Bought a used vehicle from this place driveability wise it's solid but the sunroof doesn't close and the doors sounded like they lock but didn't lock tried to get them to fix these problem and got the cold shoulder I will never buy from here again or refer anyone here they have horrible customer service and they straight up crooks.

I have spent almost $1800 on repairs for my 2017 C...

I have spent almost $1800 on repairs for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica limited that I bought in 2018.

None of the repairs are covered by extended warranty or the power train warranty.

I wish I would have never purchased a used vehicle by them. They clearly don't bother to make sure that the vehicle can manage to make it an entire year before malfunctioning.

Great Dealership! Jason Houge helped walk me through the buying of my awesome new Jeep Renegade! There was no pushing to buy this or that or what was "on special this month"... I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted (Patriot or Renegade) and he was very helpful with filtering through the inventory until... ALAS! There it was! A Trailhawk Renegade that I just COULDN'T walk away from. I've dealt with other Jeep dealerships in the past and I will NEVER set foot in any Jeep dealership aside from the Fury Motors in South St. Paul!

How is this place still up and running!? I've brought my vehicle in more than 10 times in a month! I've had issues with numerous different service advisers and service technicians. I purchased a BRAND NEW vehicle that supposedly had tons of awesome features that didn't exist once I signed the paperwork and stepped foot into the vehicle. I've been screwed thousands of dollars. I've tried contacting management only to be dismissed over and over. I kept bringing my vehicle back in so THEY could fix THEIR mistakes but they failed EVERY SINGLE TIME. Every time I get my car back I find damage to my vehicle that wasn't there prior to bringing it in, but they refused to take ownership. I could write a book on this disgusting establishment!
NEVER having any kind of affiliation or business with Fury Motors again.

Brought my Jeep in for a safety/trailer hitch recall, but they declined to work on it and claimed there is too much corrosion . Brought back to my normal shop and all bolts were out in 15 min, unveiling a very solid uni-rail/skid plate.

This review is specific to the service dept. I made an appt. for 7:30, and dropped off the car at 7:15. I didn t hear back all day, so I called at 4:30 and got voicemail. When someone called back, I was told that they had been very busy and could get to my car until the morning. He also said that he could call first thing. They open at 7, and I finally called at 8:45 and left a voicemail. I called again at 9:15 and was told that they were working on my car and it was almost done. The lack of communication from this service dept. is a huge disappointment. If someone would have called to say that they couldn t get to my car, I would have rescheduled. As a result, I had to postpone a planned trip. When I spoke to others in the service dept. about this experience, I was told that they are working on it, and will get better.
So take your chances, or call ahead to see if they ve improved before you schedule service at Fury.

We were just starting to look at trucks when I saw friends recommendation about Fury Motors OMG, that was the most painless vehicle purchase ever. Gabe at Fury exceeded our expectations. Awesome truck at a fair price. Wife was impressed how Gabe made sure her time wasn't wasted, everything was prompt with the purchase and all coordination, everything that could have been done ahead of time was. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend this dealership. I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in March of 2018 from here. I was not happy with the process and how I was valued (I do not think they considered me a serious buyer since I was young, but they may just generally prefer to let their customers wander around on their own, I don't know). Ultimately, it was my decision to accept the deal, but I do not feel I received a fair deal on the vehicle or my trade-in. In addition, I only received one free oil change for purchasing a new car which seems like a joke after seeing offers at other dealers over the past year and a half. My phone's GPS often does not work when connected to my Jeep as well. They ordered a new radio/screen for my car which took multiple weeks to arrive, and the same problem has been occurring ever since. Besides from the dealership, if you are considering a Cherokee, I would recommend the Grand Cherokee as I wish I had purchased that larger model. I have been thinking of this review for awhile now, and this is my honest feedback.

The GM was kind enough to ensure I was taken care of after the fact and explained what had actually occurred. He offered to make it right by virtually any means and went above and beyond, so on that alone, this is the right place to go for your needs.

