Josh was my sales guy and searched through the stock until he found something I was very interested in. Easy to see why this young man is getting awards. Very accommodating and pleasant. Doesn't feel like I am being sold. I am in a sales organization and know how that can feel. Good job Josh!!!!

Bill was great. He answered all of our questions and when we chose the Traverse, he took the time to show me all the cool features and how to program everything. He didn't rush us off and he was thorough. Overall the car buying process was quick and painless. Also the business manager had us laughing the whole time. Very great, friendly guys to work with. We will definitely be back to Gary Lang for our future vehicles.

I have been car searching since last November. (Almost an year now) I have done nothing but run into every stereotypical car salesperson you could imagine.

The manner in which bussiness is conducted is very perfessional. Email received for scheduled appointment to direct me to their very nice Sales Manager, with time and directions. I also recieved a text reminder. I felt as if I was doing bussiness with a very organized team.

The day of my appointment Rielly called me to confirm I was coming in. I told him I may be a tad late but was on my way gave him the time I thought I would be there. Upon arriving there was a gentleman standing outside. I figured typical saleman hanging outside. No it was Reilly waiting outside to greet me when I arrived.

Reilly was beyond friendly and down to earth, we reviewed the car test drove and went inside to review price. The gentleman that did the pricing provided me a quote on payments which didn't add up to me. So he came over and explained it out, I asked for a different break down and one that showed all fees etc. He had it in his hands ready. He was super friendly never once talked down to me and was down to earth about the costs and fees on each.
In the end they all found out I had dogs and before you knew it the sales manager was over giving me three dog toys and a pamphlet to their dog park (this is before I even bought the car)

The finance gentleman was also super friendly we walked through options and he was real and down to earth. Explaining what I may and may not need and in the end when I passed, he did not argue and was fine with it.

The entire team was beyond friendly and I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for a car to look up Reilly and his team. I never felt like I was talked down to or demoralized or being taken advantage of because I was a Women shopping on my own for a car.

I wanted to right a complete review so others would realize ever step of my process at the dealership was a positive process. Its hard to make a purchase and you want to know you are doing the best with you money and time and being respected.

I went here expecting to purchase a used vehicle and left extremely disappointed, my so called sales professional was acting very disrespectful and immature. He did not listen to any of my requests as to what I was trying to look for and by the end of the visit he had me looking at a vehicle that was completely opposite than the one I had been trying to explain to him since the beginning. After I had explained to him that this vehicle was not what I was looking for at all he proceeded to guilt me into buying the vehicle. After I had explained to him yet again why I did not like this vehicle he then went over to another coworker and started to loudly complain about me and my family wasting his time. At this point I was ready to get up and walk out as I was very angry by this point. Finally as I was leaving I shook his hand and thank him for his time and apologized for wasting it as he shrugged me off to go complain to another coworker. Furthermore I do not plan on going back to this facility at any point in time for the foreseeable future.

I ve purchased many cars in my time, from Bentley s/ Maserati s to a few Porsche s. Not often do I take a loan out for my vehicles. But since it was for my daughter, I wanted to build her some credit. None the less KEVIN CURTIS went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this the BEST EXPERIENCE IVE ENDURED PURCHASING A CAR. New Car Purchase- June 7, 2014

I came across this dealership through a initial car search for auto lots in Chicago. I knew that I wanted to purchase a 2014 Kia Cadenza. I initially received an approval within minutes. From there I began to have correspondence with the receptionist who informed me of my salesman.. Nelson . Nelson sent emails and phone calls back and forth for a few days and then had me speak with Ed. I decided to go for it and drive to Illinois on Sat. From the moment I drove on the lot, I was greeted smiles by salesmen and women with respect. There facility was very inviting, upscale technology, well maintained and provided free beverages.

I am very much thankful for the customer service that they all provided whether I was their customer or not. I was there for more hours that I intended but some of it was due to me looking at other cars. But once I decided on the Kia, things began to run rather quickly. They also served us lunch while we waited for the paperwork and detailing to take place. Ed the finance dept. helped to work out a deal I was comfortable with and Ozzie helped to finalize all paperwork and offer background information on the warranty.

I want to Thank them for such a great experience with purchasing a new car. I got the car I wanted, with a decent price and I just love it!! I will most definitely purchase from them again.

We purchased our car from Gary Land as a quality certified used car. I am very satified with the service and condition of the car. I went in yesterday for my first service visit and was greeted promptly by a service agent. My car went in for service almost immediately as I was waiting. A pleasant waiting room with free coffee/tea/water bottles. The service rep visited me me several times in the waiting room with updates and finally an offer for a free car wash. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff.

Lorenzo was so helpful and extremely easy to work with. He made our whole experience smooth and completely care free.... he even went out of his way to pick up Happy Meals for our kids since we were waiting a long time. Would definitely recommend Gary Lang to anyone looking to purchase a car- they truly do care about their customers.

I had an excellent experience with the Subaru Dealership at Gary Lang Auto. The salesman, David Barndt, was very straitghforward in answering all my questions and concerns. He seemed to be the perfect representative of Subaru, which is an honest yet fun driving vehicle. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing the extended warrantees, and protective applications, as I anticipated. As a result I purchased the economy extended warrantee, and will go with some of the protective applications. The whole purchasing experience took less time than I anticipated. David was very thorough in going through all of the external and internal features. I left feeling confident that if I had any questions at all regarding the vehicle, I should feel free to call him, and if he was not available someone else would help me. So that makes me feel good. Overall the purchasing experience was very pleasant, and I know that the dealership will be there for me if I have any questions. I just love my new Subaru Forester!

