I had used this dealership for service on a vehicle I had bought elsewhere and had been impressed with the overall level of service. This weekend, I bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited with no expectations of getting a deal done, let alone taking the new car home the same day. Well I am staring out my window at the new car in my driveway. Everything was top notch from start to finish. The process was fair and transparent. Mike Atkins listened to our concerns and what we wanted and was a pleasure to deal with, and Christine Carey in the finance office was amazing and a pleasure to deal with. I also want to acknowledge the service department for taking care of my old Liberty when I had it. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep.
We recently bought a used vehicle at Garavel. First of all, about the dealership; we ve been to small and large dealerships. Garavel is a middle sized dealership that is big enough to provide comprehensive service you get from large dealers and small enough to feel the personal attention that smaller dealers provide. We are out of state buyers and saw the reviews from Yelp about the poor experience with registration and communications specifically with Maikel. I have to say that our experience was not at all the same. Don t get me wrong, we also had some difficulty with registration but Maikel was on top of it all. We also had issues with the car we bought and the team at Garavel made it all right. Buying a used car, they really didn t have to, but they absolutely went above and beyond to fix things (thus the comprehensive and personal service I previously mentioned). They could have sent us off with priced as is and ignored us but instead we were treated with respect and kept well informed. I m giving them less than 5 stars because our registration did have some complications, but really if you ve dealt with the DMV from another state, you d understand. Ultimately they again made it right and kept us well informed. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars. I also want to add that the aesthetics of the waiting area is really comfortable and inviting. Dina had us fill in a card when we first came in and addressed my wife, two kids and myself by name throughout the sales and service process. The combined work of Maikel and Dave, the service manager, was awesome to say the least. They resolved all the minor issues we had and communicated the steps to us throughout.
We also dealt with Mary. Based on other reviews we ve read, she wasn t too inviting, so I was a bit nervous about the encounter. We also had our rambunctious threenager during the closing and Mary was so accommodating that she gave him some screen time on her iPad so Mommy and Daddy could read and sign contracts. Overall, our experiences were very positive and our needs were fully satisfied.
Oh, one last thought...if you do go there to buy your next vehicle, don t forget to check in on Yelp and get $300 off.
No problems with their service techs and their customer service reps are very good. I'd recommend them for service at least. Heard decent things about their sales but for me, they were way overpriced. Just might have to push harder to get the price down to earth.
We have not purchased car there yet, just went to check the car prices. Staff is very friendly and car out the door prices are comparable to othere.
My jeep needed service, so I took it down to the dealership as I always do. I had been hearing a rattling sound, and it was past due, so I dropped it off in the morning hoping to have it back before 4 pm. My service advisor, Keith was very courteous, even though he was being overwhelmed with customers. I got a call about two and a half hours later. It was Keith telling me that he had three different mechanics looking into my truck, and none of them could find the issue, but it might have been fixed by the oil change, since my oil was both old and low. He also said that they did a full once over after I had my car towed, and wanted to check the body to see if there was any damage done to it. I was quite impressed with that, since I only mentioned it in passing, and he remember that fact and had someone look into it. My rear brakes were due for a change, and tried his hardest to work with me on the price, which also very much appreciated. Finally when I got to the center to pick up my Jeep, Keith sent me out with a (most likely busy) technician to see if I could point out the rattling I had been hearing, and we di a few rounds in my car but couldn t hear the issue any longer. All in all it was a great experience, and I intend on going back to their service center for the life of my vehicle.
Keith was great as always. Prompt, professional and informative. Always a pleasure to deal with him.

I bought my Jeep Commander at Garavel and absolutely love it! The few issues that arose normal for the mileage were fixed promptly and without hassle. Previously, I brought my cars to independent mechanics because they gave me a better price and more personalized attention. However, this service department understands the importance of personalized service and is fair in pricing. They ve won my loyalty.
In the past three weeks I ve bought two cars from this dealer. Having just relocated from the UK I had a mountain of stuff to do including buying a family car and station car. Maikel from Garavel made the car purchase pain and hassle free. The only hiccup was on my side when I shopped around for the station car. I should have just went straight back to Maikel and the Garavel team who went out of their way to get me into the best best car at the best price point. Don t waste your time. Head straight to Garavel and ask for Maikel.