This location has some very good service center personnel and a few not so good. Although the separation of Service Center Desk from the Service Technician IMHO reduces the total quality of service provided I have received value added information from Summer, Cory, and John that helps me plan future maintenance needs and avoid further costly expense. I recently had some questions while picking up my vehicle and after leaving the service center but the Service Manager Ken gave me the explanations needed and I am a satisfied customer. Thank You.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to spend 30 grand on a vehicle. Was made to wait 3 hours for them to go get a vehicle that turns out was damaged on the side. The supervisor was completely rude and could not even be bothered to get off the phone to address the issue and told the car salesmen that he would give us 100 dollars off the sale price which was a huge slap in the face. Will never visit this dealership or company again. Clearly they have very poor communication between dealerships. If they missed the damage on the truck, what else do they overlook?

Nice waiting area, for when you get an oil change. That's about all I'd trust them with anymore. I went there since I moved back to Minnesota, because in the past they seemed to treat my grandmother well, and once while I was on vacation. Due to the number of what I perceive as errors (conventional oil on a semi synthetic package, refusing to diagnose the loose wire in my radio, blaming it on my phone allegedly being incompatible, etc.), I cannot in good conscience recommend this location.

Then the reason for a lost star.. the finance person came over to go over the numbers but was vary pushy even though we were fine with the financing we already had in place. Felt like your usual used car salesman.

Excellent service by their service department! Well maintained facility where it is easy to pull in for service, with a large indoor show floor area and an inviting customer lounge. Their service people were easy to communicate with, professional and patient with me both on the phone and in person. I live close to Barnett Dodge but don't mind driving a few extra miles to have my car serviced at Fury

I went in for a Jeep, not entirely sure it would meet all my needs, and Joe talked it out with me and I walked out with a truck. I never even thought about a truck. It is my favorite vehicle to date!

Selfish and unprofessional. I was interested in a fresh trade they had on their website. I reached out for more information and Ben responded. We set up a meeting time for later that evening to look at it. I get my wife and 1 year old in the car for the hour long trip to go look at it, and they don't even have access to the vehicle. Rather than tell me he couldn't get me to the vehicle, he thought it best to waste my time. Then, he said he'd keep in touch the next day for when it would be detailed and ready; 4 days later and I'm confident I've been ghosted.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango R/T 4/17/2013. Karen G was our sales rep and Bob got our financing done. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences we have been involved in. Sometime you get a greasy feeling when purchasing large ticket items, but these guys are truly a class act. I will definitely refer friends and family to Fury for their great service. Karen let us know what was going on every step of the way and Bob did not try to gouge us with extras and was very helpful in deciding certain things. Thank you Fury, we WILL see you again for service and our next vehicle purchase.

Great offers not honored... I was offered 2 prices for a new vehicle via email and over the phone. These prices we both better than any other offer in the metro area (I had done a great deal of research). When it came time to buy/lease, both of these great offers mysteriously disappeared. Out of frustration I spoke with the manager and they wouldn't honor the price, and he offered a substantially higher price. They apologized but offered no justification for the price changes. Seemed very strange. I would hate to call this a classic "bait and switch", but it certainly felt like it. I will not buy from this company.

I wanted to follow up on the purchase of the F-150...

I wanted to follow up on the purchase of the F-150 Diesel Vin #1FTFW1E19JFC34216. I am still confused on how Fury Motors would sell the car when it was already sold. You accepted my offer on Monday, February 10, 2020. I paid the required deposit to hold the car on Tuesday February 11, 2020 in the amount of $1500.00. The purchase agreement was sent to me on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. I responded to Andy on Thursday morning February 13, 2020 at 7:18 a.m. that all of the paperwork was correct to go ahead and send the final documents. I then got a call from Ethan Cyr (the Salesman) on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 11:37 a.m. stating that he had some bad news. He said the car had been sold on Thursday, February 13, 2020. I want to know what is going to be done to rectify the situation. Just refunding my deposit is not acceptable and is not going to work. We had an agreement on this vehicle. I expect the situation to be resolved.

This is a review of their service. Or lack of. And if you get a Jeep be prepared to visit a Jeep service location frequently. I recommend if you do not live near a dealer that you avoid a Jeep product altogether but that s your call. I also highly recommend an extended Mopar warranty which you can get online for a decent price. Over the past seven years I would estimate over $6K of warranty repairs have been done.

