My overall experience purchasing the vehicle was very good. Every one we encountered was very polite and kind. However, all the experiences we have since then are absolutely horrible. We had a free oil change after purchasing our van. Not only did we have to wait 2 and a half hours but they put in the wrong oil filter. When my husband talked to them, the employees acted like it was no big deal and there was no urgency to fix the problem. So we had to wait even longer for them to change the oil filter again causing my husband to be late to work. We have also had problems with our billing. We have needed something fixed in which I contacted Fury in June. I was told it was fixed. It is now Sept and our bill is still not correct. Very poor customer service after buying the vehicle. No urgency in anything. Beyond frustrating.
