We were looking for a family car, sent my wife there which was the first mistake because she got the run around! Brought my "certified" used car back three times within the first week weeks wouldn't accelerate, start, engine overheat...etc. of course the "as is" card was pulled so don't trust they're inspection. Supposedly did work but we couldn't attain any work order for our records so what was it doing there for the week and why was it so difficult to get them to fix the car I just bought from them 3 days prior. Didn't want to take the car back but they should be responsible for a car I can't drive for 15k!...they put they're bandages on it and now $1200 later from the local guy and I'm on the road. The kicker was they gave us such a fake welcome and made you feel at home as long as you don't make them work. So to top it all off we have to find out about this accident the car was in while going through the manual while fixing our tire, I know they don't have to disclose that information, its just bad business practice especially if your in a referral based environment sounds to me like a high turnover on sales persons.
