It was unfortunate that we drove an hour after confirmating a vehicle was in stock and were not able to test drive it. These things happen. But YOU "LOST THE CAR!??" after getting it detailed and re-keyed?
After being passed to our third salesperson we were told we could go look for it ourselves at an "outlet lot" three miles away but probably not get to see it since no one would likely be there. Wasn't there, and we no longer cared. Don't make me do your job for you!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
