I don't know, maybe it's because we got a minivan ...

I don't know, maybe it's because we got a minivan that borders on a lemon. Our van is now 5 years old but had a rough start in life. We have had numerous recalls, issues and other problems, when I tried to address these through Chrysler and through Fury Mgmt I was left less than pleased. Unreturned phone calls, felt I wasn't being listened too. We spent $28K on the van and probably $12K in getting the car fixed the first few years on things that were just poor quality. Service was between fair and good..sometimes, I spent my entire day off a the dealer when told it would take an hour it took four. Just one thing after another. My neighborhood mechanic charged the same amount and gives me a free loaner car...at Fury all they want to do is for you to rent a car and waste a day sitting around. I can't reccomend Fury as a whole but also can't dismiss them either..my experience is just so "fair" with them. Nothing outstanding. When we went to buy another new car, we went to another dealer and were much happier with their overall service and after sale attitude.

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn. I have researched this for over 9 months at both dealers and online. Without a doubt Fury is the BEST not only in MN but the Midwest in my view. The sales staff is awesome, Joe in finance came in on his day off to complete this. The only experience better than the purchase is the Awesome truck. Thank You Fury and Dick Reineck for the great buying experience.

Horrible service overall. Sat there forever just for them to act irritated with my requests like they couldn't help me. Didn't want to dug to fund the specific car. Sar there for 8 hours, dealt with way too much attitude just to find a car somewhere else and get approved in 15 mins. Thanks for nothing Fury...everyone should be important and helped promptly with great attitudes period!!

Whenever I have any difficulties with my car, the service department I'd always friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They often have my car fixed hours before their estimated time. I use this place for oil changes all the time. I like that I can get in without an appointment. I usually get in and out in 30 to 40 minutes. The waiting room is better than average.

I was disappointed in today's visit. I specifically asked that they check tire pressure. I was assured all was well. I decided I checked them myself later in the day. The tire I was worried about was in fact 5 lbs low. They clearly didn't check. And it's not like the place is cheap, it was $48!

I'm 25 and Aaron Bose treated me with the up most respect. A lot of car sales people will treat young people as if they can not afford a new car but Aaron let me test drive a 50,000K car with out hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and help me get into my dream car a brand new 2013 dodge charge with a V8 5.7 and AWD. I would highly recommend this dealership and Aaron when buying a new or used car.

When a customer has a scheduled appointment don't keep car for 2 days and not inform (or return calls of inquiry) cause when we do speak 2 days later and you offer a big blow off, you don't get my money... EVER AGAIN.
You've been warned about Fury.

I hate these people so much,i would not even buy a lug nut form here, I brought my truck to get some service work done on my truck 06 3/4 with 5.9 cummins , I had bad electrical problems and the trans was a ?

the trans story
they told me that the trans was going to soon, so they told me a new tras was 8000.00 or to rebuild it was 6000.00 so I thought it was high so I called a trans shop and they told me a rebuild was 3000.00 just saying that is a big price difference

the electrical story
first they tell me that is a fuel contral actuator, which cash me 343.00,pluse labor and tax, they drove it down the road and the light come back on, so then they tell me is a fuse box which cast me 573.00 pluse labor and tax, so they drove it down the road for a second time and the light come up again, then they re program the ecm and you guss it they they told me that was what was wrong, so they do that and then they drove it down the road and the light did not come on, so go and pick it up and they told ME THAT WE DONT KNOW IF WE FIX SO NOT AND IF LIGHT COME BACK ON YOU NEED A NEW ECM WICH COST 2400.00,AND YOU WILL NEED A ENGINE WIRING HARNESS WHICH COST 1160.00, and the light came back on drive home from getting the truck, so the truck was it the exact same shape as it was when I took it to then to get fixed and I got charge big money for doing nothing at all

Second time taking my truck in for an oil change. First was leaking oil. Thought I'd give them another shot, second time they put in non-synthetic when I paid for full synthetic package. Supposedly did courtesy check, no mention of blinker being out( which I already knew), didn't check air in tires, and air cleaner cover was not installed correctly. How am I supposed to trust buying a $40,000+ vehicle from them when they can't get an oil change right.

