Fun sleigh ride with the family, will probably check out another place next time looking for a more adventurous ride, but it was good solid family fun.

Amazing! My husband and I did a private sleigh ride and it was such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and the tent with coffee and hot cider was so cozy. The scenery was beautiful and the driver told us interesting facts and pointed out animals along the way. It even started snowing on our ride which made the experience so magical. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We were excited to take our 2 young girls on a mountain sleigh ride experience and we ended up doing donuts in a muddy parking lot. It was not worth the money and we do not recommend it.

This is a perfect little activity to do with the whole family. We did a shared ride this past week with a 3 year old and 1 year old in our party, and the ride was a little over 30 minutes. It was just the right amount of time for them and the plexiglass dividing our party from the other party was an added comfort. We did bring blankets with us and would recommend anyone with little ones to do the same just in case. The scenery was breathtaking, and being able to pet the horse and enjoy hot cocoa/cider after the ride only added to the experience. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Thought it might be tourist trap in most tourist towns but it's really a relaxing ride. Enjoyed thoroughly

Highly recommend. First time doing a sleigh ride & it was great! Driver was friendly & sang Christmas songs & we sang along. Beautiful scenery. Afterwards, you get a hot drink & cookies in a warm tent. Close to town. Has van that can pick you up from visitors center in town. Called & was able to make a reservation the same day.

My girlfriend got thrown off the horse and she did nothing wrong. Also this is not the first time either of us has ridden a horse. She is now in the hospital and only one person was there to do anything!

Not worth the driving at all. Boring round ride with no views or sightseeing at all. They won t take you to forest, it s just around the field. Very disappointed.

We had a great sleigh ride here in an pen sleigh while the snow was falling. The hot chocolate and cookies provided afterwards were a great touch!

The family had a great sleigh ride experience on Christmas day with the folks here. Wendell was our driver and he was very pleasant. Just a short drive from town. They provide shuttle service on most days.

I have to admit, I was not expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. The scenery is breathtaking, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable (gave us a history lesson of Leavenworth), and the ride was smooth and relaxing. I would highly recommend a sleigh ride if you're in Leavenworth.

This is a nice little company just a mile outside Bavarian town. Super easy to get to and they have a warm little tent you can wait in and drink hot cocoa or cider in afterwards! The ride was nice and the guide/wrangler was funny and polite. Very kind employees, including Bailey the scheduler/sign in gal. We enjoyed our time and the blankets on the ride were a nice touch. Just wished for the price, it was a little longer.

We did a private sleigh ride and loved it! We had tons of snow and Wendell gave us a great tour. Horses go slower than I thought they would, but still a calming trip. We enjoyed the cookies and hot chocolate afterwards in the heated post-ride tent.

We showed up early but the lady at the front told us she could get us on one of the upcoming sleighs. Jeff totally ignored us and then when we said we were supposed to be on his he pointed us over to a different sleigh, that was a private ride. The staff wasn't very friendly and it was definitely a waste of $60.00. There was a baby that cried the entire time, we couldn't hear anything Jeff was saying during the ride so it was not a good experience.

We had an amazing full day horseback ride for my 50th birthday...it was magical!

Our Driver/ Guide was very nice, interesting story of his Grandparents coming here from Kentucky years...ago I would have liked a longer ride. The Horses are Gorgeous! The hot chocolate was yummy and hit the spot ( needed marshmallows) Thank you for a fun outing, The Grimes's

My family had a lot of fun. Our guy that was taking us around was super friendly and was making us laugh with silly jokes. Horses are beautiful. So glad we experienced this!

Sleigh ride was very fun and guides had a wealth of information

We enjoyed our sleigh ride and getting to pet the horses afterward. We appreciated the information about the area and the horses. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was actually the guests we rode along with, one of whom tried to make a joke but actually was quite insulting to my husband and I. The horses seem well-cared for and did a great job pulling the sleigh.

We always have a blast in the summer with horse rides and in the winter

Went for a sleigh ride on Christmas Eve...it was magical!! They were so welcoming and our driver George was perfect. He shared some funny stories and talked to our entire family - it felt like we d known him for years. His dog Bo even joined the ride. Afterward our ride we spent time in the warm tent with coco and cookies. Truly magical!!!

We loved our sleigh ride after Christmas! Great guide, David, and two horse open sleigh.

