such a fantastic experience, everyone knew what they were doing and had answers for every question I asked. They were extremely helpful with getting me to my price point. This was my first car buying experience that i did on my own and i didn't feel taken advantage of one bit. My salesman was Kyle Iverson and he was awesome. Straight forward guy with a lot of knowledge on the vehicles.
Came in to dealership explained what i needed and i came home with a brand new 2018 50th anniversary camaro 2ss. Carlos Landavered in sales was great, as well as in finance dept. Sabastien Quercia. Didn t do any of the service on the car instead just reset the computer instead of fixing the problem. Paid for auto butler didn t do bc the said car was dirty (never told me had to be cleaned before brining it in never got a card in the mail) so drove an 1 1/2 each way for them not to do anything. What a deal oh yeah the stole my expensive driver front seat cover too..

We had an AMAZING experience all thanks to BYRON GILES!!!! I do not do reviews but definitely wanted to because the impact of an amazing salesman!! He changed the mind of a very closed minded stubborn person with multiple bad experiences at this dealership.
To put in proper perspective just how outstanding Byron is... we had two prevoius very bad experiences at this dealership one in 2009 and another in 2013. I was very hesitant and not wanting to go to Gary Lang ever again, however we were interested in the KIA Sportage.. and my luck this was the closest KIA dealership to my home.
We briefly looked around a short time later out walked a VERY friendly non suffocating , very knowledgeable, and helpful Byron.
Immediately I liked him and our opinion changed ! Byron listened to our wants and needs and helped us pick the perfect car for our family. His awesomess does not stop there. He was very caring and took care of us each step of the way and after!! Going above and beyond!!! Typically I have a ready to go chip on my shoulder because of past car buying experience and lets not forget what I mentioned about previous horrible experience here... well Byron changed that..zero need for a chip on my shoulder he was honestly the best salesman in all my car buying experience and I have had a few :) I can 100% honestly say..

What people need to be aware of when they see any dealership with four or more stars is that they pay their employees or an outside source to make fake Google accounts to jack up the ratings. There are various ways of testing this and in fact are very obvious. Take me for example, I've been with Google for quite some time and make reviews on various sites on a regular basis. Click on the majority of these reviews and you'll see that there's just one review. I find it very hard to believe somebody's going to set up a Google account just to make one review and only for Gary Lang. That said, recently we brought our car in to get the serpentine belt changed and got the vehicle back with a loose tensioner, cracked power stirring reservoir and they left the $2000 diagnostic probe behind.
Use great caution when going to these guys. They're liars, thieves and they just don't care.

Tried to get me a car & never called me back or responded to any of my messages.. But They sure ran my credit thru over 20 times even days after the fact, my credit rating was in the high 500s & I had 2-3 sources of income so I didn't understand the issue..

My salesman Derrick did a great job listening to my requirements and finding the vehicles to look at in advance of my arrival, making the selection process quicker than usual. Negotiation took a bit of time with sales management but after that the business office process was quick and painless. Overall a very good experience. October 2017 leased a Mitsubishi Outlander, great monthly payment but until this day I have not received a 2nd key fob and a $50 gift card for taking a survey.
Reached out several times last year to their sales man Richard, who no longer works there but I have seen him at other dealers recently. I guess is part of the scam, you rate them high and then you are no longer a customer.
Definitely not buying here again and thankfully I'm in the process of getting out of this lease. Never again Gary Lang!

Our purchase at Gary Lang Kia was extraordinary. Wesley Talbox (our sales person) was fantastic. He answered all our questions and concerns. He worked with my wife and I through every step of the purchase of our Kia Sportage. I would purchase my next vehicle from him anytime.
Walked out within 10 minutes. I called TWICE and had two people tell me the LIMITED version of the vehicle I was interested in was was in stock and available. After getting there, not only did they NOT have that limited vehicle, but the guy I was talking to in person was the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I wish I had his name (its Leo Lewitan), but he was so subpar he never even gave it to me. I mentioned true-car pricing (which is what this dealership participates in) and he insulted me by asking me "what do you mean by that" and "we might not offer it for you." I strongly encourage any other dealerships in the area over this one. And should you decide to head to Gary Lang anyway, STEER CLEAR of the tall curly hair guy in the subaru building.