Pat Mahony, a Sales Consultant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car a lady friend of mine bought from him last fall of 2018.
He took the time to listen to her needs as well as what she wanted in a car. The car buying experience for her was serious when needed but did include laughs which was important to her. The next car that she will be buying for her son when he graduates next from college next year, will be purchased from Pat/Fury Motors, as well.

Bought a vehicle through Fury Motors Outlet in late winter/early spring which had been inspected by the mechanics at this location prior to sale. In the summer, I discovered that the A/C unit had multiple failures to the tune of $1100. This location passed the buck to Fury Motors Outlet, even though the mechanics at this location did the inspection and failed to disclose the broken A/C unit. Have now spent three weeks calling and e-mailing management for help, with nothing to show for it.

The sales experience and getting my jeep was awesome. Andrew is great. However, the free oil changes are just a nice selling point and that's it. They are first come first serve and I waited two hours the first time. Now I just go to jiffy lube where I'm in and out in 30 min. I would say you can exclude the free oil changes as a perk when considering unless you have half days to devote :)

My family has purchased many cars before from here but no longer will be doing business with Furry Motors due to very bad service with sales team. Specifically a gal named Jen. She was very rude the way she spoke to us as if we were not aware of how purchasing a vehicle works. She was very pushy into purchasing a vehicle that was all beat up and would say you wont get approved for that when asking to see other vehicles that were around the same price range even though she said she had spoke to the bank already so she should have known around what price range I was able to look at. I would have definitely purchased a vehicle if I had gotten a different sales person as I did not feel comfortable any longer speaking with her so I decided to leave before I even got a estimate for my 2015 trade in.

My Fiance called and asked the receptionist this question, If You Were To Buy a Vehicle From Here, Which Sales Person Would You Feel Like You Could Trust to NOT Screw You Over? She answered, I have Drew Standing right in front of me. That was the beginning of a great sales experience. We got THEE Vehicle we wanted that very same day. Even though the Jeep we found on-line was at an affiliate location, they sent someone to get it and it was ready for us when we arrived for our "last test drive"... We had done a lot of looking and calling around Prior to settling on finally calling Fury Motors. It is smart to shop around, I am glad that we did look around prior to contacting Fury. With Fury, there was no runaround. We told them what we wanted, they had it and the price was exactly what we were looking for. Drew was great, helpful, fun and easy going... My fiance says he is the kind of guy you want to go fishing with. In the future, when we are ready to buy another vehicle, I know exactly where we are going. Fury, keep up the great work.!!!

Been communicating with body shop since July about a paint repair needed on the bumper of our Grand Cherokee. The defect was not covered by warranty which is not dealership s fault. They did make the nice gesture in early September to fix it for a reduced rate. I have emailed 3 times since then to schedule and also left multiple voice messages, did not receive a single reply. We have had good experiences here with service department but the communication with body shop is the worst possible. Too bad as this is a nice dealership. I give up.

I brought my vehicle in on 01/12/2019 for an oil l...

I brought my vehicle in on 01/12/2019 for an oil leak (possibly from the turbo) and also what seems to be a transmission issue ( when I accelerated to beat traffic RPMS went high and vehicle stayed still).

My wife was informed that a Specialist was needed in order to look at my vehicle. They placed her in a loaner because they weren t confident that they would see it that day (this was a scheduled appointment) so either it would be that day or at the latest on Monday 1/14/2019. First call that was made to me was 5 days later and I was left a voicemail stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup (bad oil change clean up & unable to duplicate possible transmission slip or issue). Shortly after that voicemail, I received from the service advisor (Summer Rollins) two text messages that read:

I had one other tech give it a quick test drive. I am keeping your vehicle! IT ACTED UP!!!! Reply STOP to OptOut.

That said, stay in that rental and we'll get this figured out AND FIXED for ya. ***Phew!*** Glad I trusted my gut on this.

After receiving these messages I was curious to find out what they found. All that was said by Summer was that it was the torque converter without any explanation after that.