And if you have an extended warranty, don t plan on using it on a weekend. Apparently Fury can t validate a warranty claim on a Saturday. I don t recall this being an issue in the past. They of course don t tell you that even when you tell them you need to set up a warranty repair appointment and they tell you Saturday is available. So after you call their parts department and verify they have or can get the parts for your Saturday appointment so it can all be done on the same day, you drive to the appointment (40 mins away) only to be told by the lone service adviser - and I use that title loosely - that oh we can t call the warranty in because it s Saturday so we can t do any work (I checked the part was under my warranty contract. It was covered but I understand the dealer had to verify it). This could have all been avoided if the people taking the appointment had known that you can t do the warranty work on a Saturday. I would think this would be a popular option since many people still use a vehicle to drive to work during the week. Yes even in Covid times.

So I leave a bit ticked off and then call to speak to the service manager. Not working on Saturday. I get it. Probably puts a lot of hours in during the week. I m given the option to speak another person within the dealership. James calls me and sounds sincere about my bad experience. Says he will make it right and vows to call back. Nope. That didn t happen. So later in the week I follow up with another call to the service manager with the thought of maybe I can save someone else the heartache if they knew of this disconnect with the appointment process. Left a message. No return call.

So yeah bad experience all around. Except for the parts guy. He was solid. But still not enough for me to return to Fury Motors.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee this past January from Toyota dealership. The Jeep only has about 14,000miles on it and is still within the manufacturers warranty. Obviously brining it to an authorized Jeep dealership for service is the right thing to do. I decided to give Fury a shot to fix some manufacturer recall items.

I called and made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time.....Even got a phone call & text reminder form Fury about my appointment. I showed up at 7am and was 2nd in line to drop my truck off. About 2pm I get a call from Fury saying they were short staffed and unable to get to my truck that day & that if I brought it in the next day, they would get it done.

So I drop my truck off the next day for the recall issues. They fix the recall items, however, they disconnected my aftermarket K&N intake system for no reason. The intake system had absolutely nothing to do with the recalls. Why they did this I have no idea. I'm just thankful it is not winter & that I decided to take a look under the hood when I got home or this could have caused catastrophic damage to the engine.

Anyways it is safe to say I will never be visiting this dealership again for anything vehicle related. Go to Park Jeep in Burnsville instead.

Excellent business! Going to buy a car is always an experience. Fury Motors made the best of it. Go see Blane Jackson. He's honest and well versed in the vehicles and what they offer. He's personable and goes the extra mile without giving the 'pushy' sales routine. We also spoke with Bob and Paul and they were very friendly and efficient.

The parts section of Fury is a distance away from the sales floor, but I was treated with the same care and respect when picking up some extra accessories. It was worth the time to go in. I'm very pleased with my '15 Jeep Renegade.

I was recently at Fury for my second lease. I had a wonderful experience with Kevin three years ago while leasing my 2017 Renegade, so I knew I'd be back at Fury when it was time for something new. Ben Antell was extremely helpful throughout the sales process and reached out when my lease was almost up to setup time to come in. I usually don't respond to cold calls until I'm nearly ready to make a purchase, but he was so helpful on the phone and made me excited about getting into a new ride. I went in to meet Ben and the experience was great. He listened to all my needs and scheduled another appointment with models ready to test drive. I wasn't expecting to drive away that day with a new Grand Cherokee Limited X, but here we are. The best part is I have never experienced any pushy sales tactics at Fury which is extremely appreciated being in sales, myself. Overall wonderful experience and Fury is my go-to for vehicles!

He introduced me to staff and management who were all wonderful and so happy to see me. I very much recommend keeping South St. Paul Fury Motors on your mind when looking for your next car!

Can't recommend this place enough. I purchased a Mazda from here a year ago and had great service. More recently, I came into the dealership after being in a serious car accident and needed all kinds of additional documentation and paperwork for insurance purposes. Ty Williams took care of me, listened carefully to what I needed, and worked hard to get me all the necessary reports to get me paid by the insurance company. He even offered me above-the-market trade in value for my vehicle because I had purchased it with them. He really went the extra mile for me, even though they had sold me the car over a year ago. These guys really give you the feeling that once you buy a car from this dealership, they will take care of you and not simply make you feel like a number. Customer for life

