Stopped off for some new bike pants, very helpful staff especially the young lady called Lizzy, good price as well!! Well worth a visit

A small but important piece broke on the visor of my Shark evo one 2 helmet. It's just a small triangle that holds the visor onto the side piece. I came home from a ride and found the visor loose. I've never removed the visor but just clean it on the helmet so it wasn't a case of carelessness either.
I contacted Ghostbikes who sold me the helmet and, at their request, emailed them photos of the broken part of the visor and the whole visor to show it was otherwise as new and hadn't met tarmac at any stage. They promised to take this up with Shark to claim a new visor.

Within a week a new visor arrived in the post directly from Shark.

I've no connection to either company other than being a satisfied customer but just want to give credit where it's due.

So not often am I overly impressed with anything, especially service in shops. Came to the shop because I had a manufacturing problem with two pairs of Knox gloves. As soon I walked in was welcomed and told where I can put my helmet while I shop. The gloves issues was delt with straight away and was effortless. Wanted to look for a one piece leathers and was having trouble with the sizes. Reluctantly asked for help(see first sentence.) Very glad I did, Ebrahim was well on it! Was like he heard my question and thought "time to shine!" Guided me through how it should fit and feel in certain places, installed my extra optional protectors for me and answered questions on how to take care of the suit. Then did some Grand Master origami on my old two piece and it was somehow all in my backpack??? After I just about got the jacket in. I 100% would have left after being confused with the euro sizes and bought my usual Large online, which wouldn't have fit me, if it wasn't for the service today.

Shop wise it's huge!!! And has everything. Seems to stock more premium kit than just anything to fill the shelves. Be back in January to collect my gloves and spend some more money.

5 stars for David in sales - the lady in the shop and James who installed the intercom in my lid - I phoned three shops local to me before buying from ghost bikes and all had the couldn't be bothered attitude "whereas" David checked stock , confirmed questions , offered a package deal and came to say hello whilst I was in the shop -- nice to see old school "selling" alive and well at Ghost bikes Preston -- spot on

Great people to buy from,recently returned an item which was faulty and they dealt with its replacement no quibble,even into the item late guarantee it wasn't an issue.Buy with confidence.

Young staff didn't have any knowledge of the products there selling limited chose on body armour

Very helpful staff and they had the items I was after in stock in the right sizes.

Great variety of all bikestuff at various prices, very helpful & friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable but not over bearing. Large selection of equipment at reasonable prices. There is also a large cafe area to relax in.

Ordered shark helmet on line, directions were clear and straightforward and notified of delivery. Would recommend.

I always get fantastic service here, the staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable and they appreciate loyal customers. I always go here for my bike gear and will continue to do so.

Bought a pair of boots the sizing was terrible, two sizes up from what I usually buy and still to small so they had to been returned, ghost bikes received them on the 9th June , It is now the 17th June still not recieved a refund ....

Great place to buy motorbike kit for most budgets, once the cafe is open it will get the full 5 stars.

Great bike clothing shop rammed full of Quality gear. Spacious Stylish, welcoming staff and decent prices. Was offered a really nice Coffee when we turned up.

Top shop, top staff, top service, top food.
I went to get my 9 year old a full set up that I'd seen on line but wanted him to try on.
Turns out they jacket was out of stock but was shown a better one that had just been cut to half price.
The pants are awesome and walked away with some gloves too, all but the pants I'd seen on line wouldn't have fit.
The service was excellent, I'm sorry I didn't get his name because he would have had a mention on here.
We also got a helmet that was perfect for him.
We were given a free drink just for buying something and the smell from the kitchen was too much so we got 2 full English breakfasts. The sausages were ace.
Overall very impressed with Ghostbikes.

Ghost bikes do not honour their promise. I d tried to support them as they re a local dealer and asked them to price match a competitor after nearly a week they said they would not match the price as the item was not in stock with the other company, it in fact was and with free delivery .
Don t waste your time with their price promise go elsewhere and save time and in my case 20%.

I accept what you say in your terms and conditions, however these are being delivered from stock from the Moto Central link I gave your price match team. NO DELAYS in delivery.

Ghostbikes as a company are spot on-unfortunately they choose to use UPS as their courier-we waited all day for the next day service and the item never arrived-UPS say they tried to deliver but no one was home-absolute rubbish and a total pack of lies, until Ghostbike change their courier I will no longer use them.

Tried the cafe. Food is ok but no pork. Chilli beef sausages don't really go with a breakfast. Perhaps if I would have had something that doesn't usually include pork I might have enjoyed it more. Nice cup of tea.

Fantastic, just went for quick look with the wife as we are scheduled to take our DAS test in about 5 weeks. There is lots of choice at affordable prices and the staff were very helpful. We will be going back, for sure

Massive motorcycle equipment shop, the prices are great and the staff bend over backwards to help you. If your size isn't on the rake ask as the have stock that isn't out and will happily help. They also have a reasonably priced cafe which is great.

Absolutely awful black products. Disgusting customer service start to finish.

Ghost bikes is an Internet based motorbike accessory store covering everything you could need or want. The best part is that you can now visit their newly refurbished store so you can try on clothing and helmets and still buy it at Internet prices. The staff are always helpful and prepared to go the extra mile making purchases a hastle free experience.

Very good layout of shop floor on ground floor and upstairs. Very well priced from Low to High. Will go go again soon.

Good range if gear for a variety of budgets. Well laid out store. staff very helpful but a not very quick so don't expect a speedy visit

This place is my go to place for PPE for being out on you motorbike, staff are very knowledgeable and will kit you out for your budget. Great coffee and food too.

We had visited it a couple of months ago & the sale items where still the same stock!!! Not a good sign.

Good amount of stock for men, however women s wear is lacking there is not a wide selection. The store is presented nicely and racks are tidy.

Excellent service, ordered 8 helmets online and wanted to return 6. This was no problem what so ever, i just took them all to the store. Greeted by a very helpful member of staff who sorted everything quickly whilst I looked round the store. Perfect! Will be purchasing more from them soon!

The staff were helpful and even though they didn't have what I wanted, they recommended alternatives but weren't pushy.

A must visit Place for bikers, loads of stock with a huge range of budget to high end gear, staff are helpful and attentive, there is also toilets and a cafe with places to put your helmets and a huge TV screen showing moto gp races ect, awesome place

Great range of gear, and the young staff member upstairs was extremely helpful.
Shame the food didn't fast great and gave 4 of us bad guts the following day.

I've bought quite a few items from Ghostbikes over the years including boots, gloves, jackets and trousers and they have always been very helpful with answering any questions or exchanging items or returning them. It was nice to finally visit the store and the staff were very helpful as always. Even better with free cuppa.

Came here last week with the family. Staff were rude and pre occupied. I'm sure I heard one make a racial slur which upset my nan. It was dusty and unkept and smelled like rotten raccoon. And to top it off the coffee was cheep and bitter. Won't be going here again
