I tell all my clients to use them for their email security needs. Best in the industry when it comes to email filtering and exchange hosting. Not to mention they pick up the phone and go above and beyond to help.

Fantastic support most of the time you call. The first level reps are trained to sound like recordings which is kind of creepy :) Beyond that, they are always generally pretty good and most of the time don't have a problem escalating if the tasks taking too long etc.
They should be called AppGlacier. It takes forever to start an account. They go through a ridiculous verification process and then you have to verify with 365 anyway. If their prices weren't so good, I would definitely go elsewhere.
Do not ever work here. This place use to be a wonderful business ran by professionals that cared for their employees. Since being bought out by Zix this place has turned cold. They lay people off left and right. Zix only cares about their Dallas employees and they are running the Gulf Breeze location into the ground. The whole atmosphere is just dead and you can see the misery on everyone s face. Customers also have complained that they noticed a change and are not happy.
Used to be excellent. Now the site and service has delays. Cistomer support is waning. There are more bugs as well. An example is that there are duplicate entries in their allowed domains, and addresses (also same issue in denied list). Last wee mail was incorrectly held for almost all of our incoming mail. Since Zix took over, things have gone downhill. Most support personnel are good to work with. In Florida location the bridge is out, and they work from home. That plus Covid, mean a lot of remote staff. Support has suffered a bit form this as well.
I am never short of good things to say about Appriver. I use them for my hosted email through Microsoft 365. Outstanding customer support available 24/7. Thank you Appriver.

I can attest the support has been suffering since the Zix acquisition. Before it was by far the best IT support I've ever experience. Now, you get this lower level IT support, more like a middle man, that don't even understand the problem, and they just want you to create an email support ticket. They put you on hold and consult a higher tear. Very disappointing. They used to be a role model of IT support. I will be start looking for alternative solutions.