Saw a truck on their website that I wanted to purchase. Sent an email on a Thursday night asking if it was available.
IMMEDIATELY received a reply that the vehicle was available and an invitation to come and test drive.
I replied back that I would like to come see the vehicle on Saturday at 1pm. I then saw a very similar vehicle on their website and sent another email asking to view both.
Again, I received an immediate response that ABSOLUTELY, I could test drive both vehicles in just 2 days at 1pm.
I arrived, and I'll mention, I almost left as they provide ZERO parking for customers.
Their parking lot is an overcrowded disaster.
When I met with my salesperson, who seemed completely surprised to see me, I was led upstairs to sit and wait while he searched the building for a key for what was soon to be a mystery mobile.
I guess they're not used to their customers actually showing up. I'm not surprised.
When he returned, I was told "Apparantly that truck was sold right after we got it, we just FORGOT to take it off the website. That's why it's a stock photo "
I knew this was a lie, and so did he, as he couldn't even make eye contact with me. I'm also a career salesperson.
I asked about the 2nd car that I had messaged about. He had to pull up my email because he had no idea what I was talking about. I quickly realized I was sitting in a bait and switch situation.
Turns out the "other truck is at our other location in Stillwater. I didn't realize you wanted to see both of them so I didn't bring that one over"
This was the grimiest experience I have had in some time.
Steer clear of these people.

I had been talking to Ty for a few days from sales...

I had been talking to Ty for a few days from sales to see if we could possibly get me into a bigger vehicle. He was very through asking me questions to help narrow down the choices and see what would work best for us. I went down yesterday and every person I interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. Ty was not only friendly but also very personable. He made sure to show me all the features on each vehicle I test drove and compare/explain the difference between the two. Ty was very informative and made sure to answer any questions I had. I ended up leasing a vehicle and this was new to me he was very helpful with the process and explaing the difference between leasing and purchasing. He was also super helpful with my kids I have an older child and an infant. Ty was more than happy to help me carry the baby bag or car seat.
Skykar was the finance manager we worked with and he was also very through and making sure to explain everything well. He was very patient with us as my husband who came down at this point was asking about different things that changed the numbers a bit.
The dealership in all was very beautiful and had a very nice waiting area. I loved that they had a place for kids to play. My oldest enjoyed the xbox of course. My youngest was able to crawl around and play with a few toys also.
I highly recommend Fury Motors of S Saint Paul. We will definitely be going back when we are ready for another vehicle.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had at Fury in SSP yesterday. Our salesman, Hector, was so patient, helpful and really listened to what we had to say to find us the perfect vehicle. I had my young kids with me when I first test drove the vehicle, which can be trying and difficult, but he was so understanding and didn't seem bothered at all! This is our second time working with Joe for the financing of our vehicle and we can"t say enough good things about him. Because of him and your wonderful facility, we are Fury customers for life.

We highly recommend going to Blane to buy your next vehicle! We are from KC and drove up to purchase a Summit so we started the process over the phone. Everything went flawless and when we showed up at Fury to pick it up he was outside shining up the rimes.... How awesome is that?!? He is also the most knowledgeable salesman we have ever had the pleasure of making a deal with! He knew everything about the Jeep and helped us to figure out everything on the infotainment system! Blane truly takes pride in his work! Finance was also a breeze! My husband handled the finance paperwork, so I don't know his name. Great price, great service, amazing experience!

If you have an appointment they will get your service done fast. However after they have done your service when you have a question or concern it is like pulling teeth to be able to get in touch with a service advisor. The ladies at the front desk know my name and voice and I know theirs. That's how hard it is to get a SA on the phone. Don't bother leaving voicemail messages I have left several and never get a call back. They are helpful if you ever get them on the phone That's why they get 3 stars.

Sales person was great!! They delivered my new Hellcat twice. I bought it from Saint Paul and picked it up at The Stillwater location. They new I was coming to pick it up that afternoon, it was filthy. Dirty floor mats, dirty windows, mirrors, tires, dusty dashboard. Returned it to Saint Paul Fury to get a allignment done and full detail. I was assured by sales management it would be top notch when I returned to pick it up. After having two days to complete the tasks I returned to find that the alignment was done. Detail was almost non existent. Windows still dirty mirrors dirty Water spots on bumpers wheels still dirty covered in brake dust. What a let down. Got to sit around while they did a rush detail job, not cool. Don't know what to say, but they dropped the ball big time in my book. Seemed like they were too busy to finish the sale properly.