Bought another Jeep from them, at the time Neal was my guy which was great and I am glad he had moved on to a better business. My 218 Jeep Wrangler JL ended up falling under the lemon law because the parts they used to fix my death wobble were after market and they NEVER fixed the problem. Ended JL bringing the car back OVER 6 times for the same issue.
As I was picking out another car Jorge showed me a wrangler that was way above the asking price that I was getting back from the buyback program and end up being a couple thousand dollars over which he said he can lower the MSRP price come to find out after I have settled on that new car I was told I could not get it because they cannot lower the MSRP and that they didn t wanna pay the $100 transfer fee for the title that being said I am mediately raised every red flag that I can possibly raise and decided to go to a different dealership in Milford which was phenomenal.
I had purchased the wheel and tire protection and additional wear and tear protection costing over 1200. I have been consistently asking for an update as to where my money is and when the first check came in it was a few hundred dollars short I still have not received my second check I have been asking Mary to provide me an update consistently and I have heard nothing I had called her last week on the phone left her voicemail after the service department said that she was sitting at her desk and she still to this day I ll be Claytor has not called me back this place is a scam and what they do is unethical practice.
Was notified by Milford Jeep which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH, that I needed to cancel my policy through Garavel. THIS WAS 7 months ago and I still do not have my money.
Mary has been the ABSOLUTE most foul person I have ever done business with.
I am not want to leave reviews I have never lived through before any business with this business with the review because this person should not be doing the things that they ve got to meet any other customer so I highly highly recommend that if you have the options to look elsewhere for better prices for cars cheap Milford has everything you could possibly ask for and the service department is phenomenal also the certain the sales department is even better than the service department they are not looking to scam you.
On monday September 10th, I woke up to find that one of the tires on my 2011 Jeep Wagoneer was completely flat. AAA came and changed the tire installing the donut spare. I called our local Jeep dealership, Paul Garavel's at 300 Westport Ave, Norwalk, CT 06851, and asked them if they could look at the tire and let me know if it could be repaired or if a new one was required. The car has 3500 miles on it. I spoke to Christa Iannaccone, the service administrator, and she suggested I come right over. They were wonderful. They examined the tire, found a huge nail, repaired it and put it back on the car while I waited. I hope all the dealerships' service is as professional as this one. Kudos,
I came in Sunday afternoon around 12. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was not looking forward to dealing with a sales rep.
I met with Maikel and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I explained to him what I exactly wanted and I was not looking to really differentiate. He immediately was able to show me what they had in stock and in a matter of minutes I was sitting in my future Jeep.
He was right to the point when we negotiated price and I walked away extremely happy thanks to him.
His professionalism and understanding of my needs were top notch. I could not have asked for a better experience.
The day I picked up the car Maikel greeted my wife showing her the new car and offering to give any tutorials needed on any of the new features. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and extremely satisfied.

Just bought my very first car from Garavel. A 2021 Sahara. Annie was my sales rep and she was (and still is) absolutely incredible. A true miracle worker. I spent months and months on Jeep's website building my "Dream Car" using their Build & Price tool but could never "Find My Wrangler" with the exact configurations I was looking for. I had heard good things about this dealership and gave them a call. I was put in contact with Andy Moor, and after exchanging a few emails he fell off the face of the earth. Never to be heard from again...was it something I said?
Disappointed, but not deterred, I poked around Garavel's website and read nothing but raving reviews for Annie Granchelli and I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. So I reached out to her, asked her if she'd be willing to help me and explained to her that I've created this car that doesn't seem to exist. I had come across "close matches" but no exact matches in my months of searching. Afraid I would have to settle, I asked her if it was possible to build the car. Could she bring the car on my screen to life? (And I also had a 2003 Limited Jeep Liberty I wanted to trade in, could she do that as well?)
She said yes! Absolutely! All the good reviews I read about Annie were true. She was spectacular. She was very clear, honest, upfront and patient with me from start to finish, and always willing to explain something in more detail if I didn't understand or if I had a question (and as a first-time-car-buyer, this was often). Annie was also really great in keeping me up to date with the status of my order and called me as soon as the car arrived. (It wasn't even off the truck yet!) I was so happy I cried. I couldn't believe it (and still can't). I've wanted a black Wrangler ever since I could drive (about 10+ years) and it's currently downstairs, sitting in my garage RIGHT NOW. Is this real life? Somebody pinch me.