I decided to explain to Summer that I did the oil change myself and had cleaned the area on several occasions and still had oil coming from the same spot(s)...
(I had to repeat that to multiple people because Summer failed to update that info in the notes)
I did call for another update on Wednesday 1/23/2019 no answer - left message - no reply.

I called again on Thursday 1/24/2019 and requested to speak to a Service Manager I was transferred to Eric and when we spoke he read to me exactly what Summer had stated in the voicemail.
I did NOT get any more information from him then what I already knew.

I then had Friday 1/25/2019 off of work and made my way into Fury of SSP to get my car charger and check on my vehicle. I met Eric and he told me it may be weeks before I get my vehicle back. (needed a transmission specialist to look at the transmission) Saturday afternoon 1/26/2019 I received a call from Cameron message left stating my vehicle was ready for pickup.

I called Saturday they had closed
I called Monday left a message for Collin - no reply.

I was able to get in today 1/29/2019 to pick up my vehicle but before I did that I called and asked what exactly got done.The service writer read to me the same exact thing from before ( bad oil change clean up and could not duplicate other issue)

Before I left Fury I asked Summer to explain her messages and how their is no issues now. (Summer claimed they couldn t duplicate it for a third time)
She said it was from aggressive driving and that is why when I accelerated to beat traffic my RPMS gauge went high and my vehicle stayed still.

Fury had my vehicle for over 2 weeks, drove it 10 miles and did nothing.

This was a 52k truck......every dealership I ve ever been to or worked at always had the vehicle at a full tank.....$50 to fill it right after I left the dealership. Nothing like a Here s your new truck, but before you get home you better stop at a gas station to fill er up .....

A week ago, I purchased a gently used 2017 Chevy Malibu (White with black rims) and 1 day later the engine light turned on. The sales representative continued to lie to me saying that they were working on the car to see what was going on, and I took matters into my own hands and called the shop myself. Turns out they didn't even have the car there and the sales reps were just keeping it behind closed doors. After going back and forth with the sales rep (Matt) the shop finally looked at it and they later realized the motor was absolutely shot. Needed a completely new motor. They say they do 'thorough' inspections before their cars go out on the lot, but don't be fooled. That's not the case here. Absolute worst experience. DO NOT BUY USED HERE!

Wow! What an experience! Took my Jeep wrangler in for service and a recall notice. Went up to lounge, to wait for car, sat at table and started working on my research project, when suddenly a sales rep. and customer sat at my table and started conducting business. I looked around and there were 3 other tables open.??? I get up and start to move and decided to seek the Manager. Told him what happened and got excuses. Decided to just have recall notice taken care of, other service will be done somewhere else. Funny thing about this all was that I was actually researching Jeep Grand Cherokees.... thinking this would be my next purchase. I don't think that's going happen... at least not at Fury Motors . 1 star?

Tim and Anna in the used car department both bent over backwards to find a truck that would work for us, and get us approved. When the financing fell through on the first truck that we tried to buy, they kept on it and a week later they had one that was very similar but a little bit less expensive. They had us approved before they even called us back again. The level of service was excellent, they treated us like people, not the next commission, and not only is this the first place I would go the next time I need a vehicle, but this is also where I will recommend my family and friends go.

Karen was extremely nice and helpful in helping me find the right vehicle to fit my needs. She went out of her way to find an SUV that fit my requirements and make this the best experience I have ever had. They don't stand by their product nor are they willing to work with you after driving off the lot. I would take your business elsewhere to avoid the headaches.

Jeremy in sale is wonderful. He got me a good deal and was fast and nice. very accommodating. I have had a few minor problems with my vehicle and both times I brought it to the service department I was treated terrible. My first appointment was scheduled for the wrong day and they were very rude about it when it was their error. Once I finally got another appointment they made my husband wait for and hour after his appointment time before they even pulled my van into the shop. When I called to ask why the lady on the phone was also very rude and short. A lot of good making an appointment did. I love my new van and Jeremy was wonderful. the shop and scheduling department is horrible.

