I came in @ 11:10 on Thursday, Dec. 6th to get my ...

I came in @ 11:10 on Thursday, Dec. 6th to get my remote-key auto start. By 3:35pm they still hadn't resolved the issue. $120.00 later my key still doesn't work. They called Friday morning saying the "TECH" was in the process of working with Chrysler. It's Friday, Dec. 14th, 5:50pm and I haven't heard a peep in a week. NOT HAPPY!! Grateful for decent weather in the meantime. Sincerely, JIM BOON

I will never, ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Both the salesperson and the finance person had no idea what they were doing. Constant miscommunication and price ended up higher than what was discussed. Complete and total incompetence in addition to unprofessionalism. At least be nice to me when you are lying to my face.

Horrible experience with service dept. upon arrival there was no acknowledgement whatsoever. Eventually someone glanced up and told me just a minute. The staff I worked with was not friendly and gave me minimal info. No communication/update during my service.

We were searching for vehicle's all day last Saturday and had a horrible experience at Ford. Our last stop was at Fury Motors and immediately after walking in Amy Peppan was introduced to us. She was so delightful, found out what we were looking for and within minutes had two vehicles that met our needs. Once in the vehicle Amy explained everything that the vehicle had from front to back and then proceeded with the test drive. After working with some numbers, Amy sold us our brand new 2013 Jeep Grand Charokee. I love the vehicle and had such a great experience with Amy. I recommend Fury Motors to anyone.

Just did my second lease here even though I no longer live close to this location. I ve been to other Jeep dealerships when looking before and never received the great service that I do here so we continue to go out of our way to lease from Fury. Wonderful place. They go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests as well. Amazing lounge area, work space, and big play space for kids. Dealt with Skyler my first time who was awesome and Trevor this year who worked hard to find me what I wanted. Thank you guys!

Had a recall on my Jeep that could have proven been deadly if in a crash. I called them and told them the info on the recall and they got me in within a few days. When I arrived they were friendly and notified me what they were gonna do to my Jeep . Also instead of throwing my stuff around from my center council, that was gonna be removed ,they asked me to move the stuff myself .

I would have given fury motors a 5 star rating if not for the way the sales manager treated the lady in financing. The lady in finance made a little mistake because she was given the wrong invoice by the sales manager. If the sales manager did her job right, the lady in financing wouldn't have to worry about double checking your work. She made a big scene right in front of us and embarrassed that poor lady.

To say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience today would be an understatement.

I went up there to look at a used truck with every intention of purchasing said truck. The initial part was fine, so I'll give them that. I showed up a little early, the truck was ready for me to test drive, truck drove fine and all.

The terrible part came after there test drive. I let them "appraise" my truck I had planned on trading, and after having another dealership appraise it and give me a decent offer, I was ready to accept a similar offer, after looking at blue book value and all. They came back and offered me $500. Yep, $500 for a truck that books at $7,000.

At that point I asked to speak to the individual who makes that decision, was told no problem. There sales person went back to get the used car manager so I could talk to them. Two minutes later my sales person came back and said they won't budge on the price. The manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me.

At that point I could do nothing but laugh and walk away, disappointed because I was fully ready to purchase.

Jeremy Collins was amazing the whole way through my experience at Fury Motors in SSP. I didn't know what I wanted and he was patient with me and gave me plenty of options. I ended up leaving with something I never expected and have been happy with it ever since. I will be back for his patience alone!

My husband checked out a car online and called Fury to ask about it. Ben Stickney answered all his questions and got him set up with the paperwork he needed. My husband contacted me and was excited, said he really liked Ben and asked me to leave work early to go check this car out. My husband contacted the bank and got everything set up. We went to Fury to look the car over and test drive it. Ben was very nice, professional, and easy going. He told us about all the features and controls. He was very respectful with me. I liked how he made everything so easy and quick. We both think he went above and beyond, working the numbers to make it fit. I told him about the troubles I had with my low slung car last winter, and how I needed a better winter ride. The dealership I got my Genesis turbo coupe from also sells jeeps. They keep contacting me to buy my car back so they can sell me a jeep. Though my salesperson was good, the guy who processed the paperwork was rude and condescending, as he took a cheap shot at me in front of a bunch of guys. I almost walked out without buying the car, but I needed it since my previous car had the front end ripped off in an accident. I will never do business with any dealerships that employs men who disrespect women. Ben showed me a jeep while the down payment was being processed. I felt really good talking to Ben and will definitely buy my jeep from him. The question is when. My husband and I were discussing what I owe on my car, and possibly trading both my car and his truck towards a jeep. Otherwise I'd keep the car a year longer and pay more of it off, and drive my husband's truck in the snow. We will be picking up my husband's car tomorrow, and scheduling a remote start installation. We will be discussing a jeep tomorrow also. So if the numbers work, and if they have a jeep that fits me, Ben will definitely have our business again right away. This was literally my best experience with a car dealership. I'll admit I was wary walking in, considering my last few bad experiences with dealerships, but was greeted warmly and immediately directed to Ben, who was just finishing up with someone. I would definitely recommend Fury to people, especially other women, who want to be treated with respect and dignity.