Condescending, rude and time consuming. Salespeople treated us like kids who didn t know what they were talking about or even came in for. Typical salesman behavior.
My initial purchase experience was pretty good. I had a friendly salesman who found the car I wanted. He worked hard to get me into it. I had a repo on my record that was paid off completely and I had a letter explaining my credit situation. In that regard Gary Lang was great. I got into a 2011 BMW 328i. The problem from there is that shortly after I purchased the vehicle from them, I was instructed that I would receive calls confirming features that didn t come with the vehicle including navigation and a premium sound system. I was told I wouldn t be able to keep the car unless I did so. Loving the car as much as I did and still do, I did as they told me. I found out later on that its likely a scam to get more money from the bank for my vehicle and passing the cost along to me. ITS ALSO A CRIME. But the problem from there is that after I had my financing approved, Gary Lang continued to run my credit for nearly 3 months, resulting in over 10 hard inquiries on my credit this is negatively impacting my credit while I ve been trying to get that part of my finances in order to purchase a home. When I called them last week to speak to someone about my dilemma, I got a voicemail box and nobody felt it was important enough to return my call.
STEER CLEAR OF THEM.

They treat their employees like garbage and if you speak up about something that you do not agree with then they fire you for insubordination. Byron was amazing! Financing was amazing! Lived up to their reputation. FAST FORWARD 2 YEARS TO 2019 AND I SAY STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SO CALLED SERVICE DEPT. WHAT A CON GAME THEY HAVE GOING. DONT ANSWER EMAILS FOR 6 MONTHS ON WARRANTY ISSUE AND PROBLEMS. ONLY GOT ACREPLY AFTER FILING COMPLAINTS! SCAM!
Was told 4 % interest, $16,000 for trade $27,000 for new car. Go to close the deal. $5% interest $14,000 for trade and $32,000 for new car!! $7000 difference and higher rate! Beware, watch the numbers, they are scammers!

Leo Lewitan is the reason I chose to purchase my vehicle From Gary Lang. There are a number of dealerships in the area but the knowledge and comfort provided made us choose Gary Lang.

First and last time shopping at Gary Lang. At every step throughout the purchase, it seemed like amateur hour. After being guaranteed by the sales person (Zak E) that the vehicle was scratch and dent free, I drove two hours only to find that the vehicle had a large door ding on the passenger side and deep paint chip on the driver side. Zak was also supposed to send me finance rates, which he never did. Zak also never sent pictures or videos like he said he would. Next up was a stop to some client relations manager (George) who kept calling me "buddy" and telling me that the one time he visited Madison, WI he was amazed at how many homeless people he saw, but he didn't mind too much because he was "hungover most of my time there". Cool.
The staff here need training on how to professionally interact with guests as well as what it means to follow up with customers on things they say.
Ricardo was a lot of help and very friendly. He made sure it was an easy buying process. Very happy with my purchase.

First off, let me start by saying I haven't been treated as bad as this dealership anywhere else. Here are my 2 cents on where you seriously need to step up your game Gary Lang.
1) If I make an appointment at 6 pm very much in advance and its confirmed, please dont make me wait till 6:30
2) Dont ask me, "Will you buy the car today" as soon as I step in. I mean I havent even seen the car let alone driven it and you're asking this dumb question.
3) I requested to see a WRX Limited and the salesman on phone said they have it. Please don't show me a WRX Base model after I waited half hour to see a Limited car
4) You said you "Don't want to put miles on the car so I can't take it out of the parking lot". That was the last straw. After everywhere you messed up you aren't even allowing me to put the car in 3rd gear.
This is unacceptable. There is a very good reason I never called you back after those incessant voice mails you left me. Give me a very good reason to not detest you like this in future. I did buy a WRX Limited from a different dealership who treat their customers like they mean business and not waste of time.
