Was here the other week just looking, I felt a little pressured to get in the door. Wont go back.

The people at Gary Lang Auto lied to me and then charged my debit card without my verbal authorization. I am SEVERELY UPSET with how this played out. If I cannot resolve this with the general manager I will find out what legal options I have to take to rectify this situation. A total bait and switch situation on the down payment.

I would avoid doing business with this card dealership.

Not so good. Went to have service performed and upon writing up my ticket, found services added that were only mentioned by advisor as he looked over my car. I never agreed to having them done but they appeared as though I did. Sneaky. Won t be returning.

Jeff was very helpful and definitely helped guide us through the process of car buying that is always scary. He made buying two vehicles quick and seemless and was very knowledgeable.

I called this dealership from St. Louis asking about price. They told me a price and INSISTED the manager was very willing to come down on the price if I came in. I was coming this way for Easter and so I drove the extra hour and checked it out. I spoke with Leo, or something like that, and he was very nonchalant and in no way personable. Long story short, they did not come down a dollar from what they told me on the phone a few days prior. The Manager refused to come speak with me as well. I ended up taking the car anyways, as I had limited time and I could not find this car anywhere near me. Leo insisted the price was fair because the Carfax was just fantastic. However, the transmission went out 6 month later. Thank god I paid for the warranty. Just an FYI, this was a year ago, so I'm much more reserved then before. A few months after I bought the car, I called about getting an oil change. They told me there was a special so again I drove the hour to get a good price only to be told that it was a GM deal, not a subaru deal, when I got there. They're absolutely classless and will harass you on the phone like they did with my friend, if you show any interest in buying a new car. All dealerships are shady, but this was just pathetic, from the phone associates to the managers and the service center.

A family member leased a car from Ricardo and got them exactly what they wanted. My husband and I came in last year and leased a vehicle and today I just leased mine. Ricardo will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you want at the right price. I am very particular on my vehicle, they didn t have the color and specs I wanted on lot, so Ricardo outsourced to make sure I left with what I wanted. If you are looking for a great dealership that will treat you like a person not a commission sign, Ricardo at Gary Lang will do just that for!!

Gary Lang Subaru took great care of me, I went in for a Service on an existing vehicle which was super speedy, and ended up driving away in a new vehicle!

went to get oil change and warranty work done and service advisor brian housworth actually fully listened to each liitle detail i said, he was the first ever chevy person who was awsome, he has offered me a rental on the spot, best freaking experience i ever had at this dealership, i wish i can say that about other dealers i went to, cuz of him and his service...now all cars i will get in future will be only from this dealership. thank you for ur service.

Recently I purchased a car from a salesman named Kevin Curtis. He was very knowledgeable and not the usual high pressure salesman! I recommend asking for him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!!!

I started car shopping online and found a Chevy Silverado for a great price. I called ahead to make sure that the price was correct since I know sometimes car dealerships include rebates in the online price that I may not qualify for. I was assured that the online price is the price I would pay. After driving an hour to get there, I was told that the price was $5000 more than what I was told on the phone. At that point I decided to walk out and they didn't seem to understand my frustration with having my time wasted. I will never go back.

We ended up buying a new/used Subaru from Kyle and now have another vehicle were working with Kyle on for our daughter. Jeff was very helpful. Got a good deal on the car. Problem with the ac popped up on delivery. It was fixed quickly.

AWESOME SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Gary Lang serviced our Cadillac and GMC for nearly 6 year's before we moved. Chris is by far the most amazing service writer in the business and he helped keep our 2007 Cadillac and 2005 GMC in amazing running condition. He was highly familiar with our initial Cadillac and GMC warranties as well as the after market warranties that kicked in when the factory warranties expired. His ability to know what was covered under warranty repair saved us a lot of money over the years and kept our cars very happy. I could make a service appointment or just drop in when work was needed and Chris was always ready to help and provide outstanding customer service. Chris became like one of our family members always asking about our children and our well being. He was always honest and sincere and let us know what service work should be performed now and what should be done in the near future so we could better plan our service trips to Gary Lang. One of the most helpful services Gary Lang has is their free loaner car program that helped out considerably when our cars needed minor or major service. Gary Lang knows how to hire and take care of their employees and in turn those awesome employees take excellent care of customers like our family. Besides Chris and all the other service department men and women, we always had the same technician service our two cars so they knew our vehicles as well as we did so we were always confident in their service recommendations. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about the hard work and integrity of the Gary Lang service team. I recommend them to everyone who wants outstanding service for their vehicles! Gary Land needs to open a dealer in the Wesley Chapel area of Florida and deliver the same kind of service as he does in Illinois. Ww needed to sell both of our GM vehicles after arriving in Florida because the most recommended and closest Cadillac dealership was 44 miles from our home and double charged us on our service following the first and only trip to their service center. Their is a huge GM void in this area of Florida that Gary Lang needs to fill. Until then we became a Nissan family until we can find a better choice. Come to Florida Gary Lang!

Dropped off my GMC Terrain in on a Sunday; it had a whole mess of issues (about $3,000 worth). Not only did they cut some of the cost of my service repairs, but my car was ready to go promptly by Thursday morning. Communication was professional, timely and courteous throughout the whole process. In the meantime, they gave me a new custom Trail Boss as my loaner - who can complain about that? Excellent service and super friendly staff from sales to service to the cashier. In addition, they were great about satisfying my curiosity of a trade-in for the exact version of my loaner and gave me a great quote on both the truck and my trade-in value. I absolutely recommend Gary Lang in McHenry and will definitely be back when I m ready to buy a new truck!