Update:
Ben and my husband worked a deal on repairs so I could buy the jeep. Literally, it took only a few days. I love it and feel confident about driving this winter. I am so happy with how everything went down, how well I was treated, and how Ben made it happen for me, and for my husband. Phil was great to work with, getting me set up with another key and getting it programmed. I'll definitely do business at Fury again in the future. I feel like finally, a dealership that appreciates women!

My Father bought a Jeep from Fury a month prior to us visiting the dealership, and he really prides himself on working the deal, he's a good judge of character and The staff at Fury ( Justin, Drew and support staff) made my wife and I feel like we actually mattered, even though we were there on a very busy month end day, they took the time to explain the vehicle and it's features to us and the pricing structure, with no games, just honest and straight forward information. It was the first time we actually felt comfortable dealing with vehicle sales personnel. Unlike their competitors nearby we didn't feel pressured, everybody there made our experience one that will continue for a long time.

We were looking for a family car, sent my wife the...

We were looking for a family car, sent my wife there which was the first mistake because she got the run around! Brought my "certified" used car back three times within the first week weeks wouldn't accelerate, start, engine overheat...etc. of course the "as is" card was pulled so don't trust they're inspection. Supposedly did work but we couldn't attain any work order for our records so what was it doing there for the week and why was it so difficult to get them to fix the car I just bought from them 3 days prior. Didn't want to take the car back but they should be responsible for a car I can't drive for 15k!...they put they're bandages on it and now $1200 later from the local guy and I'm on the road. The kicker was they gave us such a fake welcome and made you feel at home as long as you don't make them work. So to top it all off we have to find out about this accident the car was in while going through the manual while fixing our tire, I know they don't have to disclose that information, its just bad business practice especially if your in a referral based environment sounds to me like a high turnover on sales persons. Hope this helps!

Called and made an appointment to see a vehicle. They verified it was there and I left work to see this vehicle. 45 mins of rush hour traffic later and I was pleasantly told it was sold and they couldn't do anything. We found a comparable vehicle in his system...went to get the keys for a test drive... Oh its checked out on a loan and not here. Are you kidding me? I would be very wary making a trip to this place if you even remotely value your time.

It was unfortunate that we drove an hour after confirmating a vehicle was in stock and were not able to test drive it. These things happen. But YOU "LOST THE CAR!??" after getting it detailed and re-keyed?
After being passed to our third salesperson we were told we could go look for it ourselves at an "outlet lot" three miles away but probably not get to see it since no one would likely be there. Wasn't there, and we no longer cared. Don't make me do your job for you!

I had the best customer service experience at fury motors on Concord street. Cheryl Bennett found the jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk I have not seen this model before. It was beautiful color has a tow package so many features I wanted to have in all my other jeeps. Cheryl and Jenn provided above excellent customer service. Found my jeep of my dreams. Friendly efficent followed through the whole process. Jenn found the best financing for me. Saving me money. Answering all the questions I had about leasing. They both are so friendly. All tens I would highly recommend fury and Cheryl and Jenn. I love my new Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk thank you both.

This rating is only based on my most recent experience getting my Jeep serviced. My husband and I bought two Jeeps in one day with the extended warranties. The sales representative, Greg, and financing manager, Paul were FANTASTIC when we purchased the vehicles.
We've brought our Jeeps in for basic maintenance with no issues.
On this visit, my visor on the drivers' side wouldn't stay up so along with the oil change, I asked them to look at it as well. This happened after standing by my Jeep in the middle of the service area waiting for someone to notice I pulled in. 3 out of 4 associates were on the phone so that's understandable, but the one that ended up helping me wasn't and was very reluctant to offer assistance. He wouldn't look at the visor but just sat at his desk while I tried to explain what was wrong. He finally got up and said that it wasn't working properly. Really? I just told you that. OH! Also my tail light was out but I couldn't remember which one. He didn't even get up to check that either.
Later that day he called to tell me it would be $500 to replace the visor (garage door opener is inside). I asked him if it was covered under the $3000 warranty we purchased a year ago which he said it wasn't.
My husband called Paul who sold us the warranty. Paul was AWSOME. He called us back after looking at the visor and said it was covered and that the two technicians and the service associate assumed it wasn't and didn't even submit the claim to the warranty folks.
How LAZY is that?? You were going to charge me $500 on an assumption???
I'm not stupid, I value my money, and I don't appreciate people who don't do their job the way they are supposed to.
We shouldn't have to bother Paul or Greg in sales to fix issues we have in the service department.
VERY disappointed!!!

