My mom and I stopped into Garavel on a Sunday afternoon for what we thought was going to be a quick informational visit. Lucky for us, Annie was available at that very moment we walked in and in hindsight we could not be happier. Not only was Annie extremely personable but she was also very fun and informative. We had no idea what to expect when we got there, but we quickly realized that their sole goal at Garavel is to get you into the car that is everything you want. There was absolutely no pressure at any point during our two visits. I had wanted a Jeep since the day I started driving and I was very specific about what I wanted in my car. Annie and Mark worked tirelessly to find me my perfect fit, and they searched high and low until they found it. This was a huge purchase for me, and Mark was able to run me through multiple options until I found a payment plan that worked the best and was manageable for me. The best part about this whole experience was that everyone there was genuinely happy for me when I finally made my decision to get my Jeep. Who else gets a round of applause when you finally decide it's a go?! I am so very happy that I started and ended my search at Garavel. Annie and Mark were flexible towards my requirements/needs and extremely patient, going back and forth, over and over until they could find me the best deal possible. When it came time to run through the finances, Christine was extremely thorough and walked us through each and every step. I can't stress enough how great they are and how much fun we had on both sides during the whole process. I feel confident knowing I bought my Jeep from Garavel especially because Annie and Mark make the absolute best team!!! Cannot thank them enough.

I had an amazing experience at Garavel, Maikel was very knowledgeable and up front and was one of the main reasons I chose Garavel. They had great selection of vans to choose from, and I ended up choosing something I didn t expect that I would want but after reviewing my needs I ended up choosing a 2019 Ram Promaster that was slightly used but it was a great deal.Now that I ve been driving the van now for a few weeks and I would recommend it to any contractor, it s perfect for hauling material moving equipment and getting out of tight driveways. I love my new van and I have Maikel to thank for making this all possible!!!

Kinda frustrating. An hour longer than expected. Descepancy between what was sold as extended warranty service coverage and what service is provided.

Placed a car for sale on Craigslist with complete and accurate details. I was called by a salesman and I told him that the price was firm and I didn't want to waste time. He told me that it was no problem at all as my asking price was perfectly reasonable. Arrived there to learn that they made up all sorts of stories and wasted 3 hours of my time. Purchased a car there years ago and the sales manager (Dennis) was a complete ^*&!. This place is extremely unprofessional.

My overall experience at the Garavel dealership was terrific. The staff was extremely friendly and I felt they had my best interest in mind from the beginning. I had done my research and already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase.... I even had a deposit on another Jeep Wrangler at a different dealership out of state. Based on Ed Maldonado's outstanding customer service and professionalism and Omar's deep market expertise on the additional add on components I wanted to add to my new Jeep Sahara limited edition, there wasn't a question in my mind that I made right choice in switching dealerships and selecting the best one for the vehicle I was looking to purchase and retrofit!

Both Omar and Ed are the consummate professionals and they made the whole buying experience both fun and interactive. I plan on remaining a loyal customer for many years to come and would unequivocally recommend the dealership and the team I dealt with to any of my friends and peers. I even said as much to Tom (aka the "Colonel") the dealership General manager.....

Although my vehicle will be built out over the next few weeks while i'm traveling out of the country on business... I have no doubt that the work performed on the vehicle will be of the upmost quality and standard of professionalism any Jeep buyer could come to expect. I recently purchased a vehicle a mounth ago from this dealership. When I left for work the truck started displaying all sorts of warning lights. I had stopped for a cup of coffee and when I got back in, the truck did'nt start. I jump started it and drove it right down to the dealership. I spoke with Keith and told him the problem. He took it right in and checked it out. Later that day he called me up and luckily it was only a loose battery cable and I was able to pick it up that day. The guys in the service department are great. I was worried I would have to leave the truck and find a way to get around for a couple days but that wasn't the case.

I was recently in CT from out of state when I realized that I had a dangerous brake situation that needed immediate attention. I called a closer dealer, explained my situation but they could not take me for one week. When I called Georgetown in Norwalk they were very caring and listened to my dilemma. Although they were also very busy they told me to bring my car in asap. I brought it in on Thursday, it was ready Friday and I was able to get home to MA the next day without the hassle of borrowing or renting a car. Jennifer and Keith were topnotch!

Picked out and picked up a 2013 VW Eos yesterday at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Rob Mauerman was my salesman, and he did a great job; Highly recommend Rob if you're looking for a vehicle in the SW CT area. Paid a fair price for the car and got a fair price for my trade. Also, thanks to Albert Gonzalez in Finance for getting us through all the paperwork quickly. Finally, the folks in the Service department did a nice job getting the car washed and vacuumed for us to drive home in the afternoon.

Brought my car in today due to the service light being on and it just not driving right. Keith Zarembski was the service advisor who helped me right away. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and saw to it that my car was looked at quickly since I explained how much I needed it to pick up my kids from school. He even offered me a ride back home! My car was diagnosed in a timely manner and was even made driveable while another part needed was ordered. What a blessing it is not to have to rent a car! The price for repair was reasonable and I was assured my ordered part would come in by the week's end. All and all not a bad day for a car that was working badly. Thank you Garavel Jeep and thank you Keith!

Absolutely horrible service
They made several mistakes on paperwork they sent to the DMV which has caused me continued problems. I've reached out to them several times to have the issues I'm facing due to their mistakes resolved, but they ignore my emails and phone calls. I've gone to see them in person several times and they assure me they will work to fix the issues, but nothing gets done. The incompetence from every single person I've worked with at this dealership is astounding. I cannot capture the magnitude of my disappointment and frustration with this dealership in words.

