GMA has been amazing to work with. I had to fire my previous attorney for never once returning my calls or answering my questions after a car accident that put me out of work and when I found GMA I was worried the reviews might be too good to be true. I have to say I was beyond impressed with the time and attention Kim Raab and Lisa gave to make sure I knew what my next step should be, what they needed from me, and consistently returned my emails and phone calls. Hazel in accounting was also a genuinely nice person meet with at the end of my case as well. I was nervous going in but they made sure I felt secure in what was going on every step of the way and since I ve never needed a lawyer before, I appreciated it. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LAW FIRM!!! They do their very best to make sure you are comfortable whenever you're in their office. They will keep you up to date with everything that's going on with your case and will even at times just call to see how you're hanging in there. They truly do care about their clients and will fight as hard as they can for you! I had Frank, Kara, Justin, and at one point Kim. My case lasted for 3 years. All of them went above and beyond for my case! Hopefully I will never find myself in a position of needing a lawyer again but if I ever do, I'm heading back to them!

Very unsatisfied with their services. I got in contact with this law firm, because I felt like the attorney i was going to work with (at a different law firm)was not taking my case seriously and she did not have my best interest. Instead of this law firm taking my case, knowing that I didn't sign a retainer yet(for the other law firm), Nicole at Geoff Mcdonald & Associates decided to call "my attorney" and Nicole denied taking the case. If i am telling you i want your services based off of your outstanding reviews then I should get outstanding services.If i didn't sign a retainer then i don't have an attorney, i am free to go to any law firm. Huge waste of time. Very disappointed.

I must truly admit that I have been satisfied with this firm and associates since my very first call. They met me at my home at a time of my choosing, and from there for me it seemed like smoothed sailing. They not only followed up with phone calls but with letters in the mail as well. They made sure that my daughter's case was handle in a timely fashion with no hassle to me at all. Starting in the beginning I was hesitant to hire an attorney. After speaking with a representative from GMA, I felt optimistic and encouraged to pursue the case. My case manager was helpful and expressed concerns for my case listening to me complain weekly when she called to check in on how my healing was coming. As the case progressed I was transferred from my initial Attorney to a new Attorney Kim. Kim was excellent, knowledgable, and expressed great concern for my case. By the end of it all, which has been around 9 months, I can honestly say my experience here has been better than I expected. GMA's core values of trust, ethics, and honestly have come to light in the closing of these matters.

Well I read all these wonderful reviews about the service of the attorneys but I can't seem to get the attorney who is representing me to return a phone call to me. I have called and left numerous messages but still no response. I got a phone call on march 8th about an offer and here it is april 16th and i dont even know what the offer is. The law firm came highly recommended but im beginning to wonder why. I truly wished that Ash never left because she did communicate with my and kept me updated.

Took my information and i was told an atty by the name of Chris would call me back the same day and its now been 3 wks and no phone call. Seems that if you may not get a certain amount of money that GMA will not take your case or inform you that they are not interested.