Decided to try something new for my 30th birthday! Always wanted to try horse back riding but was initiated. I was nervous but excited. Me and my husband drove 2.5 hr to get to the this place and let me say, it was sooo worth it !

We paid 60.00 for both of us to ride , this included the helmet and a personally guided tour.

Megan & Lizzy were absolutely incredible ! It was a good conversation during the tour guide along with answering all our questions. Megan was very passionate and her love for horses really shines through. It was refreshing to meet someone who truly enjoyed her job. Lizzy will make a great asset to their team as this was her first day on the job and she lead the tour too!

For horses we had Georgia girl and Sarge. Both horses were very tamed and easy to ride.

We visited yesterday for our first sleigh ride and it was really enjoyable. Our driver was Megan and she was very friendly.

Overall a solid experience. Easy to find and close by town. Great views. Saw a bald eagle!
Just a little unorganized. They mean well but don't have the best communication skills. We were left standing behind a sled waiting for 15 min after being told that you will being going out on the next slay (which was the slay we were standing behind). Honestly I just wrote a super long review and deleted it because I can tell they are nice people and overall it was great so I don't want to roast them.

Had a great time. Enjoyed the nice lady serving hot chocolate. The sleigh driver was very funny.

A very nice trip. Absolutely beautiful scenery. It was nice to have someplace to warm up at the end to. We also had a fantastic guide.

Summer horse back rides are great! For inexperienced or young riders they are very accommodating and comforting, and for experienced riders they don't lead you around like a toddler on a pony. I rode horses throughout my childhood and was very comfortable just hoping on a horse and hitting the trail with a guide. Due to Covid their reservations are open, so my group was able to just walk in and get on a horse within the hour. I had such a fun time of the 45 minute trail that I came back the next day to do the hour and a half! Jake was a great guide and made the first trip fun. I can't remember the name of my guide the second day, but he too was cool. I'm a very happy customer, though I would recommend they upgrade their saddles because both trips had issues with saddles and stirrup length at some point.

I had a great experience taking my kids on a horseback ride with Icicle Outfitters. Our guide was very accommodating and the price was fair. Very simple ride, but just enough to get the experience in!

It was a nice ride and the people who work there are very nice. The coffee, the hot chocolate and cookies they provide after the ride were good too.

We made an appointment for horse riding and arrived 10 minutes before, as instructed, only to find that the business owners just left with a group. We rang the number used to make our appointment the day before and was told that the group before ours was running late (we saw them leave so they were an hour late). We were told to wait although not sure for how long. We decided to wait as we had been looking forward to the ride. An hour later the business owners came back. They started the sign-in for our session and the told us that we were not on their booking sheets! The old man did not apologize and said there was nothing he could do. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

We really enjoyed our sleigh ride. Our guide was super great, friendly and patient with my 9 year old with autism who asked a million questions the entire time. Would highly recommend!

This is nice 30 mins tour we can have in Leavenworth. Pro tip, arrive early before 945 am and enjoy the view and ride before it's gets crowded. Our kids enjoyed more on ride. Good to have one time experience.

Meghan was our guide today and she was excelent! She knew the horses and area very well. She paired all 4 of us with the perfect horse! She kept us chatting and pointed out different mountains, trees, ect. Can't wait to go back!

Their equipment is very good and the people who work there are great! In times of Covid, they seem to be taking things very seriously which I appreciate. (Mask wearing and temperatures taken) Be advised that you'll get an email following a purchase online. Don't meet in that building where Cold Stone is. They meet at the 76 Station across the street. We missed the bus ride there because of this confusion. Luckily they have a smaller shuttle and they were very understanding. I'd use them again!

Loved this place! Jason our guide was very friendly and his dog muffin was a hit with the kids. What a lucky pup! The tents were warm inside and very friendly staff. We got very lucky when we went as it had just snowed 15" and the ride was beautiful! So spectacular!

What a wonderful experience! We did the sleigh ride. It's family friendly even with an infant. Our older loved it! All of the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this activity while in Leavenworth.

Amazing time there. The horses were all just as human as the rest of us. Scenic and beautiful trail of nature and the sleeping lady. Would love to do it again. Our guide loves what she does and it makes it all worth the experience, very knowledgeable and accommodating to people with disabilities