Went in for an oil change without an appointment. It was a little slow. I didn't think it was necessary to change a couple settings on the car. Changed he MPG reading to the a trip meter and changed my head lights off of auto to where I had to turn on the lights manually.

Called ahead to look at a used car and had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for them to pull it up. I'm pretty sure they were trying to get the check engine codes from showing up for the test drive. They still showed up halfway through the drive. Was told the leaking head gasket is good for another 6 years. I must look pretty dumb I guess

#WontHeDoIt..... I have seen the reviews on Garylang the service bites dust. You take your car in to have it serviced only to have to turn around to have them redo what should have been done in the first place. You would never think that an ASE certified technician will forget to put air in your ties let alone to put the lug nut back on your car. Did they really want us to have a fatal accident for someone s careless actions at the dealership? Let s go back in time before this last service where a ASE certified technician Forgot to put the cap back on the car to one of the fluids in the car you want to talk about a huge mess it was not alone to have to go back to fix it. As far as our car and truck buying needs they suck and insulted us so we took our business to Kenosha Wisconsin and was very pleased with our truck buying experience so if it s from Garylang Dealership yes you will have paid too much no joke Hey Garylang by the way I honestly think you need to change your advertising on the paid radio about if it s not from Garylang you probably paid to much . Garylang we still see the truck you thought that no one else can get for us and make a deal to sell. But God had other plans for us and a very sweet deal from Lynch Kenosha so when you want an upgrade in sells and service just drive over to Lynch Kenosha and they will most definitely make you feel welcome at home and always smiling faces wanting to do business with you! No accurate coordination. Meetings set up, yet those I were to meet either had left or had no clue they were meeting me, including the receptionist. And of all dealerships I have been to, this is the first one that I have actually walked up to the door, through sales, and wasn't even greeted by anyone except one salesman in the back occupied with a customer. And a receptionist in the back seems as counterintuitive as setting up a meeting and not having the sales staff (reception, a salesman, and the sales manager) be aware of why I was there and/or show up after a coordinator scheduled. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This was my experience on TWO visits.

We had a great experience here unlike another dealership that we bought a previous car from. They were great, gave us a great deal on our trade in and a great deal on our "new" used car. They took care of any issues with the new car and were very courteous and not your typical car salesman schtick. Carlos was great to work with through the sales process and Nicole was great getting us through all of the paperwork and out the door! We will be coming back to Gary Lang for sure!

Went the the dealer loooking at a 2020 traverse. I went there since they are authorized costco dealer. When asked for the costco pricing, Levi did not know a whole lot. Seems like he was reading instructions as to what to do. I told him from the very first minute i would like to get costco pricing and I have the authorization #. I asked for their offer sheet and he said he cannot give to me, because its for their viewing only, which is not true. I understand that the dealers loose on the coscto program, thats why they do not want to give the pricing, but if this was so bad for them then they should not advertise costco pricing. I will be calling costco to resolve the issue... I do not recommend this dealer to costco members....

Fastfard many weeks later get a call to say they made a mistake we needed to come back in and pay more money out for old car who does that so everything changed with her payments if we knew this was going to happen we would have never bought a new car from them do not buy a car at this place they will rip you off

Chris is awesome as always, so today I'd like to highlight Leia (sp?) and Jeremy, the porters who drove me to and from the dealership. Leia (first woman porter I've ever seen and I hope to see more!), works on the Subaru side but was willing to pitch in on the Chevy side to drive me to work in the morning. Jeremy picked me up at lunch and there was some miscommunication as to where I should get picked up at, so he was smart enough to call ahead... twice! knowing full well this is the day-in-age in which everyone screens their cell phone calls. Great work all around!

My car bought through Gary Lang was totalled due to an accident. I was required to come in and fill out paperwork to that extent. It took them 4 messages left over 1.5 weeks for Doug from Finance to finally return my call. Then he refused to make an appt with me to do the paperwork and said I had to just come in. I came in and he told me to fill out paperwork and then wait for him. We did and waited over an hour in the waiting room for him, only to be then told we shouldn't have waited because the paperwork we filled out was all he needed. He didn't apologize and instead said he never told us to wait.

We are on car number four from Gary Lang. Tony Feucht has always been most helpful. We bought my Suburban from a salesman now retired and when we returned to trade it in I met Tony. I would not work with anyone else. He really is the best. I now have a Subaru Outback (2010) and my sons have a Subaru Forester and a Jeep Liberty. They were all purchased with Tony's help. The really best part of Gary Lang though is the service department. Adam Loresh has always made service for our automobiles the easiest & most convenient it could possibly be. The sale is such a small part of the purchase of a car. We know that service is the key to returning customers. I'll be back!

Just wanted to reach out! I have come in multiple times in the last year for personal service on my vehicles as well as service for the Fire Department fleet. Every time, the assistance from your Service Manager Chris M. has been outstanding! He has gone above and beyond to help us get scheduled and keep our FD vehicles on the road so we can protect the fire district. No masks what so ever. Had an appointment for a specific car. No sales people wanted to some outside with a mask on to help me. I just finished chemo and radiation, I need them to actually care about being sanitary.
Now 25 minutes of waiting outside a salesman comes out with no clue why I am there stating he heard nobody wanted to come out to help me with a mask on. I tell him the car I made an appointment to see and he says that car isn't even ready. What a joke this place is.

You have 2 employees standing 3 feet away from the door smoking with no masks on.
If I get sick from you I will be contacting an attorney.

Jordan and Cody these guys were the best; they were very patient, resilient, understanding, persistent with there work ethic, very positive, and overall the experience was just phenomenal.