In the past, I've dealt with a gal in service with long curly blonde hair. She's been GREAT.
Management needs to have a conversation with Eric and the technicians regarding what the customers need.
If it wasn't for a pre-purchased warranty, I don't know if I'd go back to Fury for service (unless the blonde gal was working). I'd definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

I brought my work van in for service. Every time they called me they never had all the info as in price or availably of parts. I was told items needing to be fixed were under warranty and then I was charged for them. They did not call me for 2 days and it took me calling over and over to get anywhere. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and when it was all done they did nothing to make it right. I did not even receive an apology. I wish I could give negative stars.

However, I expected that since I had financing in place before test driving, that this portion would go rather quickly. Boy was I wrong! I sat in the dealership for 3 hours before I signed my purchase agreement and various paper work. I'm still not sure why it took so long.

I just bought a truck from Fury. I found the truck online. It matched everything I was looking for. The salesman didn't have to work to hard on this one. I asked to have a couple of extra things done, they did take care of those items. My only complaints are small ones, but they do make a difference. I would expect that after dropping nearly 20k on truck you would think the gas tank would be filled and the vehicle would be cleaned and shined up a bit. You could still see the sprayer marks in the dirt on the truck and there was a 1/4 tank of gas. I have bought a few vehicles from dealers and every other time, the vehicle was cleaned and polished head to toe. Overall still happy with the truck itself, just the finishing details need some work.

I went to Fury to get an oil change in my Ram 3500. I specifically asked for full synthetic oil and got the complete opposite. The guy even repeated it to me that I wanted synthetic and even circled it on the paper. They asked if I wanted them to change my oil to Synthetic but they already had my truck running and driving and I was already there for over an hour and just wanted to leave. They also completed a recall. When I left, I realized that my "Service Electronic Brake System" light was on. When I called them about it, they said that they could check it and if it wasn't because of them, then I would have to pay for the diagnostic test and the cost to fix it. That means all they have to do is say that its not and then I have to pay for it. So basically whats going on is that there was nothing wrong with my truck when I went in there and when I leave and a lights on and there is something wrong with my truck, miraculously, its not their fault. Things aren't adding up to me on this situation.

I just contacted their "Internet Chat" I asked simply for a price on a 2008 Jeep, the women wouldn't answer my question asked me a bunch a penetrating questions, and when I said no she shut down and couldn't provide me a price, I said I would leave a review and I am.
Hopefully they get this taken care of.

Annoyed at the fact that it took 45 min to find out there quick lube was not running today. No one greeted me at the car per there usual. This place has gone down hill. Pre this quarantine they have gotten rid of all long time loyal employees and at that they opened a new location.... Must be con-ing enough people with there lemons they sell. My visit was 4-6.

To start with the good - a sales agent got back to me in a very timely manner about an online listing. For the not so good - I found a listing for a vehicle priced at $23,225, and I was very interested and messaged the dealer. It was the right vehicle for my family within our budget I was so excited! I messaged my husband with the listing but saw the listing had changed to $27,999 later that morning (over $900 over market value). I inquired to the sales associate who consulted his sales manager who said, It is listed at the new price. We are very understandably disappointed with their misleading listing and unwillingness to honor the original price. We will definately not be going to this dealership!

Their service department is honestly the biggest joke! I thought my whole experience was a joke, but it was true life. Summer and Marrissa? Two of the rudest women I have ever met in my entire life! As others have stated in their reviews, I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment on a Saturday, for a simple diagonistic test and I didn't get my car back until Wednesday. I had to call EVERY day and ask for an update. I then asked to speak with a Manager, but you think that anyone would call back!?! I've brought 3 cars from here, but I will never step foot in a Fury again! Horrible way of doing business! I reccomend getting service advisors that actually care about their job and understand the words "Customer Service".

I could go on for hours! I'm still so angry about my experience and it's been 3 weeks! Save yourself the time and frustration, go somewhere else - these people don't care.

Terrible dealership. My sister purchased a vehicle from Fury last year. The transmission has gone bad twice, and now for the second time the ceiling is leaking water during rain. Of course the first time they said they fixed it and would not be willing to work with her to get into another car...after being stranded twice by the transmission and now having to take her car in for another ceiling leak in the last two weeks. This place will not take care of you even if you have a warranty. Worst service, I was recently looking for a Jeep and after my sister experience I will be looking elsewhere....liars at best.

