Starting in the beginning I was hesitant to hire an attorney. After speaking with a representative from GMA, I felt optimistic and encouraged to pursue the case. My case manager was helpful and expressed concerns for my case listening to me complain weekly when she called to check in on how my healing was coming. As the case progressed I was transferred from my initial Attorney to a new Attorney Kim. Kim was excellent, knowledgable, and expressed great concern for my case. By the end of it all, which has been around 9 months, I can honestly say my experience here has been better than I expected. GMA's core values of trust, ethics, and honestly have come to light in the closing of these matters.
