I bought a helmet for my daughter and there was an issue with it a few months later. I called and was advised to buy a replacement and I sent the original one back for them to 'look at'. If there was a manufacturing fault I would be due a refund.
I had no faith in getting a refund as it would be my word against theirs and not being a helmet expert' I didn't know what was wrong with it. (visor issue)
However imagine my surprise when I was offered a FULL REFUND - faith restored in humanity and trust instilled in this company who I will buy from again.
In summary - Great products, prices and customer service - thank you Ghost Bikes team.
