My coworker was looking for a car for a few months she went to many dealerships but felt they were too pushy. She traveled many miles to see Colton Thomas and she didn t think she would find the right car today she picked me up in a beautiful Denali and I was shocked that after 3 months of searching she found the right car not just ANY car. My husband and I had the task of looking for a new car and everyone knows how overwhelming that can be dealing with car dealers. We were referred to Gary Lang Auto Group. We had the wonderful pleasure of working with Mr. Sebastian Quercia, the finance manager and Victor our salesman who was there to greet us when we came in. Mr. Quercia was professional and took us through every step of our purchase. We had a limit on our monthly payment and he worked to make sure that happened. He was honest and didn't make us feel like we were getting hustled. We bought a Chevrolet Equinox and Victor made sure to take the time to show us all the amenities of the vehicle. Both telling us to call with any questions or concerns when we got home. We would strongly recommend this dealership if you're looking for professionalism. We bought a used car from this dealership not even a year ago and it is the worst car. It s been in the shop multiple times and Gary Lang must have known it because we weren t even offered an extended warranty. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone as I truly believe they are sneaky and do not have the best in mind for their customers. I was pregnant when we bought our car and now with a 6 month old, you can t even imagine the financial strain it is having a car in the shop all the time.

After just seven months with my car, the transmission needs to be replaced. Well i will never buy a car from them. In addition the car had several scratches that had been painted over. I had took the car to get a tune up and its oil changes as recommended and still the transmission blew too quickly.

Just came to gary lang auto got approved for a 2009 gmc acadia. Come in and ask for andrew got me a great deal even though i have poor credit. My sales rep was Ricardo Espinosa very good knowleageable and worked hard to get me the a great deal. Staff very friendly and courteous.

We were very satisfied with our visit to Gary Lang. Our representative Bart was nothing but nice and worked very hard on making sure we got the care that we wanted. They went above and beyond for us. When it comes to buying cars they are our go to dealership.

We visited Gary Lang Subaru on the first day of the Polar Vortex. All the staff were there and happy to give us excellent service. Wayne handled our sale masterfully although we had a challenging financial situation to work through. Dave , Cody and Mark helped us to take care of all that we needed to have a successful experience. We left with a thermos, a Jade yoga mat, a jump to my jeep (turns out leaving lights on in a Polar Vortex is not a good move), a brand new 2019 Crosstrek and huge smiles. Thank you to the team that helped us have a great experience. (And thank you to the Starlink guy for bringing the thing out to jump my car) Every time Bob has to go outside and start his car I giggle because he chose not to spend the $75.
We will definitely come back to you all for our next new car.

I spoke with Ricardo Espinosa to see if their was a way to get rid of a not so nice car and loan I was talked into at a different car dealer. He talked to me kindly and then presented me with a deal I couldn't believe was possible for someone in the financial mess I was in. The icing on the cake was the financing that business manager Sebastian Quercia secured for me. This man is truly gifted at his profession. Everyone I spoke with at Gary Lang made me feel that I was more of a friend than just a customer. I have been telling everyone I know how wonderful my experience was and letting them know that Gary Lang Auto is not just another car dealer. As far as I'm concerned they are the only place to go!

Kevin Wright is a dedicated professional who really cares about people. It is a pleasure to spend time with him. He is direct and honest.

I had a rough service experience recently but I will give Shane and his manager credit for addressing the issue quickly. After bringing the experience to their attention, they went our of their way to earn my business back. The follow-up service visit was top notch and had no issues at all. I will definitely continue to have my GMC truck serviced here! Can't give a perfect 5 stars just due to the initial experience, but the follow-up was certainly a top notch experience.

READ THE FINE PRINT IN THEIR ADS BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME

I contacted Gary Lang regarding the Facebook ad shown in the pictures. This ad appears to show a 2019 Denali with an MSRP over $68K for sale for $56K. Sound to good to be true? It is...... The nearly $12K discount includes many GM rebates that you most likely will not qualify for - including one for a previous GM lease, using GM financing (at 6% interest, no less), and the GM supplier discount.

I IMed, called, and texted several people at Lang trying to get them to explain what was included in the $12K discount. I never got a straight answer.

