AWESOME SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Gary Lang serviced our Cadillac and GMC for nearly 6 year's before we moved. Chris is by far the most amazing service writer in the business and he helped keep our 2007 Cadillac and 2005 GMC in amazing running condition. He was highly familiar with our initial Cadillac and GMC warranties as well as the after market warranties that kicked in when the factory warranties expired. His ability to know what was covered under warranty repair saved us a lot of money over the years and kept our cars very happy. I could make a service appointment or just drop in when work was needed and Chris was always ready to help and provide outstanding customer service. Chris became like one of our family members always asking about our children and our well being. He was always honest and sincere and let us know what service work should be performed now and what should be done in the near future so we could better plan our service trips to Gary Lang. One of the most helpful services Gary Lang has is their free loaner car program that helped out considerably when our cars needed minor or major service. Gary Lang knows how to hire and take care of their employees and in turn those awesome employees take excellent care of customers like our family. Besides Chris and all the other service department men and women, we always had the same technician service our two cars so they knew our vehicles as well as we did so we were always confident in their service recommendations. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about the hard work and integrity of the Gary Lang service team. I recommend them to everyone who wants outstanding service for their vehicles! Gary Land needs to open a dealer in the Wesley Chapel area of Florida and deliver the same kind of service as he does in Illinois. Ww needed to sell both of our GM vehicles after arriving in Florida because the most recommended and closest Cadillac dealership was 44 miles from our home and double charged us on our service following the first and only trip to their service center. Their is a huge GM void in this area of Florida that Gary Lang needs to fill. Until then we became a Nissan family until we can find a better choice. Come to Florida Gary Lang!
