Brilliant store ordered online delivered next day great value black optimus helmet

Frist time I've been to Ghost Bikes. Great staff and cafe. I will buy from here again.

A strange review but based on a rare and slightly exceptional experience. I visited Ghostbikes specifically to try on some helmets and thought the the 40 min car drive was worth it. I arrived with two young children who turned off their ears and insisted on making it as difficult as possible for me to try things on when a Ghostbikes person (later I found out the owner) went out of his way to distract my two kids, he gave them stickers and pens and sat them down to distract them just so I could have a minute of peace. Then, it turned out I couldn't get a lid to fit so I bought other stuff just a a small Thank You for being so kind. The customer service person who helped me with helmets was also brilliant, no hard sell to make the wrong choice. I'll be using again and again based on this. Chicken sausage butty also brilliant with polite friendly staff in the cafe.
Thanks for all your kindness. Shop worth a visit if not for the HUUUUGE screen in the cafe alone.

Ordered a item online only to find three days later the item was out of stock had to open a request with ebay, case for refund, Absolutely unacceptable I'll never order online again and further more Will never use GhostBikes, be aware of this public.

Some big brands, expect to pay considerably more than anywhere else but at least you can see the item and try it on as long as you visit the place, check stocks though, unless you are XS or XXXL then chances are it will be out of stock.
In the past it was a great place for discounted motorcycle clothing and accessories sadly no more.

Called in on Wednesday to purchase a phone holder and ended up ordering a helmet and visor. Winner!

the shop is full of enthusiastic young lads to help but incredibly undertrained (not their fault) and their conversations on a shop floor are what are classed as incredibly inappropriate.
Unfortunately for Ghost bikes there are absolutely no customer service skills. or processes in place.
And the poor shop guys even admitted to not having any supervisor willing to help them as they were totally out of their depth with a simple order.
There are signs all over the shop stating if you purchase products they will be shipped free of charge. GREAT it would seem however after being promised it would arrive by FedEx next day delivery direct by the supplier it never arrived. I was then promised it would be another day.
I write this having just received a call telling me that a pallet has been "lost" with both my items on it and there isn't a time line for my delivery to arrive. . Strange seeing as the helmet was actually in stock in the store (I even tried it on)
Easy! I thought.. Ill request a refund. Not so easy it turns out as I felt fobbed off and I think I was given an excuse.
I am not one to write a public review however I did ask for an email address for the manager (scott I m told his name is, no surname though)... doesn t have one I m told!

So here I am waiting for my refund call... let s see how long this takes... maybe the refund machine is also on the "missing pallet"

Would not use again

Faulty helmet and sent to them over a week ago and they reckon I have not been in contact complete clowns!!
Got my money back thanks to PayPal..

this company has a customer service that can not be matched. No matter how small, you are made to feel valued. their team are quick to sort any issue to the highest standard. i will be using them again for anything i need for my bike or kit. would fully recommend them to anyone.

We went to the Destination Cafe to getaway from work, and we are going back

Took my son here for some m/cycle boots and he got fixed up no fuss.

Me and my partner have spent so much money here and everytime had to either return items that have ripped or leaked, biking gear is expensive as it is and is supposed to keep you dry and safe but seems all the products we have had dont last

Good veraiaty of clothing and helmets. Friendly and very helpful staff, plus as a bonus free coffee.

Great store, knowledgable staff and owners, I regularly shop here for biker gear for me and my family. They couldn't be more helpful. The cafe and bike nights are a welcome addition, even has showers if you get wet on the way there!!

Fantastic biker shop to go to. Loads of variations for most motorcycle gear and even accessories. Would recommend anyone to go

Great place for cheap bike clothing,but i personally prefer to stick to well known brand names

Fantastic prices and very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Quite a large store with an upstairs to.
There own range of Black or Agrius products are at excellent prices and while it's not the best it's definitely value for money. Some products are actually better than some of the better known brands all of which can be found at ghost bikes.
The shop is ever growing and changing with lots of new products daily.
Looking forward to the Grand opening day on the 10th March 2018 which I think will be an excellent day with entertainment, food and lots of bargains!

Just bought my first bike so popped in today to buy everything. Got served by a great guy called David who was extremely helpful and patient. He showed me stacks of different gear, he showed me all types and costs and didn't steer me towards high brands, he explained it all and let me go for what I wanted and gave advice on that item before I bought.

He even sorted me a discount but bear in mind this is only because I bought literally everything and it was based on the items I bought. He gave me his full attention and I left feeling happy that I'd bought the right things. Great place and great service.

Assistants were polite and appeared to be trying their best to get me a size large helmet to try on but after waiting for at least half an hour for someone to fetch one from stock I gave up and walked out. Disappointing.

Bought an Agrius helmet which is actually a good buy but it is completely useless without a pinlock. Rode to work in cold weather and it was impossible to use, a nightmare on the motorway with the visor up for the entire time.
This helmet sits in its box for the foreseeable future as Ghostbikes cant get hold of the pinlocks.....