I can't say enough good things about Annie. She is absolutely fabulous. Also a special thank you to Mary in finance for going over the nitty-gritty that is the financials of purchasing a new car. Finance and numbers are not my thing, and in fact this was the part I was dreading the most because I knew there would be a lot of new information thrown at me that I didn't fully understand, but Mary was so wonderfully patient, she didn't mind breaking things down or explaining some things to me more than once. The entire process actually went over rather smooth. Not to mention she even went above and beyond to get me the best price possible. Annie and Mary were truly exceptional.
One of my biggest concerns going into this experience was being a young person, buying a new car for the very first time. We all hear horror stories about people who get ripped off, or taken advantage of because they're "inexperienced". Prior to my experience, I had never heard a good story about a car salesperson. All I ever heard about them was how "shady" they can be, how all they want is to "make a buck off you", "charge you more than you should pay". And I am so SO happy to say that NOT ONCE did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. Not once. Not ever.
Annie and Mary made my first car buying experience a great one and one I will never forget. It was a pleasure to work with them both. I can't recommend them enough (and I can't believe my dream car is sitting in my garage!)
Well here is a place that I would never have my vehicle serviced again. I was going to just fill out their survey and let it be done at that, but after getting a nasty phone call from the service manager Keith, I felt obligated to help other people avoid the headaches I have had to deal with. I have two Jeeps. One is a Cherokee that I just bought. I called and set up a night time drop off for the car to be serviced the next day. I got a call the morning after I dropped the car off (waited about 10 days for an appointment) saying that they have no record of me calling, but they will try to fit me in. Awesome I thought, these are nice guys. I get a call with an estimate about an hour later. All seems fair until they try to charge me 175 to polish up my headlight covers, and 200 something to put some foam cleaner in my AC. I skip those and they say they will finish the other items and call me when it is done. 3 days later I call them, he has no idea who I am at first, and then finds my paperwork buried in another pile. The car had been sitting there finished.
Fast forward. I also have a custom Rocky Ridge Wrangler. I needed some warranty work done, and the builder Rocky Ridge, told me to take it to Garavel since they are the closest dealer to me (not the dealer I purchased from). After waiting about 10 days again, my wife drops the Jeep off. We go to pick it up after hours the next night. The problem that they say they "fixed" is now even worse. So this ties back into why I left poor feedback on their emailed survey. Rocky Ridge tells me to take the car back there again but I need to wait another week. I get a call today from the service manager saying that his "upper management" refuses to service my car because I left poor feedback on a survey. Well now everyone else can see the poor feedback.
Oh and furthermore, I had originally tried to buy a Rocky Ridge Jeep from them, and they were $4000 higher for a car sitting on their lot, then me buying from another dealer and having it custom built to my spec.
Summary: 1 star, stay away
I will update if they try to do anything to improve my experience but i doubt that will happen.
Our experience was very good from start to finish. Our sales person Ron Mauerman did a great job getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend Rob and the entire Garavel team. We would also like to thank Mark Koenig and Renzo for making a big difference.
I went in and spent my Saturday to buy a used Jeep and found two that I liked. When we tried to discuss them, the salesperson said that the sales manager wasn't working and they would need until Monday to sort through a final deal. He never called, even after I chased them several times for a price. I know it is odd, but it seems to me that they prefer the quick sale, rather than working with customers to get to a market price. Very unhappy with their attitude and lack of follow-up.
Once again we had a great experience at this dealership! Wrangler Rob provided an outstanding personal care to ensure we walked out happy with our new car and an overall experience/deal/terms etc.
This is our 3rd jeep from them and we will definitely be back! Thanks for all your help!

Very rare these days to find a kind of old times dealer, happy to services the client. I did the deal with Lisa (over the phone) and arrived to sign the papers with Phil and Christine. All of them were very professional and after an hour I was out the door with my new Jeep Sahara. A pleasure to be there, first time in 20 years I was not subjected to selling pressure. They earned my business the honest way. Will highly recommend to visit them and check their pricing even if you are coming from far away. Just call Lisa. She will call you back or e-mail you promptly as promised. Just give them a chance and maybe other dealers (in particular from Bergen County, New Jersey) will start learning from them.

