Walked in and asked for some help kitting my wife out with full motorbike gear. Litrally had a personal shopper helping me find the right gear for her, not too pushy but full of advice and just felt like he actually wanted the best gear for us. 100% will go back for all my motorbike gear while I live in Preston.

Awful online service, ordered a helmet that was in stock, day later was emailed that it wasn't in stock. Asked for a refund. Had to go through pay-pal claim to get my money back. Get your act together or get off the internet!

The shop itself is large and has an excellent range of products but I was one of only three customer in at the time with approx 6 staff and not one of them welcomed me or asked me what I was looking for or offered any help or advice at all. I went elsewhere.

They take your money then forget about you. Product was out of stock but they couldn't be bothered to tell me. Had to email them several times including threatening to claim back on my card, which seems to have worked, despite them sending an item different to what I originally ordered. If you need something urgent then go into town & buy it.

I buy all my sons clothing and accessories from here. He's a small 3-4 year old so always need to try things on rather than mail order. All the staff are always more than helpful in getting things right for him. Customer service is 1st class and a great variety of stock at good prices. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great store to visit even more so with the addition of the on site cafe... I would like to see greater variety of more premium brands such as rukka, klimb and even the top flagship clothing from brands they already stock for instance the revit dominator gtx jacket and trousers combo.... All in all a great place to visit with extremely helpful staff on hand to assist you..

They have a fantastic range of good quality products. I love this place since they have had their renovation. Everytime I go there seems to be limited sizes in all clothing which is a little frustrating.

Everything you need is here. Even a cafe to sit and wait with a huge screen to watch all things bike related. Very entertaining. Service is friendly but laid back. A place to relax and enjoy

Awful customer service. Lady on the phone was polite. Bloke was rude and arrogant. Simple issue to resolve but they wanted to refund and me wait 5 days to get the refund. All because my delivery address was missing thr house number which i rang them to inform them to add it on.... nope cant be done lol. Maybe i wouldnt be too botherd and would happily wait for the refund but they way iwas spoken to means ill be going else where. Used for years as well what a shame.

Went in the store last week to find a new lid for me and my wife (by the way, great selection!) Was met with a cheery greeting by a man named Dave. I was only looking for a reasonably priced helmet for both of us, but he was very helpful in the different varieties and benefits for each, as my wife has a bit of anxiety when it comes to full face helmets. She was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and fit of the Black flip-front helmet as there's a bit more room. I tried on quite a few, but I went with the Agrius. I was sceptical at first with the price being quite cheap, but Dave explained that they go through rigorous testing etc and I can't complain, so far so good. I would definitely recommend Ghostbikes for anyone looking for biking gear.

Nice place to go with plenty of bike clothing and helmets to choose from. Starting at the cheaper entry level stuff up to the much more expensive rider gear there's something right for your budget. Very nice and helpful staff who seem to be very knowledgeable polite and friendly. Lots of free parking spaces available so that shouldn't ever be a problem. Definitely worth a visit !

I do not think you could find a better motorcycle outfitters in the northwest. If you need some riding gear you HAVE to use ghostbikes. And they really do have a price match with no hassle. I felt that the staff were genuine decent guys.

I bought the Bell Qualifier DLX MIPS Vitesse Motorcycle Helmet from these guys. Helmet is great and was a good price. The only thing I would say was the box was damaged on delivery hence 4 stars.

Bought a few items this year from Ghost Bikes, helmet, gloves, boots etc. Always as stated and always on time. Thankfully I haven't had to return anything, so far, but I'm confident they would provide a five star service for returns too.

Tried to buy a helmet, jacket and gloves today(03/03/2019), but the staff did seem to want my business seemed more interested putting helmets away than selling them, so took my business elsewhere and got the items I needed.

First class service! Ghostbikes helped to to find the correct Givi Monorack and Monokey plates for my Kawasaki ER 6F. Trust me, it is a minefield due to the number of models and variations. After researching the correct Givi products for me, they shipped them the same day and I had them the next. Really outstanding service with reasonable prices. I will definitely buy there again next time I need something! Thank you so much for your help!

Ordered shop sniper helmet and Agrip leather waterproof boots. Got fast delivery. Used the boots for a few months now covered 500 miles on bike and the boots are falling apart. Not only that they let water in during light showers. I have twice been promised a partial refund which I accepted when only the fabric was tearing but they apparently can't do the refund due to "problems". Stay away. The visors on the helmets scratch very very easily. Fellow bikers with other products tell me that they shouldn't scratch so easily. 500 miles and I'm on the third visor.

Bought some boots that fell to pieces second time wearing them. Returned the item asking for a refund waited 2 months from posting them to tell me a replacement is in store. Rang the store 3 times now to get the refund who just keep saying they will ring me back and don t reply to emails. (USE 24mx)
