My alternator caught fire due to a recall issue. I called Chrysler and they delayed and were generally not helpful. I called Keith at Garavel and he had me up and running in 48 hours, constantly communicating with me to let me know what was going on and making sure I had the correct info to try and get reimbursed for my out of pocket costs. I won t take my Dodge anywhere else for service.