Simply can't say enough about this dealership! I was en route from Cape Cod to North Carolina, as my daughter there was facing surgery, when I ran into electrical issues with my Jeep. I found Garavel to be close to my location so I hobbled in. It was a busy day there and I certainly was without an appointment, but when I explained my predicament they quickly took me in and resolved my issue within a very short period of time. What impressed me most about Garavel was their kindness and empathy. It became apparent that they are skilled at what they do, but I'll always remember the time that they made for a complete stranger that day. My own dealership on the Cape won't even do that, so I was so relieved and appreciative when they opened the doors to me and my little crisis. On top of that, they sent me on my way with wishes of good luck and even called to check up on my progress! My wife and I were both coming off of leases on another brand and were interested in moving back to Jeeps, which I had owned in the past. We stopped by this dealership and found the salesperson that worked with us to be very frustrating all of the stereotypical things you hear about the business. Non-stop talking, pressuring us to buy something on the lot that we were not interested in and suggesting we cough up a deposit to work with them. A vehicle I wanted was shown online as In Transit to the dealership, but the salesperson told me it was actually a demo model with 5000 miles on it. A few days later I saw it as In Stock and confirmed it was on their lot, brand new. I was basically lied to in order to make a sale for a vehicle I did not want. If you shop here, buyer beware. I had a much better experience with the Greenwich dealership I eventually went to.
Exceptional dealership, they always have a great selection, friendly staff (especially Lori Mulcahy), and they play great music while your waiting....

Customer service at the point of sale was superb. Never felt overwhelmed by the process or pressured to buy. Good balance of selling and providing information.
Finance department was also strong. Easy transition from identifying the car to purchasing. Maikel coordinated most of the documentation remotely. I was able to come to the office to complete the paperwork in significantly less time.
Would highly recommend Maikel and the entire team.

no communication at all, waiting for the car for more than 4 months with a deposit made, agreed on the price and at the end they want to renegotiate with an higher monthly price... simply unbelievable.
I went in for an oil change and Omar informed me that I needed some additional work due to a recall. They were able to take me for the update immediately and provided me with a loaner to not interrupt my day. The staff was informative and professional handling my service appt as a friend rather than a customer. I recommend Garavels service dept no matter where you purchased you Jeep/Dodge or Chrysler car!
I leased a 2015 Jeep Gr Cherokee a few months ago, was notified by mail I had a radio chip recall... I called up made my apt for 9:30 am easy as 1,2,3.. They took my car in immediately I chatted with Wrangler Rob and Big Mike for a few minutes and next thing I knew my car was ready. They made my experience so easy and quick. We have referred 2 people who have leased from them. We WILL KEEP referring people because of the customer service. The employees make a business and the ones we have dealt with, wrangler Rob and Big Mike, THANK YOU!!!! Keep it up!!!
if you don't buy your car there they will not help you. I was told to go in there and cancel my extended warranty on the Jeep I just traded in and they said no since I didn't buy it there. Mopar instructed me to go there. No one was there buying a car and no one other than the sales people and finance person were in the building.
Sales process was very straight forward with trade in on par with what I expected.... will do business again.

What a great experience! I wasn't hounded while browsing, when I found the vehicle I was interested in, I found Annie, seemed like we've been friends for years. She was very honest and down to earth and WASN'T trying to sell a car, she gave practical and unbias advice. Then to check the value of my trade came Charlie, the brief time spent with him, I knew I can trust what he was saying. I finally sat with Carlos for putting all the numbers together, he was very meticulous with the numbers and making all finally come together in a neatly tied bow. While I was waiting, the hostess "Bambi" was checking to see if I needed anything, making small talk (in between handling calls and helping other customers), etc. She didn't forget I was there and she let me know it. Very nice person! The waiting area was convenient (coffee, tv, phone charging station) employees walking by, with a friendly greeting.
I walked out of there like I just met with an extended family- the crazy friend everyone can count on, the Uncle with a world of experience and honest opinion, the studious cousin, and the comforting young Aunt. Thanks again!