I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Garavel and it was a great experience from start to finish! I worked directly with Sal Iodice. He was very friendly and helpful with providing information on the different Jeep models, features and pricing. He was very responsive via phone and email so it helped me make a decision on the Jeep pretty quickly. He also worked to find me an option that fit within my budget. I am a commuter who brought in my Subaru for brake pads and getting the rotors turned based on the milage on my car (brought my Subaru here based on previous JEEP work I had done here and was completely satisfied). After less than 20 minutes Keith came back out and told me nothing was needed based on the amount of pad material left for now. After living in 5 states in the past 20 years, I have been to few service departments in my life where I would trust them to come back and say nothing needs to be done. Keith was friendly and courteous even though there was a line on a Saturday morning, he in no way made me feel like I wasn't important and took the time he needed with each customer. The service waiting room is fully stocked with water and coffee, and the restrooms was clean. I can and will come to Garavel for anything I need done to any car in the future.

Always a great and easy experience at Garavel for service. I love the new system...driving right into the garage (it was pouring that day!). They fixed my key fob with new software. It didn't work as soon as I left. I went back and a new one is being order. Always accommodating and always find the source of the problem.

I purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door last year from "Wrangler" Rob at Garavel Jeep. I was very particular about what I wanted and he went out of his way to find me the perfect Jeep. He, along with the rest of the staff, made the purchasing experience easy and actually kind of fun. From the sales floor to the finance desk, everyone I dealt with was professional and more importantly, very LOW pressure.

Fast forward a year and Rob is now in the service department. When we started talking about my desire to modify my Wrangler, he took the time to talk to me about the various options. Finally I decided that I wanted to upgrade my tires and wheels and Rob walked me through every step of the process (and answered about 1,000 questions) in a professional and courteous manner. While I browsed the showroom floor looking at options, various members of the sales team talked to me about the different tires, rims, lifts, etc. which made for a great experience. The service team performed the work exactly as promised, on time. Freddy even helped me install a new gas hatch cover. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend Garavel for your next car purchase or service.

Matthew was incredible in helping me through some major repairs on my 2010 Wrangler - lot of miles, a lotta love on the Jeep. Matthew was proactive and clear in what needed to be done, and set excellent expectations. Absolutely want to work with Matthew again.

An example of how they ll go above and beyond the call:. The previous owner of the Jeep I bought had held on to one of the key fobs. Not only did they track it down and get it overnighted to the dealership, but Wrangler Rob dropped it off in my mailbox at home when I couldn t get in to the dealer to pick it up. That s service! I stumbled upon this dealership through Autotrader because they had an amazing car I wanted at an unrealistically low price. However, the excellence didn't stop there. The customer service of everyone I worked with, especially Lisa and Karl, were a force to be reconned with. The whole entire experience is something every consumer dreams about these days. The process was so easy, and the team was so accommodating, I honestly was waiting for the other shoe to drop, even after my husband and I left with the car. But, here we are the next day and the car runs fantastic and the deal was so great it was like we stole the car, but the cops haven't showed yet :). The great car at a fantastic price is why we loved our buying experience, but Lisa and Karl are why we'll go back again.

Maikel was one of the nicest, most down to earth, least pushy salesman I've ever worked with. I bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from him. He was in constant contact, keeping me updated on the vehicle production and shipping for weeks. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. I'm in the search for a Jeep and was recommended this dealership by a couple of people. I didn't have an appointment was told to sign in, and then wait outside (due to virus). Upon opening the door, someone ran after us. He introduced himself as Jorge. He was nice at first and asked some questions. He led us to the model I was in search for. Never explained how to actually drive out of the parking lot that was pretty confusing. Left us to our own devices, test drove, and inevitably fell in love... Went over pricing. Jorge went in and came out with prices that did not fall within my budget post speaking of the pricing I was looking for. I explained that the MSRP and sell point were not worth the purchase. He was confused by this and didn't quite understand what I meant by this. I had to explain to a person who works in a DEALERSHIP how it works?? I got the sticker for the car, and emailed him and two emails later, never heard from him again. So this dealership just lost a customer. Shame. Customer service should extend even after a customer leaves the property.

Those 2 stars for the salesman dealer most expensive prices i guessing because lots of people from new canaan, darien and rowayton come here and don't ask for discount thank God for cargurus

Bad attention, for being a dealer of many sales they have terrible attention and space in service. They believe that selling jeep / chrysler / dodge is everything! . They are distrustful, all vehicles are locked and so on. To see a car you have to look for a seller. Nothing like the Toyota Milford service.

My alternator caught fire due to a recall issue. I called Chrysler and they delayed and were generally not helpful. I called Keith at Garavel and he had me up and running in 48 hours, constantly communicating with me to let me know what was going on and making sure I had the correct info to try and get reimbursed for my out of pocket costs. I won t take my Dodge anywhere else for service.

I when to then to talk about a recall that my jeep have and they told me i have to wait a leash 4 weeks my car broke down yesterday the rear lower control arm broke because it was rusty

The sales team worked with my schedule and was very responsive on email. In addition, they listened to my needs and truly tried to fulfill them and make me happy. They spent time with me to teach me all the features of the car. I did not feel rushed, they cared and wanted to make me a happy customer.

Keith and Matt were very helpful over the phone. The service seemed good. Only one snafu - the cover to my back windshield wiper disappeared! Other then that, the car was finished within the window of service and the Matt was very helpful answering questions.