My wife and I worked with Jason Houge. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and very prompt with responses to any questions we had. He also made our first time car buying experience great with how friendly he was. A big thanks to him! I would definitely recommend working with him.

I would say I only have one complaint and it really isn't Jason's fault. There sales tactics when negotiating prices was a bit impersonal. We had to offer something to Jason then he had to take it to the desk manager then come back to us. It was a lot of running back and forth. It really should have only been the desk manager or Jason.

I just brought home a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Fury Motors! The one-touch roof Is such a cool feature! I ve always wanted a convertible SUV and now I have one with the touch of a button. This wasn t an easy vehicle to find but James Wallberg at Fury got it done for me! We now have 4 Jeeps in the family all from Fury in South St. Paul!

Our experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. A friend recommended we give Pat Mismash a call about leasing a new Ram 1500 when we finally decided to get a new truck. Pat was more than willing to help out and get some leasing figures for us on both the ST and the Big Horn models. When we arrived Thursday evening to check them out, Pat put us in touch with Mike King who was great. Very low pressure sales and excellent teamwork from the both of them which was greatly appreciated. Mike let my husband drive both models and showed us various colors in each model until he landed on a Maximum Steel Metallic Big Horn Crew Cab. We worked with Bob in finance and he was great as well, low pressure and explained everything to us so there were no surprises.

It says a lot about a dealership and how easy they make everything for you when the hardest decision you have to make is what color to go with in your new vehicle. We love our new Ram and will definitely be recommending friends and family to Pat and his team at Fury Motors.

Checked out a Bloomington Jeep dealer and the finance guys couldn't put together a deal to save their life, salesman was alright. Stopped over at Fury and was blown away by the teamwork, sincerely friendly staff, and dedication to get the sale done. Exceptional job!

Disappointing experience topped off with an employ...

Disappointing experience topped off with an employee joyriding in my van.

This whole fiasco started over a month ago. My
Van needed warranty work done. I contacted the service desk at fury and the earliest they could get me in was a week and a half out. I dropped my van off for service and checked it out and ya to order some parts.

My van was there for about a week. When I went to pickup my van. Multiple issues I had them fix were not fixed. One of them was the part I waited a week for them to get. It was apparent as soon as I sat down in the vehicle. I went right back in and informed them of the issue. They told me they would have to order a new one. And I was lucky that it has a 2 year warranty on their work. As if I was going to pay for a new one when they replaced it with a broken one.

A week later I receive a call saying the part is in. And I go to schedule an appointment. Thinking since they messed up they d get me in to fix it right away. No. I was told the earliest they could get me in was a couple weeks out.

I bring my vehicle in on that Monday. And they had to order another part for the other issue they didn t fix the first time.

On Wednesday, the day they said they would be done, I get a notification from my vehicle tracker that it started a trip. I was in the middle of something at work. But excited to see if they were finally driving my van to a parking spot. I open the app to see my van PARKED IN SOME RANDOM PERSONS DRIVEWAY! I was about to call the cops thinking someone had grabbed the keys from behind their desk or something. When I see that it starts driving back the same route it had come. The van gets parked back at the dealership.

At this point I figured that the mechanic or someone had taken my van home to grab their lunch. Expecting no one to notice.

When I go to pickup my van. All they have to say is that is indeed the mechanics house and he shouldn t have done that. How could anyone trust a place that won t even say that the employee would be disciplined or something?

TL;DR Mechanic took my van on a joyride to grab his lunch from home thinking no one would notice. Dealership didn t seem to care even after admitting that he shouldn t have been driving it.

I walked in not really expecting a great outcome. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly and immediate service. Gabe who was my sales associate walked me through the entire process, I know nothing about cars and after today feel well versed in what we went over. Along with the my finance manager Nicole who went above and beyond her duties to secure a loan for me. I would 100% recommend this dealership.

My overall experience purchasing the vehicle was very good. Every one we encountered was very polite and kind. However, all the experiences we have since then are absolutely horrible. We had a free oil change after purchasing our van. Not only did we have to wait 2 and a half hours but they put in the wrong oil filter. When my husband talked to them, the employees acted like it was no big deal and there was no urgency to fix the problem. So we had to wait even longer for them to change the oil filter again causing my husband to be late to work. We have also had problems with our billing. We have needed something fixed in which I contacted Fury in June. I was told it was fixed. It is now Sept and our bill is still not correct. Very poor customer service after buying the vehicle. No urgency in anything. Beyond frustrating.