I purchased a used 2010 ram 1500 that had no rust. And was assured that there were no mechanical issues with it, that it went through their 160 point inspection. Well the very next day my sway bar link broke in half. They fixed that for free being that I only owned the truck for a day. So I was happy about that. But not even 3 weeks later I noticed my cv shaft was broken and my tie rods were completely shot. So I had to spend more money to replace basically my whole front end of the truck. Luckily I m mechanically inclined so I replaced it myself. Only had to pay for parts and an alignment afterwards. But that bad of a truck shouldn t have left the dealership Whoever does your 160 point inspections needs to get a new job.

First the good If you get a chance to work with Jesse DO IT he is a good guy and will go the extra mile for you. Justin is the sales manager he's also amazing. Shawn in finance is very knowledgeable and good at his job.

This is the second time I've had to update my review. The first issue was rather large it was a financing error they made. As soon as they knew they corrected it. They did not payoff my old car (it was due to a type-o) and it caused me to make an unessicary payment.

The second error was also financial caused by the first error which hurt but it also was quickly fixed once they knew. They then only paid off the lower payoff since a payment had been made by me. Once I showed that to be the case they quickly wrote me a check.

Both of the previous errors I just tried to let go as the service was exceptional.

But this third error I can't just keep giving them a pass on financial errors. I have veterans military plates that transfer from vehicle to vehicle. There is a small fee to transfer them. I told every representive along the way I did not need to order plates the just needed to file the transfer paper work. Everyone told me perfect that's what has been arranged. Imagine my surprise when I get called and told your new plates have arrived. Yes they ordered me expensive new plates when I don't need them. They fully charged me for plates I don't need. The plates on my car were never transferred so I've been stopped twice by the police on my way to get the plates I don't want don't need and have been charged for so I don't have to talk to anther effing police officer.

I will never ever purchase from them again. I'm out. Period. Want headaches. Buy from Fury.

The car is better than advertised but that's it.

I went here this past week on a mission from god to look for a vehicle that would go over snow like the winds over a field. I was met by a sales rep named Keallie who instantly told me about the Jeep Gladiator. Not only does the name remind me of a fantastic Russell Crowe movie from 2000 but the vehicle is something that would be born if a wrangler and an F-150 had a love child. I texted my girlfriend that the days of getting stuck in 3.75 inches of snow inside of my 2005 Saturn Ion are over. If anyone reading this owns a Saturn Ion, please stop it and get a Jeep. Paperwork was a breeze and I feel like the price was fair. I bought a gladiator that was the perfect green. Not some bright kids drawing in a coloring book green. It was a "Hey, I'm going into the woods and if it's around June 1st and 4:30pm my vehicle will blend into the foliage" green. So a darker earthy green. I find myself now trying to find reasons to drive places during snowfall so that I can move the way God intended us midwesterners to move through the land. Fury motors helped me, and now you should let them help you. Thanks Keallie.

I recently bought a used 2010 Truck from Fury Moto...

I recently bought a used 2010 Truck from Fury Motors in So.St. Paul and was very happy. The staff and owners worked together to get the items done that i needed done. Truck was clean inside and out before I drove it off the lot.

Only complaint was that I had to immediately fill up the gas tank right away as i only had 28 miles to empty. Not a huge deal, but when you spend $30,000+ on a vehicle, its a nice gesture for saying thanks for buying from us.

Overall, I would recommend them to all my friends and family if they are in need of a new or used vehicle.

Amazing people. Traded in a junker and they gave me top dollar for it. Also spent hours with me going through all different kind of configurations on vehicles and picked out the exact one I wanted. Totally worth it if you talk to Justin the sales manager. Patient and helpful service and parts staff as well. Very pleased.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a dealership. Lack of communication and lack of follow up. I also caught the sales people in a few lies. They made my search for a jeep a horrible experience. Did not feel valued at all. I ended up purchasing a Jeep at Motorwerks BMW for $2,000 less than the Jeep I wanted at Fury and it was a limited edition! Eric at Motorwerks BMW was awesome and extremely helpful. I would never recommend Fury. I do the mixed reviews quite interesting. Being in the HR field I highly recommend customer service training and more consistent service for all!

