Lee Lopez is the only reason I purchased my Audi S5 and first car. His attention to detail is above and beyond! I can't thank him enough for the time he spent on follow-ups and in offering personalized service. In the middle of the winter, Lee went onto the roof without a jacket (because we were in a rush) and in the snow showed us every car we asked about. Just finished a pretty stressful few months with a car i had purchased from BMW Bridgeport back in March. Long story short i may have lost my cool a few times but Mike Ciufo and Tim Kraemer went above and beyond to help my situation.

Today i am in a new car thanks to Tim and Mike! They worked for my trust and earned it. Thanks gents.

Also the Service manager once drove all the way to my house (about 30 min out) to hand deliver a plate that had fallen off the car.

10/10 would recommend.

My old car was totaled and I needed to replace it quickly. My salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very supportive. He was always available and answered my questions no matter how trivial. I was having a hard time deciding which car to purchase, and he helped me look through the entire inventory until I was sure of what I wanted. He made me feel as if I was his only customer and he had all the time in the world for me. It was a very positive experience, and I would definitely buy another car at BMW of Bridgeport.

My purchase of a pre-owned vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport CT. was a good experience. The staff: sale advisor and Financing Officer were professional and
performed their respective responsibilities during the sale transaction promptly.
They did not waste time and seem prepared and willing to address any post-sale issues that might come up.
The dealership was clean and inviting to conduct business. All associates seem to be professionally friendly and while waiting they went out their way to make you feel comfortable. As of these comments, I would feel comfortable to do business with
this dealership in the future.

This was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had. Ramon was our sales person / he was SO professional, knowledgeable, patient and fast. He really listened to me and didn t try to sell me anything except what I was came in to see. He made me feel so comfortable, also made us laugh which was fun, and was so thorough - AND gave me an amazing deal. I had been an Audi owner for years and years and even had a dedicated sales person at the local Audi dealership but I wanted to just see the new X5 before I decided on an Audi. Needless to say, Ramon won my business and is definitely our new guy and this is our new go-to dealership - HANDS DOWN! 10,000,000 stars for Ramon, the General Sales Manager and everyone else at Brideport BMW. Update on my experience

After 2 months of having my car my water pump needed to be replaced? I bought a certified pre owned car, it clearly wasn t Inspected the way it should have been. After keeping my car 2 days, they agreed to drive it back to me so we could swap my loaner for my car. The condition I got my car back in was atrocious. My driver side floor was COVERED in mud. After contacting bmw about this they told me the driver dropped his phone and had to pull over and get out to find it which tracked mud back into my car. I m sorry, but why was his phone in his hand while driving a car that was not his....?


Where do I start. I made an appointment with a man named Lee. Lee chose my time to be there. I said 12 he said 11 would work best for him. I m super flexible so I said sure why not! See you Saturday at 11. Well, Saturday at 11 rolls around and I am spot on with my time. Someone comes out of the dealership and asks me who I m there to see and I said I had an appointment with Lee at 11. Lee comes outside and looks at me and goes can I help you? And I said yes I had an appointment with you at 11 and he goes what s your name? I said Maia he said what car are you here to see? I said one of your 2018 4 series he said well I don t know if we have that car anymore well Lee you told me 2 days ago you did. Fast forward the car is still on the lot, and I ask if he needs my license so I can test drive it. He said we aren t allowing test drives unless you re going to buy it I said well how the heck am I supposed to buy something that I ve never driven? He gave me the keys to just sit in it, and told me he was busy in a meeting and he would email me some numbers. He emails me numbers and I asked if we could discuss and that I wanted to buy a car within ONE week. He takes 20 minutes to come back outside, and pretty much says this is my price, I m not moving it, I m busy, goodbye I m not sure if he was just discriminating against my age or gender or both (I m 22 years young and a female) and didn t take me seriously because of that so I asked for help from another dealer named Volkan. Super sweet man!! He even said how are you supposed to buy something you can t drive?? I said yeah i know that s what I said. Fast forward, I come in 6 days later to buy the car. This is another nightmare. Long story short, we were forced to stay in our car to wait for the papers while other families were in the dealership. As this all happened my mothers car got slammed by someone test driving a different car. My family and I were denied entry for who knows what. We couldn t leave the parking lot to get food, and they said we would be able to come in to sit down and sign the last few things and get my new keys yet I still signed for my car in the backseat of my mothers car after waiting in there for 2 and a half hours. I am so happy I bought my car because it was a big accomplishment for me Even though I shouldn t have given that dealership a single penny of mine, but putting that aside, If I could give this dealership a 0 star I would. It was a horrendous experience. I didn t get an apology from a single person at that dealership.

The receptionist was very snotty to me when I was paying for my bill. She told me my card was declined and gave me the side eye but all along she was putting in the wrong numbers from my card. Smfh And Tona one of the service reps found it humorous that my car had a number of problems that needed to be fix and unfortunately I didn t have the money to pay for their inflated prices. Worst BMW dealership I have been at. The technician had no idea what he was doing. I paid for an hour diagnostic and for parts to find the problem still exist. Then they wanted two more hours for diagnostic. I believe the saying goes, fix it right the first time. It took them a whole week to actually fix my car.

I ve had pleasant experiences with other salesmen there in the past. That s why the 2 stars. But after this attitude, I don t ever want to go back.

So I bought a x5 2017 used in fairly good condition from CONROY JOHNSON a.k.a. Roy, at bmw in bridgepot Connecticut, the Jeep was good I had a great experience, but after a few months , I decided I need to downgrade for something else, so I traded in for an Audi, I had the Audi for 2 weeks when my mechanic checked it out and told me that there was something wrong with the fuel, I brought the car back to Bmw they told me if there are no check engine lights there s nothing for them to check, however two weeks later the check engine light came on with the same issue that my mechanic had initially tell me what was wrong, they kept the car for a week send it to Audi the day when I pick the car up the check engine light came on again so I decided I m just going to sell the car back to them I lost almost $3000 on the car . It s really not about the money it s the principal.

Bmw of Bridgeport in Connecticut is the worst dealership ever do not buy any cars there they are really bad at communicating and when they sell you a car it s like you don t exist.

I also paid a fee for transferring my plates and registration after selling the car back to them I received a check in the mail for my registration the very same day I canceled my insurance and attempted to cancel my registration but when I got online it s telling me that the registration isn t active.

At this time I am going to hire an attorney because I feel like there is somebody that working at the DMV on the inside I believe that they transfer my plates from the BMW X5 and did not have registration for the Audi but had my moneys I don t understand why they would charge me a fee for doing all that .

I worked with Kelly Garvin this time around and he was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Kelly has a great can-do attitude. He was attentive, patient, informative, very personable and kind. I was looking for a Pre-Owned BMW X5. They had a great selection. The experience was truly amazing. In the end I decided I was not ready to purchase an X5 but once I'm ready to make the move, I know where I will be going. I worked with Volkan and he was very straightforward and knowledgeable. It is now obvious why this dealership has so many good reviews. In the past 15 years, I've dreaded going to dealerships but this experience will change my view of the dealership experience. I have bought three cars from BMW of Bridgeport and have generally been happy with the service until my last two visits. About a year ago I had my oil changed and, unknowingly to me, they overfilled it which eventually led to the oil ruining my spark plugs and costly me over $1,000. Recently, I had some repairs done and when I picked up the car, I noticed the front end alignment was all messed up. So I had to go back to them again to get that fixed.
