Very unsatisfied with their services. I got in contact with this law firm, because I felt like the attorney i was going to work with (at a different law firm)was not taking my case seriously and she did not have my best interest. Instead of this law firm taking my case, knowing that I didn't sign a retainer yet(for the other law firm), Nicole at Geoff Mcdonald & Associates decided to call "my attorney" and Nicole denied taking the case. If i am telling you i want your services based off of your outstanding reviews then I should get outstanding services.If i didn't sign a retainer then i don't have an attorney, i am free to go to any law firm. Huge waste of time. Very disappointed.