Horrible experience! If you plan to purchase a vehicle from here i recommend NOT DEALING WITH VICTOR (salesman) or Erin (sales manager) both are apparently unable to fulfill a deal and the way i was spoken to by Erin the manager on the phone is uncalled for and he should be spoken to by someone in upper management. Their customer service appears to be on the other side of the spectrum, so from personal experience, i recommend another dealership all together!

I have been looking for a new car for a couple of months, but was treated poorly by other dealers as I was looking that put a sour taste in my mouth. I stopped looking and then randomly one night decided to drive to McHenry to look at a vehicle at Gary Lang on Monday. We were greeted by Ricardo when we walked in and from that moment on I was happy to be where we were! Ricardo talked to us directly and honestly about the car, but beyond that was just a great guy to chat with during the down time! We have a two year old, and they were so accommodating and helpful (and understanding of toddler antics ) during the waiting process! When we decided to commit to the car, the rest was smooth sailing not only because of Ricardo but also because of jerry and Sebastian! Great experience buying my first new car because of the Great people at Gary Lang and I am glad to have done our business with them!

Sales manager Sebastian is completely unprofessional. Don't wasn't your money here just crooks recently. Use to be so professional till our experience today. I would recommend Gary Lang for service only. The sales group, on the other hand, has a few inexperienced individuals who make it difficult for me to say I'd recommend Gary Lang for a purchase.

Brought my car in about 7 a.m. I unfortunately had to leave it there but was in and out and given a rental. All the guys were nice and helped me double check if I forgot to take anything out of my car.

Very disappointed. I travel weekly and need to purchase my vehicles online. I was able to buy a Camero over text this summer and would give it 5 stars for that great transaction. However, this fall I would like to buy a Tahoe and am completely baffled on how hard it is been to get even a baseline quote. As a repeat buyer, I would have expected this to be easy. I have talked with my original salesman and a business associate who assured me this is not how they do business and that they would consult with the manager - then called me by the wrong first name. No follow-up. They have great vehicles and was ready to buy immediately - I just could not even get a quote! :(

Slick dealing take car in for oil change. They find things wrong with the car and the cost of repairs is the same as trade in value.

I went into Gary Lang after my car unexpectedly became unsafe to drive. I was concerned about what kind of a deal I could get, if any due to my credit and not having anything to put down. Although there was some initial confusion about how everything would process the staff was beyond helpful. Zak, our salesman, explained every part of the process from start to finish, and remained professional and courteous even when we (mother and self) became frustrated with the situation. Gary Lang went above and beyond to help get me into a good, safe car exceeding my expectations by the time we left. The staff even helped us switch our belongings between cars when all was said and done. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Although we haven't gotten out cards yet, Kevin was amazing in the care and detail he used showing us vehicles to fit our needs.

I had such a pleasant experience purchasing my Kia here last week! Before coming in, I spent a lot of time talking on the phone with Allison about features, prices, warranty information, etc and she was so helpful. She strived to answer all of my questions, some of which required her to do research or ask other associates, which she seemed more than willing to do. When I came in to test drive and purchase the vehicle, I worked with Reilly, who was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. He taught me how to sync my phone to my car and had an answer for all of my questions. This was such a welcoming and lighthearted atmosphere which really alleviated the daunting feeling that typically comes with car shopping. Everyone I met and worked with was so friendly! When I sat down to sign paperwork, everything that came with the price was laid out and clearly explained. Without having to negotiate, I purchased my vehicle at a price that was $1500 less than prices of the same model kias in the surrounding area and came with a better warranty than most dealerships in the area. After purchasing my car, a coworker told me that he has 5 kias, each of which he bought at Gary Lang. He says this is the only dealership he goes to, and I can definitely understand why. I have nothing but good things to say about Gary Lang auto and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Called on a price of a vehicle , that said it was there and repeated the price to us. When we drove all the way to there dealership they told us that the price that we saw was not the actual price , that we had to qualify for that price. When we asked why they have that price advertised, the told us that s the only way we can get people to come in and look at the vehicles very irate , double check the price before you go there! We will be contacting Chevrolet about their false advertising!!

Truly exceptional service was received on my 2016 Cadillac ATS coupe! I was instantly greeted by Mallory, she was totally expecting me. Knew my car my name and problem before even scanning my customer code. My service advisor was Dale, he had me set up in a loaner and I was out in less than 10 minutes. For the 2 days my vehicle was in, Dale kept me informed via phone calls and emails. On a last note, the only issue with my vehicle was the driver seat motor stopped functioning and I wanted the Android Auto update installed to my CUE system. Both were done without any further problems and my vehicle is perfect! Thanks again!

Bought a used Chevy Silverado in beginning of February. Excellent shape. They even drove it home for me. So far so good. Very happy.

I drove over an hour after work on a Friday night really pushing the clock to get there in enough time to complete my purchase that night. Darlene Zulman is awesome in every aspect of her responsibilities! She has an abundance of energy and a get the job done kind of spirit that is just great energy to be around. She pulled everything together in the short window of time we had and I was able to drive away that night with the vehicle I went there for. The negotiations were respectful both ways and there was no pressure just a great deal for all involved. Darlene followed up with me the next day to see how things were going. It was just a Great Overall Experience!