April 2017 - Just purchased a 2017 Wrangler Unlimi...

April 2017 - Just purchased a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. Skyler was our salesman and he was excellent. Dominic was our finance manager and was just as good.
The reason it wasn't five stars is because when comparing our previous purchasing experience to this one, we were left with final impressions of lack of attention to detail by sending us on our way with very little gas in the tank and a key alone. Somehow a keychain from the dealership just adds a little class. Just simple feedback. Overall, very happy.
** Fast forward to July 2020 - Just replaced my battery. My 2017 Jeep had a 4 year old battery right off the showroom floor. The battery was dated 2013. This now makes sense why a 3 year old Jeep would have a battery that would fail so soon. I'm fine with normal maintenance and wear and tear, but this was a little soon. Kind of disappointing.

Good place for service. However front desk persons vary when it comes to friendliness. Our car wasn't starting on a regular basis on New Years weekend....person wanted to keep our car from Sat to Tues before someone would be able to look at it. When I said that wasn't an option, the person pulled out some small detective device and attached it under our dashboard; it turned out to only be the batteries to both of our remotes! REALLY!

The first time I went in to look for a Charger R/T...

The first time I went in to look for a Charger R/T one of the salesmen told me Dodge no longer makes V8's! Seriously? I even asked him again to make sure I heard right. (They only had V6's in stock so not sure if this was an intentional lie or super ignorance). None of the other sales people around corrected him. A few days later I tried to call in and was put on hold multiple times for very long periods of time. Finally left a salesperson a message and was not called back. The sales guy on my initial test drive was nice enough but this dealership really fails compared to the other places I have been.

I have mixed feelings about this place I got a vehicle from here almost 3 years ago they wouldn't go down in price at all but the car has been great. They failed to tell me when I wanted to trade in my car it would be worth less then my payments left unless I made higher payments. Now I can't trade unless I pay that difference and they tell me I will qualify if "........"(this reason or that reason) happens then they say no. Do they not know what they are talking about? I think they need more education.

We had a 6:00pm appointment to look at a 2004 Dodge 2500. I received texts, emails and voicemails reminding me of my appointment. I even called to confirm that Fury would look at 2 vehicles as trade ins. My husband and I drove 2 vehicles up to their outlet location, 3 hours round trip, with $6000 cash, only to get there and find out the manager that does the appraisals leaves at 5pm, (our appt was at 6) and the check engine light in the truck was on. We were running late due to slick roads, so I called and left a message. We were a half hour late. However, showing up ready to make a deal, with an appointment only to have the lights being turned off on us and be pushed out 15 minutes before closing was insulting.

Needless to say, we wont be making another trip only to be turned away once we get there. The gentleman working acted like our drive, time and money wasnt a big deal. Just come back tomorrow, he kept repeating. Making a trip like we did tonight is not easy, especially with 2 vehicles and children at home. To come home in the same vehicles we left in was extremely disappointing. Im really disappointed after chatting with someone online last night, speaking with someone on the phone today and all the appointment reminders, only to be treated like we were not worth their time. There really wasn t an appointment scheduled... the guy working seemed as though he didn't even know we were coming, nor did he have the time for us.

I could go on and on... Ive never been treated this way at a dealership having green money in my hand ready to make a deal. I emailed the facility and was told they would forward my email to the manager. That manager hasn t reached out to make things right or try to justify the misunderstanding. I will take my business elsewhere.

VERY SHADY! Found a car on autotrader and fury mo...

VERY SHADY! Found a car on autotrader and fury motors website. I made an appointment to see it that very same day. After driving it and wasting over an hour we talked numbers and the price miraculously jumped up over $2k from that morning. Same exact car. I was given the explanation they adjust their cars based on market value . Hmmm must have been a hot market that morning for that to jump that much. More like you had an interested party and raised the price before I got there. Advertising a low price to get someone in the door and switching the price is the typical bait and switch. And dealerships wonder why they have terrible reputations. It s stuff like this. Just be honest and upfront from the start. STAY AWAY.
