Superb place to get all your gear from a shop ran by bikers for bikers. If you want top brands or on a budget, the range they have will suit your needs. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Please watch out for this so called business bought jacket and trousers did not arrive and did not want to refund me my money until I threatened to report them to the ombudsman. They finally refunded me. Customer service is non existent. Avoid these cowboys.

Go in here way too often! Nothing is ever too much to ask for and the staff are always knowledgeable and polite. Great range of products too.

Bought a pair of summer gloves at very reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

It had been a while since i'd been on the bike. I'd used GhostBikes previously when they were at they previous shop, good stuff at a good price. The new place is fatanstic. Loads of stock on display if its not out the lads will get it sent through from the warehouse. Everyones really nice and want to help you. I'm glad I went back. Still good kit at a good price. I anticipate I'll be regular visitor at the cafe there now I'm back on two wheels.

Called in today bought two helmets and two pairs of gloves great price, very friendly and helpful staff and the new premises are looking good, looking forward to the new cafe. Thank you .

Very helpful, friendly staff who seem to genuinely care about what customer wants and young girl behind desk was exceptional at helping me find what I wanted not what they wanted me to buy like other local shops. Have bought items here couple time now and will use many times in future am sure.

I bought a helmet for my daughter and there was an issue with it a few months later. I called and was advised to buy a replacement and I sent the original one back for them to 'look at'. If there was a manufacturing fault I would be due a refund.
I had no faith in getting a refund as it would be my word against theirs and not being a helmet expert' I didn't know what was wrong with it. (visor issue)
However imagine my surprise when I was offered a FULL REFUND - faith restored in humanity and trust instilled in this company who I will buy from again.
In summary - Great products, prices and customer service - thank you Ghost Bikes team.

Ghost bikes is the only place I will shop for all my biking needs, I visited there today as I had a problem with a jkt I had purchased earlier in the year, basically the zip had come off completely and was not wearable, ghost bikes took care of everything, they said they would send it off for either a repair or a swap, fantastic service, so much so I left with purchasing a new jkt while my other one is away for repair and a new pair off boots for the upcoming winter months, I was sorted out bu someone from the customer service dept, unfortunately didnt catch his name, tall n bald with tattoos, top fella even gave me a discount on my boots, will not go anywhere else

Always a five star review for ghostbikes. From helmets, gloves and boots to my bike cover I cannot fault them on service and price. Excellent customer service to top off great products.

This is a great cafe. Reasonable prices but great food. Brilliant atmosphere, giving the impression of being busy and exciting without feeling crowded. The decor is really well done and you can sit at a table, a bar height table or a bar to suit however you feel. Good music and a huge tv. What more can you ask. You can even shop as you go. Open late Tuesday evenings. Well worth a visit on a run out.

This was my third & again I was very VERY impressed.
Fantastic range of clothing from budgit all the way up to how bloody much.
The staff are beyond helpful, I didn't get the guys name so lets call him beardy guy.
He put up with my over fussyness and inability to make a decision while I was trying to replace my 11 year old textile jacket that I had become over attached to.
I left very happy and this is now going to be my go to shop for clothing.

Love the VR games. I'll be back there soon after trying their "winter is coming" escape room. And thank you Vikki, you made it a much better experience. Ben

Love this place.
I struggle with severe anxieties, however, when I visit the store I always feel comfortable. I am able to explore the store without being hounded by sales staff and when I am ready, they provide an amazing level of service.
The majority of my shopping is done online or I am straight in and out of a shop. This is one of only a handful of stores I actually browse around.

Great store, best I've seen in NW. Very knowledgeable male and female staff and a great range of kit for both men and women. Very refreshing compared to most motorcycle stores.

Got quite a shock when I first visited this place. Massive shop with some good clothing deals too. Well worth a look

I bought a lock and had some issues with how the alarm worked. Dana went to a lot of trouble to explain how this was supposed to work and when this failed provided a replacement which works perfectly. Thanks vey much and if I ever get out on my bike again after the Virus lock down I will think of you when ever I use it. Thanks Dana !

Ordered a UK 12. They sent me a UK 11 because their sizing chart does not match Richa's. Ordered a UK 12 again but made sure they got it right this time. Came and they were still too small. Original delivery took a week (took them 3 working days to send it). Each return takes a week. 3 weeks and a lot of faff to get a pair of boots. Could have been a lot less hassle if the bizarre sizing they are using on their website wasn't a whole two sizes out and their delivery wasn't done at a snail's pace. Was attracted by the good price, but the hassle of the experience made it not worth it in the end.

Had a problem with my Sidi Vortice boots ( zipper broke )
As it was still under warranty called them.
Was sent out the next day.
Got a confirmation on it .
Boots were repaired and sent back to me.

Very happy with their service!

Big warehouse style premises, big selection, decent pricing, switched on staff

A fantastic company to deal with, excellent choice and value, super-fast delivery times, great returns policy but above all, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, I cannot fault the overall online shopping experience.