I was looking for a jeep Cherokee and approached this dealer reading reviews that its old times dealer and that customer service is good. Explained all the situation to Jonathan over phone that am looking for a specific deal and have got number from my white plains dealer but credit of my gf is not high as she recently graduated so couldn't finalize the deal there unless would pay $ 100 per month extra. He reassured me to find a way since they are a customer friendly small town dealer. Went there today and shared all data transparently. Jonathan was very hospitable and came back with a number that was $ 50 higher than my local dealer. Amir the deputy manager was also very friendly and he said this is best he can do. But then suddenly Al, GM barged in and he said why didn't we take the jeep from white plains dealer. I was surprised with this question as had explained at length to Jonathan and also to Amir when he came with his best number. Al suddenly frowned like he is looking at a person from a homeless state( I am Vice President with a Tech company of $ 1.2 bn dollars and manage a team of 5000 people) and said he cant even honor the higher number given by Amir. I said ok but he could have been much more respectable especially when I had shared all information upfront very transparently which both Jonathan and Amir acknowledged. When I was walking out, I asked Amir if I get my gf's mom to co-sign so credit can be taken care of, can he match White Plains deal and Al shouted from back that " go and take the car from white plains dealer and even cursed". I have never got a treatment like this from anybody forget about car dealership. Am posting this note so if you are expecting old times dealer hospitality and best deals here, then you should work out a deal outside Al as he cannot be a GM of a Jeep dealer which markets itself as a customer friendly old times dealer. I am going to send a written complaint to jeep also about this. Irrespective of whether a deal can be met or not, you cannot behave with a customer like this.

Keith as usual was very helpful in getting my appointment, explaining what needed to be done and exceeding my expectations!
My 2004 Chrysler Sebring's ignition died, I called up and a gentleman on the phone was able to talk me through a neat trick to get it running to get it over to the dealer to get it checked out. From their, Keith and his team were great. They got the car fixed by the next day at a reasonable price. The service was phenomenal, Keith offered me a ride back to work on his break- true dedication to customer service. The repair was on the pricey side ($500) but you pay for what you get I guess.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because for the $500, I received a full inspection of the car in which it was given a clean bill of health. Within a week of driving the car, a HORRIFIC squeaking noise has developed from the steering column. I am hesitant to take the car back due to time constraints/the fact that I don't want to get hit with another repair fee upon returning it to the dealership.
Overall, great experience although for the price I paid, my car should not be squeaking afterwards.
I was actively shopping for a 3rd car and looking at both Jeep and Honda. It was my first experience with Garavel Jeep and Ed Maldonado was extremely helpful in working with me through out the process. Ed's attention to detail is quite impressive and his walk through on the new car delivery is second to none. Paula Ramos was also very helpful and thorough when it came time to review financial options and the warranty details. I would look again to Garavel for my future vehicle needs.
Bought a jeep compass at Garavel and got quite a good mileage on it before overheating became the first and so far only issue with this car. I brought the car in a first time and the dealership changed the thermostats at my expense. This did not resolve the issue, which was hard to detect as it only came up after driving long distances. The next time the radiator cap was exchanged, which was suspected to be not sealing right. Also this did not fix the issue. The service department then took more or less the whole motor apart to find cracks in the cylinder head, which was replaced under warranty and the car drives like new since then. Kudos for stepping up, being persistent and resolving this issue.

She pointed out things that I would not have noticed, addressed my concerns, and helped me objectively evaluate my purchase. I never felt pressured or condescended to. Milton speedily secured me a good finance rate, and with Omar's financial acumen and warmth, I happily drove away that same afternoon in my Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Dodge Journey. The whole experience was surprisingly fun, and I would highly recommend this dealer, especially to any woman purchasing a vehicle.
