I'm in the search for a Jeep and was recommended this dealership by a couple of people. I didn't have an appointment was told to sign in, and then wait outside (due to virus). Upon opening the door, someone ran after us. He introduced himself as Jorge. He was nice at first and asked some questions. He led us to the model I was in search for. Never explained how to actually drive out of the parking lot that was pretty confusing. Left us to our own devices, test drove, and inevitably fell in love... Went over pricing. Jorge went in and came out with prices that did not fall within my budget post speaking of the pricing I was looking for. I explained that the MSRP and sell point were not worth the purchase. He was confused by this and didn't quite understand what I meant by this. I had to explain to a person who works in a DEALERSHIP how it works?? I got the sticker for the car, and emailed him and two emails later, never heard from him again. So this dealership just lost a customer. Shame. Customer service should extend even after a customer leaves the property.
