Well, I can't say how happy we are today,My hubby and I we just close on our first home, I couldn't have done it without the help of Mr Bart i was texting and calling him all hours about things I didn't understand, and always he was there listening explaining everything even though the question was for my lawyer, he's the best I would recommend him and his company to anyone who's interested in getting a mortgage loan.

We waited so in the end we called and asked what is going on .We got a letter off approval

IN THE END we got a text how did you you send em that is 3 weeks later .We finaly got his email address

He then said scan and email we did he said he did not get them we paid ups to do all this
Today he called my realtor not me and said I do not have time find another company he never responds anything. Do not use this company

This was the second time I have used Alpine in the last 10 years. They are truly a GREAT company to work with. This time Steve Parangi was superb and always responded to my e-mails and text messages even at 11:00 or 12:00 at night. That is what I call great customer service! Thank you Steve!