The tactic of advertising the highest 'available' rebates as a discount to the advertised price is annoying at best and deceptive at worst. To their credit, they do cover themselves with the vague statement in their ad about rebates. When I see this type of deception, it makes me wonder what other types of sales practices are used at the dealership.

My advice would be to make sure you understand what GM rebates and incentives are available to you before ever stepping into this dealership.

Elijah Ali is one of the best newbies here at Gary Lang. He tracked down the vehicle that we didn't know we were looking for... literally. He searched the lot for the car twice. Andrew was great at getting the financing and working to get us a good rate and payment plan.

I love the customer service from Gary Lang! Levi in sales/leasing was extremely helpful in finding a used vehicle that was within my price range and able to finance it at a reasonable price. I also was impressed when the car had the check engine light on, Gary Lang let me drive a loaner car for a couple days while they they took a look at it.

I will definitely return to this dealership in the future, and recommend speaking to Levi Megerdi if you are buying/leasing a new or used vehicle.

Gary Lang was absolutely amazing to work with! I cannot stress enough how simple and non stressful they made my car buying experience. After seeing a car I liked online to coming into the showroom I was in and out in a little under 2 hours. Everyone is super nice and friendly, they really seem to care about the customer and not just about the sale as so many car salesmen do. Brian Housworth at Gary Lang did an outstanding job as my service advisor. I needed some warranty work done on my Lacrosse, and Brian made sure that the process was as smooth as possible for me. He provided me with a free loaner car, called me daily with status updates, gave me the option to pick up my car over the weekend when parts hadn't arrived yet, and made sure my car was completed to my satisfaction. Brian was always pleasant and professional. I appreciated his updates because good communication is key to customer satisfaction.

This review is with regards to the sales department. The service department is trying to help me find out what is wrong with my Buick but to no avail at this point. I am getting service messages when I drive it but when I take it in, the computer scan shows there isn t anything wrong. The other night the ABS locked up for no reason and wouldn t let me accelerate. The car is unsafe to drive. I went in to the sales department to see what they could do for me. Their first offer for my car was even lower than the Buick website value and the Gary Lang website trade in value. I explained many times to the salesman Noah about my situation and the best he could do was only $800 above the low range for my car on Buick s website. I spoke to Jerry the General Salesman and he indicated that due to the problems with my car, that impacts the value since it has issues. It is almost laughable that I bought a car 18 months ago from this dealership with extended warranty and care package, and the best they can do is treat me like a normal customer off the street without any relationship with the dealership. The recommendation from the GSM is that they could help just a little more but that s it. I asked for help and asked if I should contact Buick. The GSM said I could but from a customer service aspect, I would expect a dealership to help me in my situation. My car has been in service for 9 days, 20ish days total with other warranty repairs and is unsafe for my wife and two 5 year olds. I expect better from a dealership when something like this occurs.

Update: Customer service was hit or miss but I am now not receiving any calls back from the dealership and dealing directly with Buick. This dealership is probably fine if everything works perfectly but when problems arise, you end up being ignored. Very poor response time and they give up. My next experience will be with a dealer that is not high volume that puts more effort into customer satisfaction.

Great service, bought a new Kia forte with a tight budget and below avg credit, they worked with me and I got to take it home same day.

My car buying process, including research and shopping, culminated with a great experience at Gary Lang -- from beginning to end.

As most consumers, I started my car buying experience online. Nicole manages the calls and did a great job at screening my needs by putting me in contact with the right person - Sebastian (the general store manager). I explained the difficulty I had gone through with other unscrupulous dealerships. Sebastian was sympathetic to my journey and simplified the transaction. I skeptically traveled over 50 miles to visit the dealership but I have to say it was worth it. To my surprise, a dealership representative was actually true to his word.

The sales representative that sat with me kept me abreast of the transaction and managed the entire process efficiently. There was not a lot of dead time as it usually happens while buying a car. Manny was direct and did not pressure me into add-ons. His approach was that of an advisor and not as much of the proverbial "salesman".

My experience at the F&I desk was also positive but I'll wait to update the review once the financing is finalized. More to come.

I also had the pleasure of meeting with Mike Fullmer, the general manager. At each phase in the process and dealing with each representative, the level of respect and attentiveness was consistent. I'd venture to say that this only comes with strong stewardship.
