Called in on Wednesday to purchase a phone holder and ended up ordering a helmet and visor. Winner!
OR NOT
the shop is full of enthusiastic young lads to help but incredibly undertrained (not their fault) and their conversations on a shop floor are what are classed as incredibly inappropriate.
Unfortunately for Ghost bikes there are absolutely no customer service skills. or processes in place.
And the poor shop guys even admitted to not having any supervisor willing to help them as they were totally out of their depth with a simple order.
There are signs all over the shop stating if you purchase products they will be shipped free of charge. GREAT it would seem however after being promised it would arrive by FedEx next day delivery direct by the supplier it never arrived. I was then promised it would be another day.
I write this having just received a call telling me that a pallet has been "lost" with both my items on it and there isn't a time line for my delivery to arrive. . Strange seeing as the helmet was actually in stock in the store (I even tried it on)
Easy! I thought.. Ill request a refund. Not so easy it turns out as I felt fobbed off and I think I was given an excuse.
I am not one to write a public review however I did ask for an email address for the manager (scott I m told his name is, no surname though)... doesn t have one I m told!

So here I am waiting for my refund call... let s see how long this takes... maybe the refund machine is also on the "missing pallet"