I worked with Robert O'Melia. He was very patient with me and was not trying to force me into buying anything immediately. He had no problem taking us for 3 tests drives and letting us go home to think about the choices knowing all the information we needed. This was my first purchase with them but my father has bought 6 cars from them, I now know why he goes back. The whole team was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and were ready to answer all questions. Found the prices to be reasonable and i got myself into an even better car then the one i originally went for because it was within budget. Recently, my family had arrived in town for Graduation weekend, after a long flight and travel day, we were on our way to their hotel and our back passenger side window would not stay up. Frantic, I called the dealership hoping they could see me and they told me to come on in. They were able to fix my window within 2 hours and my family was back on their way. Although, it seems trivial, this was huge as the jeep couldn't have sat in a parking lot of a hotel for the weekend w/ a broken window. I was so grateful that a service professional was available and the part was in stock. It saved the weekend!!! Again, great service like this is why Garavel continues to be our dealership of choice!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Brought my car in for service because of an 4wd light and driving issue. They informed me that it was related to a recall so they performed the recall and said that if the light came back on, to bring it back in. Light came back on, they told me it would be over $3k to fix. Brought it to another mechanic who diagnosed that the recall was never completed. Jeep customer care confirmed they never completed the work, and the parts were likely unnecessary. Advised me to try another dealer. Since then, the recall has been fixed and the car works great. Total scam arists.
We came to check if we could get approved for a car, always wanted to have a jeep and i took my chances, Neal was my sales guy and took care of me and my wife as if we were already approved, he took us to a test ride on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport 2014, he was very knowledgeable, showed us all the features and answered all of our questions. Finally Neal and Albert made it all possible, Albert contacted the bank to help us on lowering the interest rate. I am so glad i came here and also so glad that they helped me on getting what I wanted. After I received my jeep i realize they only gave me one key, and i called Neal and the next day the key was ready to pick up. I will never forget the amazing service I received, they have a client for life, I definitely reccomend it. Ask for Neal and tell albert to get you a good deal.
My Garavel sales man Christian did a terrific job. I'm one of those people who already knew what I wanted and had done my homework. They had the car I wanted in stock, and Christian immediately took me for a test drive. Put a deposit down that day, and have just picked her up today. Sale process and paperwork were quick and upbeat.

Very easy to book a service appointment online for my 2012 Wrangler. Lots of appt reminders (maybe too many but better than less, for sure). Drop off no problem, even my kids were able to help. Omar Luzardo was perhaps the best serviceman i ve Ever dealt with very professional, knew exactly what my issue was, suggested other fixes/maintenance to be done without being overly pushy, called me several times to keep me updated. I will only go to Garavel to service my Jeep from now on. And if i buy another, will definitely give Garavel a shot at the business. Great job, Omar!
Our experience with the Garavel team was easy and worry free. We talked to Mike Atkins about what we were looking for and he found what worked within our budget. We bought a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited. Christina from finance found us several options to choose from and moved us through quickly and efficinetly. Bambi and Krisztina from Reception were a pleasure to spend time with while we waited. This dealer is not to be trusted! We bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in Virginia last summer, and also included a manufacturer pre-paid service plan in our purchase. We just had our 5k mile service done at Garavel Jeep, only to be charged $118 for what should have been a FREE service!
Over the course of two weeks of back and forth with their staff about the charges they then informed us that they don't accept their own manufacturer pre-paid service plan! Talk about a bait and switch!
We will be going to Greenwich Jeep from now on, as they do take the plan, and will never recommend Garavel Jeep to anyone! Very shady indeed! Watch out!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, until a couple of days later when I drove away with my new car my experience was great!
I had been shopping around a few dealerships looking for a Jeep. Although I would normally just walk into a dealership, this time I calIed ahead and was able to make an appointment to meet with someone. That saved me from standing around waiting for a salesperson and not knowing when someone would be available. My salesman, Ed Maldonado was such a pleasure to work with. He called when he said he would, he kept me posted throughout the whole process and most importantly, he made me feel like a valued customer.
Everyone was friendly and courteous from the get go, and as a single woman I was not treated like a window shopper. I was fairly certain about what I wanted and I loved that Ed and John respected that and worked with me to make it happen. I felt they gave me very fair pricing and I had done my homework. They also saved me a lot of time by getting the paperwork started over the phone, including my credit application. I had been to a dealer earlier in the week that wouldn't run my application without my coming in for a second visit (a third visit would be required to actually buy the car). I know I have excellent credit, but nonetheless who wants to get excited about buying a car and then find out for some reason that you can't! Needless to say, the other dealership lost the deal.
Once my car was ready, they painlessly handled the insurance transfer for me and then I had an appointment to finalize the paperwork. That was also an excellent experience. It worked with Omar who did it quickly, efficiently and respectfully. Even though for all intents and purposes the deal was done, he made it clear he wanted to make me happy.