Terrible Service! The wrong item arrived arrived 7 weeks ago. Response was very slow. Returned the items after eventually hearing from them. Now I dont have either of the items or an offer of a refund! STAY CLEAR

Was expecting this place to have masses of choice like it does online so we were slightly disappointed but it's still a good shop with a cafe as well.

Great store. They offered me plenty of solid and honest advice of fitting for a new helmet. They didn't try any nasty up selling rubbish and they offered to post my old lid home for me free of charge since I wasn't comfortable ridding 40+ motorway miles with it hanging of the back of my bike.

Bought a jacket from these guys over a week ago. I wore the jacket to commute to work and the first sight of rain the red collar leached dye all over my work clothes and dyed my neck bright red. I took the jacket back (within 30 days) to get it replaced only to have the jacket sent off to the manufacturer ? I would assume that Ghost Bikes would swap the jacket on the spot and deal with this themselves as I was sold a faulty product. Not best pleased as now I am stuck with no jacket and possibly have to wait 3 weeks for a verdict on the jacket. staff said they had never seen this happen before, however a quick look on google has produced a number of reviews were people have experienced the same thing. Beware of Oxford Montreal 3.0 jacket !

Staff are helpful however and stock is there for you to try on as I do like to be able to touch the product. It's a shame on this occasion that I have had to deal with returning an item. Just my luck

Turn at Lidl down to the bottom of road, huge car park unlike most bike shops.

Went in with a difficult request as helmets had to meet Banger racing regulations. Staff were more than happy to help...even if we did end up with half the stock room scattered about!

Ordered from here for the first time. Very impressed! I bought a motorbike helmet and was worried over the sizing of the helmet, but it was a perfect fit and delivery was spot on. Can't fault it! Will be ordering again sometime in the future! :)

Dreadful customer service. Impossible to get an update on my order status or a reply to any communication at all. I've now had to raise a PayPal dispute as I am not prepared to wait indefinately for goods to arrive.

Enjoyed the open day 10.03.18 and had a do on the wheely machine. First wheely for me ever. Told I did very well and was mostly in control myself. Had a chat with iam chaps and blood bike boys that was interesting. But the two brothers stunt team was quite amazing that was an eye opener. Unfortunately unemployed at this time so could not buy anything. Well done to all of you. William chivers.

Amazing service, just returned some Spada wp boots that the zip went faulty after 10 months but little use. Ghostbikes replaced them under warrenty no questions asked! If only all shops where like this. I will now put all my business through these, just earnt a customer for life. Well done and look forward to dealing with this company in the future. 5*

Nice big warehouse full of biker gear, there's a cafe, nice brew and something to eat and the customers are really friendly, wished I'd have taken a photo or 2 myself. Lol

Went in today to buy boots, jacket and jeans. The lad down stairs was helpful, went up stairs and the lad was to busy watching football and standing between the fans to be arsed to help, so I'm left stood like a plum. Asked him about boots and his attitude was very poor, . So I walked out drive to j&s and bought every thing there instead. I normally buy all my bike gear from ghost bikes and recommend all my mates to do the same.

Just bought a cheap helmet as a quick replacement and I have to say that while cheap in price it doesn't appear to be in quality! Patient and friendly staff with great premises. I'll definately be going back when the time comes to upgrade my ageing bike gear as they have plenty of choice for all budgets!

Clothing, helmets anything bike, it's all here. Massive range at all price levels. I spent an hour choosing and trying on jackets, helmets etc. Very patient and knowledgeable staff. I will be back, much better to visit than using a website. Cafe too, so you don't feel so rushed into making that important choice.

Been to this place on 6 separate occasions are spares and parts and on the 6th occasion I was finally successful as they actually had what I wanted. For such a big company their knowledge and stock is abysmal as they look on google for answers not recommending this place to anyone but each to their own! If u want a wasted journey the off u pop to Ghostbikes (ghost meaning no stock to be seen)

Very poor,drove 30 miles to find very little stock,2 oversized pairs of leather trousers in the shop not what was advertised on the internet,when asked the assistant said waiting for seasonal stock,don't motorcyclists drive all year round?

Ghost bikes building and cafe area was clean tidy and had plenty of alcohol gelt o cleanse hands before and after entering. The bike parking area is well thought out and I felt safe to leave my bike there whilst I wandered around. What I would say is that I felt intimidated by the staff there who seemed to think I was eager to buy or eager to steel as there eyes were on me. If this ever happens to me, I wont buy anything in any shop where I dont feel comfortable. If your shop staff are reading this perhaps have a word about intimidation skills.

Shopped with ghost bikes via Ebay. Item was unfit for use- broken within 7 days of purchase.
ghost bikes refused to return item claiming it was not faulty. If a piece of safety equipment starts to come unglued within a week of receiving, it is faulty.

Poor quality item, poor service, poor effort.
