So not often am I overly impressed with anything, especially service in shops. Came to the shop because I had a manufacturing problem with two pairs of Knox gloves. As soon I walked in was welcomed and told where I can put my helmet while I shop. The gloves issues was delt with straight away and was effortless. Wanted to look for a one piece leathers and was having trouble with the sizes. Reluctantly asked for help(see first sentence.) Very glad I did, Ebrahim was well on it! Was like he heard my question and thought "time to shine!" Guided me through how it should fit and feel in certain places, installed my extra optional protectors for me and answered questions on how to take care of the suit. Then did some Grand Master origami on my old two piece and it was somehow all in my backpack??? After I just about got the jacket in. I 100% would have left after being confused with the euro sizes and bought my usual Large online, which wouldn't have fit me, if it wasn't for the service today.

Shop wise it's huge!!! And has everything. Seems to stock more premium kit than just anything to fill the shelves. Be back in January to collect my gloves and spend some more money.
