I must truly admit that I have been satisfied with this firm and associates since my very first call. They met me at my home at a time of my choosing, and from there for me it seemed like smoothed sailing. They not only followed up with phone calls but with letters in the mail as well. They made sure that my daughter's case was handle in a timely fashion with no hassle to me at all. This firm stands behind their word, and I would totally utilize them again if I were to ever need them. Glad to be apart of the Mcdonald family!
