I visited Garavel to look at a vehicle I saw online. Unfortunately it was sold already but Morgan showed me a similar vehicle and it turned out to be the color I was hoping for. She was very knowledgable and if she was unsure of the answer, she found out. She was very upfront with everything and it was an easy transaction. Morgan was the right balance of friendly and professional. Always with a smile and an upbeat attitude. The other people I spoke to were all so nice and not that typical "car salesman" feel. Great staff and people. I look forward to going back for service to see everyone again. Morgan is a real asset to the Garavel team and I recommend her highly. She was on top of everything that needed to be done, was sweet about my 4 1/2 year old being with us for the first visit, and got everything handled and scheduled easily around my hectic schedule and life.

Going into a car dealership can sometimes feel like a chore, but not with the staff at Garaval. Everyone was personable and helpful...and the best part...NOT pushy! Lori worked with us every step of the way and got us into a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When our lease is up, we will definitely be back. Such a pleasant experience!

I went to Chrysler to have a oil change for my less than and two years and 20,000 miles Pacific. The is the second time I do the oil change in this dealer. I called and asked for only oil change. I thought everything will be the same like the fist time for oil change ($70). The employee in service this time tricked me to sign the oil change for $245. I didn't read the whole paper and sign it. I paid more than $240 for oil change. I am so sad for the dishonest behavior for this dealership. I will never come back and warn everyone goes to this place to be careful. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP AND BE ALERT ALL THE TIME WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM.

Annie the sales woman was amazing!! She made my family and I feel like part of the family there. Mary from finance was a sweetheart and took her time explaining the financials. I had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Wrangler Rob is always a pleasure to deal with. He makes a tedious errand like servicing your car, easy and painless. He takes care of any issue or tracks down the answer for you. Love seeing this man every time I walk in!

Horrible experience! Service staff was rude and dishonest. Had to bring my vehicle back several times for the same issue. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Great experience from top to bottom. Limped my old truck in and Rob Mauerman took care of me from there. Got me into a new truck a few hours later, secured as many rebates and allowances as he could, walked me through all the new features, had her clean and prepped, and we were able to get the kids from school shortly thereafter.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a new truck or Jeep.

I have a key Fob Collection And I got some keys from service. Then I asked sales They told me a guy to ask and Ladie who is sitting at a desk made me leave

Sal was a great in helping me get the Jeep I wanted within my price range. Took a lot of time with me which made my experience enjoyable!

The service guys there are amazing. Josue and his guys helped out when I lost the keys to vehicle. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I would never buy a car here again just because of the service department.

I'm not typically one for writing reviews and I'm generally a very patient mild mannered person, but this may have been one of the worst experiences that I've had at any sort of business anywhere. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend NOT going to this dealership.

From the very start, when I first inquired about a Jeep Wrangler, I was dealing with an absolute airhead of a salesperson. He wasn't much of a help over the phone or email and was super slow to respond. Once we eventually agreed on a price (confirmed over email) at the end of the week, he finally called me and I offered to make the 2.5 hour drive from Boston to Norwalk and buy the car that same day. He told me the finance team wouldn't have time and that I should come early the next day, so I made an appointment for the earliest possible time (9am).

The next morning we drove 2.5 hours down to Garavel, arriving for the appointment promptly at 9am, and are greeted by a different salesperson who gives us the keys to the Jeep and lets us take a test drive. All is great with the Jeep and we give the keys back to the salesperson who then walks back inside to get the paperwork started.

However, apparently, while out on the test drive, a woman was also booked for an appointment for the same vehicle for the exact same time slot. Upset, she sees the car pull out for the test drive and buys it on the spot. After we return and confirm that we are ready to purchase the car, a different sales rep comes out to break the news to us saying that he felt bad because she drove from an hour away. Even though we had driven from 2.5 hours away and offered to come the afternoon before!

This was very frustrating and completely ridiculous and irresponsible that an appointment for the same car was made for the same exact time. And on top of that, having us drive 2.5 hours (each way) and giving the opportunity to test drive the car.

Thinking that they were going to do right by asking if we'd like to see another car within our price range, they then bring out a different Wrangler and show it to us and bring us inside only to tell us that it's $5,000 over our budget.

I've been to other dealerships and I get that a salesperson's priority is just to make the deal and hit their numbers, but this was by far and away the most scummy experience that I've ever had. Garavel Jeep and its employees were very unprofessional and are an excellent example of how business should not be done. If I could go lower than 1 star, I absolutely would.

Annie and Sue are competent, helpful, and professional. It truly was a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.
