Horrible customer service, I actually read these reviews before visiting the store so I am somewhat surprised anyone had good experience. Once entering the store(which is inside of convenient store) the sales lady doesn't greet you just looking at you like what do you want, I am current user of bell mobility wanted to switch to Freedom as I was fed up with their high phone bills and heard good promotions and new LTE launch, but I never felt this low customer services else where I wasted my time visiting the store.

I bypassed a freedom location closer to my work and home just to come to this location. Why? Because I previously received excellent service from Prada. Prada was not in today and so I was served by Anchal, the service she provided me was simply outstanding from beginning to end, thank you is not enough but I do for being a true professional to not only me but every customer that walked through the door in the time that I was there, the world needs more of the kindness that you serve!

*Enter through the corner store* I was apprehensive about switching to Freedom until I received the best experience I've had with any telecom from Prada at this location. She gave excellent advice, with consideration for my personal preferences and situation. I recommend anyone considering a new provider or upgrading their phone should visit this location and hear the options not only laid out clearly but compared and rationalized to make your decision as well-informed as possible.

The service from the associate at this location, Anchal, went above and beyond to help me resolve an ongoing problem I had with freedom mobile. As discouraging as the experiences I had with the online/phone agents were, Anchal was extreme helpful. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a terrible experience with wind at eaton centre and I thought of quitting wind mobile. I went to this location since its closest to me, and when I left,I had my bill issue sorted, a new phone and a new plan. The specialist was amazing, she knows what she is doing. Would recommend her n this location again n again!

I had called in advance regarding an E-Sim installation. was advised they'd be able to assist in store and it would not take too long per my concerns regarding COVID. I arrived at the store which was more like an enclosed kiosk, it was rather small. The service rep was nice, however, I was mortified that she invited another customer in the cramped, tiny store. It was the lack of social distancing for me.

We had an issue with moving the line from prepaid to postpaid and sort out our package. The lady in the store her name is Prada, she was super helpful and sorted things out after I had called several times the call center. Thank you very much Prada and have a happy holiday!

Neither of the staff members was at all friendly to me. The woman actually yelled at me when I asked a question. I told her there is no need to be angry and she did smile at that. The male kept making comments to the female in their language. I kept asking him what he said but he did not respond. He did not make eye contact with me at all. I felt very uncomfortable with him making comments in their language while I was standing right there. They really deserve a zero, not a one star rating. Absolutely rock bottom "customer service". Don't go there.

Great customer service! The sales person Anchal was efficient but still thorough despite being super busy. She took care of all her customers with respect and care. She went out of her way to find a phone I was looking for at a different location and made sure the other sales person at the other store helped us set up service and answer any questions we had. She was able to find a plan that worked for me based on data needs and budget. Fantastic work!

The service at this location is above and beyond, all thanks to the associate Anchal. I came 20 minutes before close, and she stayed open longer to help me get set up with freedom. I especially appreciate all the extra time she took to walk me through everything about my new plan/service with Freedom. Thanks again, I'll be going to this location for all future needs.
