance. I will use this store again.

I stopped by the store, due to it's convenience to the train station,t transfer my data. Long story short, their staff was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful through an unexpected trouble shooting process. Verizon also honored their worry free guarantee. I am pleased and glad to be with Verizon.

Possibly the worst store I've been to.
After getting what another Verizon store said was a Used device, they were unwilling to exchange it unless I paid a restocking fee.
Don't bother going for customer service related issues. If it's not a Sale they don't want to be bothered.

My daughter went in two days ago to find out if her damaged phone could be repaired. She was told that instead of filing an insurance claim, she could pay the equivalent of the insurance deductible and get a new phone then and there. A lie! The device upgrade letter I received today shows the full cost of the phone will be added to our bill over 24 months. Instead of our paying the deductible and receiving a phone, we may have to pay for the phone and stick with this rotten company for another 24 months. In addition, I'm typing this review while on hold (for 66 minutes now) with verizon trying to straighten this mess out.

The high reviews this store has achieved are well deserved. I just had the best store experience over any Apple store for sure but also better than the other Verizon stores I ve visited. Reinaldo Lopez is a real gent and very knowledgeable. His manager and colleagues also very collaborative and friendly too! The team is a real credit to the brand. Highly recommend if you re already a Verizon customer or if shopping for a new phone.

Because they can't do anything with FiOS Internet ...

Because they can't do anything with FiOS Internet services they send you to machine and when you call the FiOS customer service be prepared to wait for forty minutes to speak to a live representative who will direct you to their website to take care of the problem that you called for.

Nice store. They had most of what I was looking for. Service was friendly. I am not sure why it always seems to take so long to get in and out of the Verizon store. It's probably because they need to put all the info in with those ridiculous tablets that take forever.

Never will go to this store again paid in full for an iPhone and three hours later it was defective and went back to the store and gave me a hard time to exchange it and berry rude workers I do not recommend this store very sad I ve bin with varizon for 10 year and never ever had the problem I had with this store and manager really rude

The associate was very helpful in trying to fix my phone. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed but she helped me upgrade to a new phone that was very good and didn't cause a large increase to my monthly bill.

Can you give a 0*???

They will not give me a sim for a corporate account? How do corporate customers activate phones? it is not like the technical contact is going to tell the CEO of a large company to just go add a phone to the account. In fact I am vaguely hopeful that they will not activate phones on our account unless the technical or billing account are there.

Market Street Verizon is BY FAR the best Verizon location in the Philly / suburbs area!

I received immediate and attentive customer service from Charles. He and his staff devoted over an hour to trying to resolve a billing issue with my phone and, when, to no fault of his its own, the issue could not be resolved, he has continued to work with me over the phone in fixing the problem.

This is the first Verizon store I've been to where the staff was exceptionally competent, remarkably friendly, and committed to customer service.

Moreover, unlike other locations, I did not have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to even be acknowledged by a Verizon staff member.

Even though my problem is not fixed, I it was early satisfied with the service I received at the store and it will be the Verizon that I go to for all future needs.

Great professional service. I was struggling on line with an upgrade for my son and the manager Kristin at the store went above and beyond. Nothing could stand in her way. She made everything very simple and no stress. Which is so important during these times. Thank you for caring!

Went to buy a screen protector and I waited an hour and a half before they got it for me and I was not done with my transaction and they left me for another customer and made me wait for another 30 minutes. Terrible service

Had to go today and pay my bill. Was charged 142$ for one line and some extra fees in that price were unjustified by the manager. Asked why my phone speaker is not working and I was told that I need to update by the same guy. His name is Adam/Adan. 2 mins later Adam said that has nothing to do with the phone update. Asked if I can change my phone plan for one line and was told that one line is 90$ with no other fees but my current unlimited line is 80$ with no fees included. Asked Adam how come a limited plan for one line is more than an unlimited line. He said that they put whatever price they want. Asked him twice if he thought if that was fair or not and Adam in a really mean way said Yes. Probably he was lying because was 7:40 and there was 20 mins to close and he didn't want to take the time to change my plan. Very very rude, helpless and not qualified manager. I've been to this store many other times and everything has been working good with other workers and the one star that's the lowest I can give doesn't go for the other workers who deserve 5 stars but unfortunately Adam the manager who is supposed to be the leader has no customer service skills. Never wrote a review before but this time I couldn't let this go.

I was running late, trying to get to this store before they closed. When I realized I was going to be 7 minutes late - I called and asked if they could please wait for me. I just ordered 2 new phone and an Apple Watch (spending a considerable amount of money). I only needed to pick up my items since I had already paid for them. The staff rudely ignored me as I knocked on the door asking to pick up the items I had just paid for. Finally, I'm assuming the person who was the manager came up to the door, opened the door...and I said, "We haven't even processed it. we are not opening the door. come back tomorrow we open at 9:00am"...then slammed the door in my face. I noticed there were other customers in the store who watched in awe. I'd never been so embarrassed. today, I will visit the store to get my merchandise. I have a lot of pent up anger from the way I was treated yesterday and plan to remind them what good customer service looks like. I will never visit this store again, I hope the staff learns basic humility and I'd like this post to serve as a warning for anyone expecting good customer service - not to visit this location.

This is the worst business tv phone internet company. If u want to get the run around for everything and charged when there service goes out and lies when u call customer service and they never show up for there 1-5pm apptments times so then u reschedule because that's your only chose with them and because u called late, even though it's because u were waiting for them, u can't get another appointment till between 1and 5 the next day. The company relies on there small print on there user agreements to screw u. U sign and they got u.. I have to tell everyone because they don't care about us as customers at all... They are a big company... They know we have few options... It's a crime how they treat people

Actually Verizon has been a nightmare to deal with ! An absolute nightmare ! However The Verizon Reading Terminal Market Store is Fantastic. Super great group of men and women who really care about customer satisfaction and just not Verizon's bottom line . If it wasn't for these people I would never dealt with Verizon again !

The store seemed to have good covid protocols on place. When I was there, I was the only customer in the store, but they had spots set up for people to stay distanced and we had to wait outside until they brought us in. The customer service people working there were very knowledgeable and not at all pushy.