This dealership is very friendly and accommodating. I was in the market for a car to replace my truck. It came down to either a Camaro or a Challenger. Fury has a great selection of new and used Challengers and their site is updated daily. I saw a Challenger that just said "come get me" and called the dealer. I spoke to Ben Stickney who did what others do not. When I asked if the car was available he took my number and said he would call me when he had the keys in his hand. He called back a couple minutes later. I did everything over the phone and being pre-approved made it even smoother. I did not meet Ben in person until I went to put a down payment on the car and take it for a test drive. My wife came with me and while I spoke to a finance person to sign the papers Ben took my wife out to look at a Wrangler. She was impressed by his professionalism and personality enough that she traded her car in and bought a Wrangler from him.

Every step of the process was handled perfectly.

Jo Jo was confident and knowledgable about the model and really helped me differentiate between my wants and needs as I was deciding to make the purchase. I never felt pressured one way or another and really felt like Fury - Jo Jo, finance, manager and even the receptionist took great care of me while I was there. Awesome, honest and local dealership.

Even though it's not fun to bring your vehicle in, I had a great experience. Summer worked very hard to make sure everything was covered under warranty she even went above and beyond to trade out my first rental for something bigger without any hassle! Great experience all around!

This place was great when Dale was the service man...

This place was great when Dale was the service manager and Eric, Bill and summer were service writers. Now the place is full of incompetent people in the service greeting area and appointments. Whomever I dealt with today changed his story on me several times about how backed up they are. Since I'm a woman he also felt the need to talk down to me. I don't recommend this place

I am very disappointed with the conclusion of my used truck purchase from Dodge Fury of St. Paul. I enjoyed my interaction with my sales person, Steve Chapple. I also enjoyed my interaction with Bob, in financing. However, Fury was quick to drop the ball from there and it became obvious once they have completed a transaction with with you, they could not care less about you. So, the advance holds true, car dealerships are not your friend and "buyer beware" should always be kept in mind.

The truck I purchased, a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn, was previously owned by a smoker. I missed this fact as the truck was overpowered by new car smell air fresheners. Yes, I should have asked more questions (although I did say to Steve that it was odd that they and auction was having so much trouble selling it ... To which he answered he was not sure). When I go home, I removed the overpowering air fresheners and closed up my car for the night.

When I came out in the morning, the air freshener smell was replaced with the overpowering smell of stale smoke. Steve had told me he was very disappointed in the detailing work done by his dealership (they were too busy the day I bought the care to do anything I asked them to handle). So, I figured when I brought a few things back into the dealership promised them on my trade-in, I would ask for them to detail it better and take care of the stale smoke.

When I arrived at the dealership, Steve said he would get it taken care of. He quickly returned and said detailing was too busy and did not have any time to help me. He gave me a can of deodorizer, which meant I was now on my own.

I have now spent over $50 in remedies for the stale smoke smell, as well as many hours of my personal time (cleaning, vacuuming, recleaning, revacuuming, scrubbing, washing, etc.) and I have only had minor success. My next option is to have the truck professionally detailed for several hundred dollars.

Bottom line, I was upfront and honest with Fury Dodge of St. Paul, but they did not treat me with the same respect. Then, when I made them aware of my disappointment and that I would like their help removing the stale smoke smell, they didn't care because they already had my money.

Be very careful with this dealership, I would consider buying from someone else.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. They are not there to help the customer. If I could give a star worse than a 1 I would. First, I purchased a lifetime alignment from Fury a couple of years ago for my car. Of course, there system has no record of it. Make sure you save your receipts from them. Secondly, I take my car in for a safety recall which was a simple software update. Go to pick it up after closing hours and the car will no longer start. So, I had to leave it there overnight. Call the next day and they were nothing but rude to me. They tried to say that it was the battery which I have never had any issues with until they worked on it. What happened to all the good employees there? I used to recommend Fury to people, but I no longer will. I have finally had enough of them. Horrible way of doing business!

Great dealership that works with you from start of the deal to end of the deal. Andrew "Drew" Langston was an outstanding sales rep that helps you find the car you need and wants you to be happy by going the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. Justin Olmeim was a great sales manager that makes you are happy with your deal and takes the time to match the numbers that works with your budget. The detail shop wants you to leave with a car you are proud to own and drive.

Customer satisfaction/ Service is there goal and all the staff will meet you with a smile.
